Cameron did a great job. He was extremely polite and a really nice chap. Did a thorough job, including checking the thermostats, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and the gas hob and meter as well as a full boiler service. I would recommend.

From telephone call to initial repair being done was less that 24 hours from start to finish. Further repair and full service of the system was undertaken promptly and efficiently. The team at the Boiler Engineer Limited were excellent. Wayne initially provided advice via email to help with our planning permission process. He then came over promptly to review the project. He provided some helpful insights and suggestions on how best to install and how to minimise the visibility of the unit and ducting. The installers came in three slots and were on time, efficient, pleasant to have around and left our house / garden tidy. We will be using the Boiler Engineer Limited again.

We had a problem with our hot water/heating system. Our engineer was prompt and friendly. He explained the issue, fixed it. He left the area clean and tidy, as he found it. We have used The Boiler Engineer Ltd serval times in the past for service checks of our boiler and for parts replacement. Due to the age of our boiler we decided to get a replacement this year and chose to use the Boiler Engineer Ltd again. The date was arranged quickly and the engineers arrived on time. They worked hard throughout the day to ensure that the new boiler was installed the same day discussing any minor changes or worked needed as they progressed through the installation. They engineers were very professional, polite and tidy, clearing everything away at the end of the day and taking the time to explain how the new boiler worked and covering areas such as dealing with low pressure. Things were explained clearly and without being rushed. We are really pleased with the end result and we would definitely used The Boiler Engineer Ltd again in the future.

Just had my Worcester Bosch boiler serviced by The Boiler Man. Have been using this company annually for a number of years now. Work always done to time, with no mess or problems. Friendly and helpful engineer and no increase in price (£80) is also appreciated.

Our water heating circuit went down but TBE were able to call in the same day to diagnose and carry out the necessary work then next morning which was very helpful given the cold weather! As usual on our old pipework, a less than easy job which Cameron worked through patiently. Thanks again to TBE.

Having just purchased a Hotel from the Administration, the commercial boilers required a service. I contacted the Boiler Engineer, who jumped on the problem, sending an engineer out who serviced the first boiler and identified the issue with the second boiler, which was then repaired in super quick time. The engineer was knowledgeable and took me through what he had done and the next steps. I would have no hesitation in using the Boiler Engineer in the future.

At this time of year it is important that the boiler works....so I invite the Boiler Engineer to come and give it the once over. Sam was the Engineer who arrived and was quick to find a problem and solve it....so now the house is warm to wake up to and hot water is plentiful. I am so grateful to Sam, and also to Tracy in the Office who is the first line of contact. Tracy organised the Engineer to come and rang me with a time the engineer would arrive. This is a first class Service and I would not use any other for my Boiler issues. Thanks to both Tracy and Sam, I woke to a warm house this morning.....lovely !!

I was recommended the boiler engineer by my sister after recently moving to the area. From the first call they were great, easy to book, really quick turnaround and really friendly. I knew I needed to get my boiler serviced but have always had mains gas as apposed to bottles so really wasn’t sure what I needed, the lady in the phone was lovely and booked me in and confirmed all the details. On the day the engineer arrived promptly and was so friendly talked me through everything I needed to know and answered my questions without hesitation. Absolutely fantastic service start to finish!

Cameron carried out an annual service on our Worcester boiler. He was a very pleasant young man who was thorough and answered any questions we had politely and in detail (he clearly knows his stuff). Once he had finished the boiler service he tested the central heating which was working as it should. He also took the time to show us how to reset our programmer. Really great service.

First time using this company and they were excellent. My boiler is relatively old so i was expecting to be told it needed replacing soon which is my general experience but i was reassured thet it was still efficient and in relatively good condition.
