Had a smell of Kerosene around our oil boiler. Connor from the boiler engineer found the tiniest of weeps from one joint. He sorted it in double quick time. Easy to chat to, polite and tidy. One very satisfied customer.

I sent an online quote request to 3 companies for a new boiler. The first company to respond was The Boiler Engineer. Wayne arrived to give a quote and was friendly, knowledgeable and keen to get the job. The quote was competitively priced and he also returned at a later date in order to quote for a radiator. The work was scheduled for the following week and a friendly engineer came to install the boiler and radiator. The job was completed slightly earlier than expected. The engineer found a leak and this was fixed for no extra charge. The next day, I noticed something that was missing and when I contacted the office, they sent round an engineer immediately to fix this.

Very efficient team installed a new boiler and immersion heater, and repaired a few radiator valves. They said it would take four days to complete the work and that is exactly what they did. They kept us updated on progress throughout, were very polite and professional and explained everything very clearly and simply. Also very considerate as they progressed with the work, bearing in mind I was working from home at the time. Very pleased with the result, and would recommend.

Central heating working intermittently. System drained and three port valve replaced. Heating now working effectively. Engineer arrived on time and undertook work effectively. Repair took longer than estimate due to problem elsewhere in the system but this was rectified. Cost as expected

Old boiler removed and new combi installed. Wayne visited to survey the property, next day submitted quote. The following week Brandon, Cameron & Dillon (all a credit to the company) arrived to start work. The engineer arrived on time. He diligently cleaned the baffles in the boiler and the firing mechanism, reassembling same, putting the boiler to work. He checked the oil quality and flow and the flue gas, taking record photos sent to me. He left the boiler off at my request. He inspected the external oil storage tank complete with isolation tap and forwarded pass certificate and photo. He checked our carbon monoxide alarm for operation. He left the premises clean and tidy. Good job. It is assumed that when the heating season begins the boiler and its associated pumps will switch on to run at the presets saved from last year when the electrical isolator is switched on by myself.

Sam attended with an Apprentice, both were on time, polite and friendly. They completed my annual service and identified some follow on works. These were scheduled in for the same morning and completed without problems. The extra works were essential for the safety of my system and boiler and costs were included within my care plan. The plan is quite expensive but clearly worth it when it comes to safety! Excellent Service as always!

Everything was fully explained by Wayne on his survey, quotes etc were sent promptly without there being any pressure to commit. Installation was completed whilst I was at work, I felt totally comfortable to leave this company in my house with a neighbour as contact. I would not have known they had been there.
