We have used Ozan several times over the last 6 to 8 years and have always been very happy his work. Arranging appointments with Lisa is always straight forward and Ozan is always prompt and curteous and their prices are very competative.

Oz came back to sort an overflow issues for us. I have used Tap Into Plumbers a few time now. They are a lovely husband and wife team, honest, reliable and super friendly with reasonable prices. The first visit he recommended a few things and even recommended NOT to do some work (a previous plumber recommended) which wasn't at all necessary, and he explained why. This showed me he was honest and wanted to help, not just charge for anything and everything regardless of whether it needed it or not. I called 2 local plumbers to quote for a boiler service and to take a look at a possible water tank overflow. The other plumber claimed it would be over £130 just for the service as they had to remove a sealant to access my Baxi boiler. Having had it serviced before I was dubious and alarm bells were ringing. I called Tap Into Plumbers and I was right. After talking to Oz, he explained this wasn't the case unless the boiler failed its service and a complete dismantle was required. As mine was only 3 years old, (and the other plumber knew this) this wouldn't be required. He was on time, friendly, clean and tidy. Explained everything to me. He checked out the overflow issue and made some suggestions, but didn't think it required action, just a possible reroute. He was honest, and wasn't eager to fix things that didn't need fixing, unlike other plumbers. I would definitely call upon them again. Highly Recommend!

Oz replaced my kitchen sink tap and the shower rail and shower head in my walk in shower and replaced the silicon sealant in the shower tray. I have been using Oz for many years. He always is 100 percent reliable and does a great job. I was delighted that he manages to change the sink tap without cutting into the back of my under sink cupboard. The tap fitting is fantastic. The work to replace the shower rail and sealant was also excellent. I am completely satisfied with the work and have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Oz couldn’t have been more efficient. He explained to me the problems and resolved those that could be there and then. I was contacted immediately after with a quote for the further parts that needed ordering. He was clean, leaving the bathrooms as they were found. Oz is both polite and friendly. It’s great to have such a trustworthy tradesman to call on as well as two sinks that now work!

These fitters did an excellent job, on time, exceedingly helpful, and at a good competitive price. Only waited a short time for installation date and all finished quickly and with minimum fuss.

I asked for help with a dripping kitchen tap, replacing taps in bath and a boiler service. Having sent photos of everything we agreed a date and time and I was given a sensible estimate. The plumber arrived as promised and was honest enough to explain he could not change my bath taps without a fitted cupboard being removed but happily completed the boiler service and sorted out my dripping tap. They made everything so easy I have happily referred them to a neighbour and a friend.

Had a semi-emergency plumbing sitn and Lisa managed to squeeze me in to an earlier appt than originally planned. Oz was well mannered and fixed the immediate problem for me and suggested how I could fix the rest on my own once I'd got the required bit of kit. Call out charge much more reasonable than others than I was quoted.

Most recently he fixed a leak coming from the pipes under our toilet, and replaced the mechanisms in the toilet which had been weakened due to excess lime scale in our area. Oz was quick to come out an analyse our boiler/water tank situation after we had been told it was unsafe and needed replacing. From that first encounter, he was very professional and indicated where previous work was inadequate, which was reassuring. On the initial visit he went through in great detail what would need doing and put together a good quote for the works. He and his colleague made time to do the work on a Sunday which was appreciated. Communication around any questions on the quote and pre visit were quickly handled which is appreciated. On the day, Oz and his colleague turned up on time and got on with the work with minimal fuss and interruption and completed the installation in a competent and tidy manner. Of particular importance to me, they both spent considerable time figuring out an issue with how the current boiler / water controller was wired in that had been causing issues previously (it had stumped 2/3 different plumbers previously). All in all, a very positive experience and would recommend to others and use for any other works we need doing.

Oz arrived early. He diagnosed the plumbing problem immediately (there was a horrible screeching noise coming from our pipes whenever we turned the sink taps on (in the family bathroom). Have been using Ozan for several years now on a variety of plumbing jobs:- Bath taps, bathroom sink taps (twice), shower unit change, work on the upstairs water supply which runs through our flat and was leaking from what a previous plumber had installed, toilet seat change. Ozan has also been included on our local residents recommendations listings, where around a dozen or so residents share information amongst ourselves. His wife Lisa is prompt with email returns and inputs very effectively, even to the level of ensuring she kept us up to date on his arrival time yesterday when he got caught up with a problem on his previous job. Yesterday, during his visit, we had him assess what problems he might have with the change out of the kitchen sink taps, as the access is so very difficult. He gave us the choice of 3 options which we are to consider in our own time.

So pleased as ever with the work. Always takes his time to make sure things are sorted, works quickly, really efficient, job done to a high standard and friendly and good value too.

Oz from Tap into Plumbers replaced a small radiator in a bathroom with a larger towel rail, removed a towel rail from a dining room (don’t ask! Previous owners) moved the said towel rail to another bathroom. All work carried out efficiently and to a great standard, as always.

Oz is a wonderfully reliable plumber. It is so hard to find a plumber who will do the smaller jobs in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost. I have used Oz many times before. He is always there when he says, his work is to a really high standard, he is tidy courteous and polite. His quotes are always as stated after the work is completed. I would have no trouble recommending Tap into Plumbers.

Oz carried out a routine annual service on my boiler and rectified a fault that meant the boiler repeatedly cut-out and required a reset. This work was carried out at the agreed time and my impression was that Oz was very thorough is checking that my boiler was working correctly. He quickly replaced the part that was causing the problem (new electrodes) and went on to identify a very minor gas leak, which he traced to my gas cooker. Any gas leak is obviously potentially serious, so whilst not welcome news, finding out that we had this problem has enabled us to call in a cooker engineer to deal with this problem before it gets worse and creates a potential hazard. Oz's charge for this work was very reasonable and in my view represents excellent value for money. I have no reservations recommending his services to others.

I needed a plumber to fix a leak from my toilet cistern and arranged for Oz of Tapintoplumbers, to come round, who I found through Which Trusted Traders. He had a cancelled appointment, so I agreed he could come round earlier than arranged. He solved the problem. I had originally asked for a new syphon to be fitted, but on inspection, Oz pointed out that I only needed a new valve, which I thought was good of him. Was very impressed and would definitely use again.

Due to a problem with my hot water and after having no success with British Gas, I turned to Tap into Plumbers. It was agreed that I install a new boiler as this may have been the cause. The installation was done within weeks and it all went smoothly. After a few weeks the problem reoccurred and he came as soon as he could. We think the problem has been resolved. Tap into Plumbers changed a kitchen tap for me. I was charged an extra £10 on the price agreeed for two small second hand nuts that cost £2 to buy new. I wasn't told this at the time the work took place or given the choice to take second hand goods. I wasn't given an invoice and the plumber arrived several hours in advance without letting me know.

We are totally satisfied with the 2 jobs carried out, both relating to toilet flush renewals. One of the replacements was so straightforward that Oz only wanted to charge for the part - very genuine. We tried turning off the hot water supply to the shower as the shower was leaking, big mistake as the locking wheel was stuck. Having applied WD40 we tried once again to move wheel to close off water supply, at which point hot water started leaking a little, which turned into leaking a lot. I phoned Tap Into Plumbers and spoke to Lisa who immediately understood our difficult situation she called Oz immediately. Oz was busy working on pre booked jobs, but arrived to assist us within 90 minutes, ie as soon as possible. Less than an hour later Oz had replaced the locking wheel with a new locking handle. We were able to turn the hot water and heating system back on again, thank you. A genuine, helpful and reasonably priced plumber who helped us out as the day was very stressful for us. Thank you Lisa and Oz, you understood out situation and stepped in to assist. Highly recommended.

I have used Tap-into-Plumbers for a number of relatively small jobs, including a Friday tea-time emergency, over the past five years. I guess that because the standard of their work is so good they get a lot of return business so it seems that poor Lisa has to juggle the diary at all hours of the day! However once you have a booking in the diary they never let you down. They keep you informed. They arrive when they promise On every job they have done for me the overall standard of workmanship has been excellent and the cost has always seemed reasonable. Over the years they have become my go-to business for solving plumbing problems.

I had a problem with the flushing mechanism for one of my toilets. Oz quoted a price to replace the relevant part. However, when he came to do the job, on examination he felt it was unnecessary to replace the entire part and was able to do a repair instead. The price that he charged was correspondingly considerably lower. I greatly appreciate his professionalism, and the fact that he tackled the problem without trying to make a fast buck out of my ignorance of all things plumbing. He worked very efficiently, was very approachable and had a lovely manner in the whole way he conducted the job. What more could one ask for!

I rang Oz when I had water escaping out of a broken tap. He responded the same day and made sure the water was capped off for the tap only. He came back and replaced with a new one and also fixed a leaking rad and replaced my shower valve. Very nice guy and did a great job. Price was also very reasonable. I was given an honest estimate about when my toilet could be repaired. I was promised a phone call the previous afternoon to tell me when the plumber would be arriving. The phone call happened as promised and the plumber arrived on time with everything he needed to complete the repair. The repair was completed within a very reasonable time and the bathroom was left clean and dry. I chose to receive an invoice by e-mail and paid on-line by bank transfer, which I found very easy and convenient. I would certainly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

My partner needed a plumber after the toilet stopped flushing and, whilst not an emergency, it's no fun either when she's the mum of 21 month old twins. Am a long term Which? member and came across Oz & Lisa after I couldn't access my Which? Local account. Whilst waiting for that to be sorted, I went on the equivalent websites where it became quickly obvious that Tap Into were figuring prominently in all of them. The positive reviews were so plentiful that I actually smelt a rat. Long one short, no need for my usual cynicism. Great service and work and very reasonable rates. This is no criticism, but do bear in mind that Oz is in high demand for what I hope are fairly obvious reasons.
