I have used this company on a few occasions over the past year and are always prompt and efficient. Like other businesses they have managed to negotiate the problems of Covid-19 by showing customers kindness and great service. They say what they will do and then do it-with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. I recommend them most highly.

Taskforce responded to an emergency call at 9am from my 85 year old mother due to a boiler failure. They were onsite in 45 minutes and had resolved the problem in 2 hours which had required sourcing a spare controller for the boiler. The next month we had a problem with the cold water tank and Mathew the manager who was "last man standing" due to COVID came to reccie the job and confirm the required action, but could not respond as his priority was to fix other peoples boilers in sub-zero temperatures. How do I give 6 stars for their priority to customer service.

The Taskforce team came to fit a new central heating boiler. Everything went according to plan and the work was done and dusted within the scheduled planned time. All was done in a very organised, clean and tidy fashion and the chaps were a pleasure to have around. Their work ethic is second to none. We have used this business several times for smaller plumbing and water related problems. They have always responded extremely quickly and fixed everything very promptly. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The Taskforce team are excellent, I've used them several times. A great personal service from the office team lead by Carla. And Dylan who came to the job was brilliant. He was a delight to chat to, really knowledgeable and helpful and his work has made a huge difference to the house, its finally warm again! I would recommend them.

On Monday evening the central heating and hot water boiler stopped working. On Tuesday morning just after 08:00 I phoned the office and one of their experts arrived less than an hour later. By shortly after lunch, the replacement part was installed and the system working. I have used them before and the service really is first class. I cannot commend them highly enough, they really are excellent.

Rectified complex kitchen plumbing after 17 years

Having lived here for 17 years putting up with slow drainage in the kitchen and asking other opinions of the problem, one phone call to Taskforce and a same -day visit from their plumber produced a complete analysis and diagnosis of the problem. The work plan was carried out, to time and with minimum inconvenience. We are now totally confident in our system and can't thank Taskforce enough for their work.
