Paul arrived on time and swept our chimney which had not been cleaned for some ten years previously. He explained the process to be undertaken which he then carried out professionally and with the minimum of fuss and disruption. He hoovered up a small amount of debris and left the house clean and tidy after first recommending we purchase a new CO2 monitor/alarm. We were both impressed and pleased with the level of service provided.

This is the second year we’ve used SweepSmart. Easy to book appointment- friendly staff. Good communication throughout - even a tracking system to see time due to arrive. Adam friendly and efficient. Good job overall. Would recommend.

I have used SweepSmart for a number of years. They installed our wood burner about 8 years ago and have serviced and maintained it ever since. The chimney sweeps have all been really efficient and friendly. The booking in process is really easy. Initially they send you a two hour window and then an exact time of arrival on the day. Their annual reminder service is really also very helpful! Would highly recommend Sweepsmart to anyone!

I was impressed with all communication leading up to the appointment, which I needed to reschedule three times and then today I was even more impressed by Tony’s professionalism, knowledgeability, and patience with a difficult chimney and a clueless client! He left everything cleaner than when he arrived and I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and neighbours

Really pleased with the whole procedure, on phoning for a date for the job to getting the chimney swept. It was a painless procedure and everybody I spoke to was helpful and informative. Kept up to date on arrival time and how the job would be carried out. Keil arrived on time and was polite and friendly. Will definitely be using this company again. Well done.

My first (but not last) time using Sweepsmart. Really impressed. More than happy to recommend them. Good website (clear information). Really quick to respond to my email enquiries (thank you to Faith) and to book a convenient date and time for the sweep/cctv service. It was helpful to be given a 2 hour slot and, on the day, to the be able to track arrival. Tony arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and carried out the sweep service/cctv inspection quietly and efficiently. Dealt with a couple of minor issues and gave helpful advice. Payment straightforward and certificate emailed straightaway. All sorted.

Been using Sweepsmart for a number of years, and just had the chimney cleaned for use in the winter. Efficient, clean, punctual - as always very good.

This is the second year I have used SweepSmart & it couldn't be easier. I was sent a reminder for my annual check, booked the appointment and had reminders telling me when Adam would be coming. On the day of the sweep Adam arrived at the time indicated on the text message and the whole process was both efficient & thorough. He left the place clean and was also polite. The certificate and invoice is then emailed through. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Excellent service Tony kept us informed about timing of visit and followed instructions to enter property. On time and on budget. Very diligent and cleared up well. Spent 4 hours on job and explained all potential future issues after clearing and checking 5 Chimneys.

This is the second time we have used SweepSmart and we will certainly be using them again in the future. The lady in the office was very friendly on the phone and worked to find a time slot that worked for me. Communication remained excellent as I then received courtesy texts to remind a couple of days before the day, and then one on the morning itself to state an exact arrival time (which was accurate). Tony was friendly, informative and professional, and sent across our certificate (complete with written info and pictures of before/after) afterwards. Prices seemed reasonable. Good experience. Was easy to book appointment arrived exactly when booked, did work, was helpful with advice. Provided email certificates which is far more helpful for retaining than paper copies. Will be using again.

My tenants had a problem with flies coming out of the fireplaces, and we suspected a dead bird as the cause. From initial contact through to the chimneys being inspected and swept it took two weeks, which I consider more than acceptable. Everything on SweepSmart's side was done correctly: You receive automated sms and email messages to confirm they have received the enquiry left on their website. The follow-up via email was within two days, and they were able to communicate with both me and my tenants clearly. The chimneys were swept as agreed, and, indeed, a dead bird was found. I had very detailed feedback from my tenants, and they were very pleased with the way the work was carried out, and the result: clean chimneys and fireplaces. In addition, we had prepared a long list of follow-up questions, such as how to prevent this happening again, and the chimney sweep took the time to answer these to our satisfaction. The result of this was that the chimneys should be capped, and I have requested a quote from SmartSweep for this work too. I really could not be happier with the service, and the price seemed reasonable to me. I am giving top marks in all categories.

Tony sent a text when on his way and arrived promptly. He placed dustsheets from the front door to the fireplace, and got straight on with the work. Minimal noise and no mess - you almost wouldn’t know he had been here. He showed me before and after photos of the inside of the chimney. Very happy with the work.
