I was quite impressed with the speed of the appointment (next day!) to fix an oil leak, and do the annual service, and also with the bill which was less than I had been fearing; very reasonable...good, cheerful service all round and will use them next time for sure.

My boiler was serviced this morning, by Dillon, who carried out the work fast and efficiently. My boiler was installed by this company several years ago and have entrusted them to carry out the yearly servicing ever since.

I am elderly and have no clue how to deal with technology. My time clock was not giving me the hot water I needed. An Engineer and his apprentice came and within a few minutes had reset the time clock and my heating and hot water was reinstated to the times I wanted. Very efficient and patient whilst explaining what I had done, and I now understand that I must not touch it ! Considering all this was my fault, they were most understanding. Such a relief to have hot water again. 5* service. Thank you

Called out an Engineer as there was a loud noise coming from the hot water tank when the central heating closed off. Engineer arrived that afternoon - friendly, tidy and whilst he quietly got on with resolving the issue, he took time to explain the problem and the solution he had adopted. He checked all was ok and then left.

Had a suspected leak in my boiler, called The Boiler Engineer Ltd, from first contact with them they were friendly and helpful. They got a person out that day and they didn’t take long before finding the problem. He was also friendly and informative and didn’t waste any time. They needed to come back for a second visit as they did not have the part on-hand, but he had it ordered before he left and came back 2 days later to fix the leak. A very efficient and friendly service with fair value and respect for your time.

Sam attended for a planned boiler service and detected a small leak from a valve on the boiler. Had this gone undetected, we would have had a serious problem. Sam returned to replace the valve and all is now as it should be. We’re very grateful!

Replacement of domestic fuel oil tank and Boiler

We have been employing The Boiler Engineer Ltd to undertake our annual fuel oil tank and boiler inspections and decided to ask them to quote for the installation of upgrades for both. After a very helpful site visit from the owner, the company provided a competitive quote with details of the work and a fixed price, plus VAT. The work was undertaken over a few days on the dates agreed and all aspects of the installation ran smoothly. Both of the engineers who worked on the job were excellent and conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. They both took time to explain the work as it progressed and always checked with us if needed. We cannot recommend The Boiler Engineer Ltd too highly and look forward to their continuing service on our new heating system.

We had a great experience with the boiler engineer, although they had trouble getting the part for the boiler, they kept us informed at all times. While we had no heating or hot water they leant us some heaters. When the part came in they very quickly came and repaired the boiler. I would highly recommend this firm and also their very friendly and helpful staff.

Our experience with The Boiler Engineer UK have been positive from day one, everyone we have spoken to from our first enquiry have been dealt with in a professional,efficient and very friendly manner, today we had our existing combi boiler replaced, the two engineers that carried out the work were excellent, prompt, very polite and friendly, I did not feel at all awkward with them being in my home, they kept me updated throughout and were very considerate, they worked very hard and when the work was completed cleaned up efficiently, I would not hesitate In recommending this company, they gave us good advice, explained the products on offer and cost wise are very competitive.

An all-round excellent service in servicing and repairing our gas boiler, and carrying out a gas safety check. The appointment booking procedure was straightforward and hassle-free, the two chaps turned up in good time and both were very polite and respectful young men, more than happy to answer any questions we had, extremely good with explaining what work was required and how they would fix the issues, and they did so efficiently and professionally. Pricing was also very reasonable. We are very happy and have no reservations in recommending this company to others.
