As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

Sweepsmart were excellent throughout the process. From the initial contact they were friendly and efficient, arriving when they said and doing an excellent job. The follow on service has made my solid fuel burner work just as well as when it was newly installed. Sweepsmart were great about scheduling the appointment and letting us know when timing slipped a bit. The guys who came to the house were super friendly and tried really hard to fix a rather difficult issue with our chimney caused by some building work we had had done.

We have been very impressed by SweepSmart. Communication has been great from the moment we booked. Tony called ahead to tell us he was on his way. He was courteous and tidy and kindly gave us a quick lesson on how best to light and use our woodburner. Would highly recommend.

Booking the work was dealt with most efficiently. Adam was punctual (having advised that he was on his way); he was friendly and courteous and his communication was superb - he explained things I should have known years ago - and he fully briefed me on what he was doing and about additional work that will make the appliance more efficient. He also gave helpful advice about documentation needed for legal and insurance compliance. All together an excellent service.

Arranged for a service/clean of my wood burner. Arrived on time and from what I could see did a very thorough and competent job - explained what was being done and took time to answer a couple of questions I had. Chimney sweep service for my wood burning stove. They managed to book me in fairly quickly. Very convenient service, they send instructions on how to prepare, what to expect and a reminder of the appointment. You can even track how far away your chimney sweep is prior to your slot. Payment took about 2 secs online. Adam worked very quickly and efficiently and gave us loads of advice on our stove which has been overheating. I’ll surely be using them next year and would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and affordable service.

The booking system worked well, although i had a to wait a while for an appt i think this often means they are a business in demand, always a good sign. They gave me lots if alerts about when they would arrive arrived when they said they would, did a very tidy job. No nonsense. Really what you should be able to expect but it is still a surprise when a business is like this. Will definitely ise for my regular chimney sweeping

Friendly and efficient service from booking to tidying up....Safety checks carried out, advice given about the state of our fireplaces, chimneys and lack of carbon monoxide alarms and not a speck of soot left behind! Great to have 'before and after' photographs of the chimneys. Thoroughly recommended!
