Dillon arrived on time and ready for work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any “song and dance” and went on to spot a future problem with the pipes bringing oil to the boiler. Very pleasant young man. He cleaned up all the areas in which he had worked.

We were very impressed with the Boiler Engineer who fitted a new oil boiler for us. Ronnie and his team (Cameron and Brandon) and Tracy in the office communicated excellently throughout. Ronnie inspected the site and provided sound advice and a competitive quote. They completed the job very efficiently. We were impressed with their politeness and neatness: it was a pleasure to have them working in our home. They did an excellent job and we would very much recommend them.

I have used The Boiler Engineer 3 times now for different issues with my boiler and I have been very impressed by the service I have received from them each time. As soon as I contact them they are quick to schedule in a visit and providing clear details on costs up front. Sam attended again yesterday and resolved issues with boiler pressure as well as completing a full service. He arrived on time and was very professional. Nigel from the Boiler Engineer explained all aspects of choosing a new boiler and having a new boiler fitted very clearly. His firm had done work for me before and had always done a good job, so after considering my options, I decided to go ahead. The heating engineers, Brandon and Archie, were a pleasure to have in my house. They explained everything to me step by step so that I was not overwhelmed. They worked hard from 8 am until 5 pm for two days, but at all times they were efficient and courteous. I am delighted that I chose The Boiler Engineer to install my LPG boiler and a new heated towel rail.

From phoning early morning with the problem, the engineer appeared promptly, discovered the fault, and contacted the supplier to buy the part. I am elderly and have no clue how to deal with technology. My time clock was not giving me the hot water I needed. An Engineer and his apprentice came and within a few minutes had reset the time clock and my heating and hot water was reinstated to the times I wanted. Very efficient and patient whilst explaining what I had done, and I now understand that I must not touch it ! Considering all this was my fault, they were most understanding. Such a relief to have hot water again. 5* service. Thank you

Called out an Engineer as there was a loud noise coming from the hot water tank when the central heating closed off. Engineer arrived that afternoon - friendly, tidy and whilst he quietly got on with resolving the issue, he took time to explain the problem and the solution he had adopted. He checked all was ok and then left.

Had a suspected leak in my boiler, called The Boiler Engineer Ltd, from first contact with them they were friendly and helpful. They got a person out that day and they didn’t take long before finding the problem. He was also friendly and informative and didn’t waste any time. They needed to come back for a second visit as they did not have the part on-hand, but he had it ordered before he left and came back 2 days later to fix the leak. A very efficient and friendly service with fair value and respect for your time.

We have been employing The Boiler Engineer Ltd to undertake our annual fuel oil tank and boiler inspections and decided to ask them to quote for the installation of upgrades for both. After a very helpful site visit from the owner, the company provided a competitive quote with details of the work and a fixed price, plus VAT. The work was undertaken over a few days on the dates agreed and all aspects of the installation ran smoothly. Both of the engineers who worked on the job were excellent and conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. They both took time to explain the work as it progressed and always checked with us if needed. We cannot recommend The Boiler Engineer Ltd too highly and look forward to their continuing service on our new heating system.

We had a great experience with the boiler engineer, although they had trouble getting the part for the boiler, they kept us informed at all times. While we had no heating or hot water they leant us some heaters. When the part came in they very quickly came and repaired the boiler. I would highly recommend this firm and also their very friendly and helpful staff.
