As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

Paul has just cleaned my chimneys. Although the news was not great in regards to one fire, he provided excellent, clear advice and resolutions. He was also honest enough to suggest that I get quotes from other installers so that I feels completely satisfied with suggestions of works to be completed. I also overpaid him accidentally and he returned the over payment.

Paul and his team provide the very best service in chimney sweeping. Really friendly, efficient and very tidy, they sorted my Victorian open fireplace in half an hour at a very reasonable rate. Sweepsmart came to check the safety of my fireplace and sweep the chimney. Using their camera we found that the chimney stack had large gaps in it which means it's potentially hazardous to use (CO could seep into neighbours' flat). Sad I can't use the fireplace but so grateful to them for finding this fault and potentially preventing a tragedy! They were very professional, reliable, and have left the place spotless. They explained everything clearly and left me a certificate for the fireplace. I would highly recommend.
