The whole process was very efficient from the original visit when options were provided and considered for two new Garage Doors and a quote was received for our choices. Once we agreed to the work the lead time of eight weeks was a reasonable estimate - the actual job was completed in 2/3 hours with minimum disruption and nothing for us to clean up. We paid half the invoice as a deposit and the other half once the job was completed. The original person carrying out the initial visit was pleasant and helpful, the administration was efficient and the two people carrying out the work did the job quickly and well.

When I contacted Tayside Garage Doors to request a quote I received a prompt response and a confirmed date for a site visit. On the agreed day I was given a firm cost and delivery date. Door was delivered within the time frame and on the day was installed quickly and professionally with no mess by the two employees who were extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Tayside Garage Doors Ltd were very easy and friendly to deal with. They came and checked the motor out and we agreed on a replacement to solve the problem. I was given a price before hand and the man turned up at the right time to do the repair. He was pleasant and courteous and got on with the job with a minimum of fuss. I made initial contact via Facebook messenger, received a response very quickly with details on how to make a booking and given a quote for the necessary work. Booking made, fitted in quickly. Arrived on time, confirmed work to be done and the price quoted. Left Gavin to carry on. Work completed and explained the invoice/payment process. All in all a very easy and professional process.
