T.S Plumbing and Heating

We got in touch with Tom after discovering we had a leak. He let us know immediately when he could come and arrived on time. He was also upfront about his call out fee and kept to his word, something we really appreciate. We soon realised there was far more than one leak to resolve. So he made time to come the following day to address all of the issues - he also explained everything clearly so that we were aware of what needed to be done and why. We had a serious leak from the bathroom sink, a smaller one from the toilet, and plumbing under the kitchen sink was a ticking time bomb and needed to be replaced. Tom worked hard the whole time he was at the house, and he respected our property by cleaning up after himself. We would definitely like any future plumbing work to be done by him, we can’t recommend him enough :-)
