The team spent the day in our home to replace our boiler. They were speedy, thorough, respectful and friendly, taking the trouble to explain what they were doing and happily answering our questions. From the friendly, helpful phone conversations with Cherie in the office, to the guys carrying out the work in our home, we have been very happy with the service provided by T J Plumbing.

I contacted T J Plumbing to arrange a boiler service and inspection of some radiators which were not fully heating. Karl arrived on the agreed date/time and conducted the work in a timely and efficient manner. He did a great job, was polite and friendly, and completed the work in no time. Equally polite and efficient as Karl is Emma who arranged the works. I will definitely use this company in the future.

We contacted T J Plumbing on a Monday morning, as our 13 year old boiler was finally giving up. Someone came by lunchtime to make it safe and advised that Terry would come round late afternoon to explain our options. It was decided that a new boiler was the best option, and because of health issues, the sooner it could be fitted the better! On the Thursday it was duly fitted, no mess, no worries, carpets all covered and cleared afterwards and full instructions on the workings given. We can thoroughly recommend TJ Plumbing, and will use them again if needed!

We chose TJ Plumbing out of 4 prospective supplier based on price and a personal recommendation. The installer, Sean, was very capable and overcame some issues with filling the cavity left by the old boiler and how to drain the condensate to leave an excellent installation. They also use one of the most reputable suppliers of boilers, Worcester Bosch, which further gave us confidence. From the initial quote to the finished installation and beyond they showed us they are a thoroughly professional company. We'll use them again.

Just to say a massive thank you to all that worked very hard to get the job complete on time only 2 1/2 days! It was a big thing to remove the old hot air system and install everything required for a modern radiator combi boiler system but they all made it a pleasant experience and didn’t even seem fazed by all the stuff in the house including us and the kids being under their feet! They left no mess and have done a high-quality job. Highly recommended for big and small jobs! Thank you.

A professional and efficient service. Our boiler was failing and we needed a replacement. We called T J Plumbing on the morning of November 25. They visited us that afternoon to discuss the work and explain the options and we had their quote by early evening. The work was carried out, as agreed, on 28 November. I don't think we could have received better service. A job very well done.

We received a superb service from T J Plumbing all the way from the first phone call to the installation of our new combi boiler. I had no doubts about this company considering how many boilers had been installed so far this year and the brilliant reviews they had already received. The communication was brilliant - a credit to Emma and the installation was extremely professional - carried out by Terry and Karl. They made the install of our combi boiler look easy!
