Our experience with The Boiler Engineer UK have been positive from day one, everyone we have spoken to from our first enquiry have been dealt with in a professional,efficient and very friendly manner, today we had our existing combi boiler replaced, the two engineers that carried out the work were excellent, prompt, very polite and friendly, I did not feel at all awkward with them being in my home, they kept me updated throughout and were very considerate, they worked very hard and when the work was completed cleaned up efficiently, I would not hesitate In recommending this company, they gave us good advice, explained the products on offer and cost wise are very competitive.

An all-round excellent service in servicing and repairing our gas boiler, and carrying out a gas safety check. The appointment booking procedure was straightforward and hassle-free, the two chaps turned up in good time and both were very polite and respectful young men, more than happy to answer any questions we had, extremely good with explaining what work was required and how they would fix the issues, and they did so efficiently and professionally. Pricing was also very reasonable. We are very happy and have no reservations in recommending this company to others.

I called the boiler engineers when I was desperate I had been left by an emergency plumber with a new boiler he had installed that was not working and not safe. These amazing engineers came the same day. They restored by boiler and fitted a new programmer. They were efficient , knowledgeable polite and respectful. They gave me a gas safe certificate that the previous emergency plumber had not provided and he was when checking not on the gas safe register. Please be wary of calling these out of hours emergency plumbers. Who charge a very high hourly rate. I can highly recommend them

Had a smell of Kerosene around our oil boiler. Connor from the boiler engineer found the tiniest of weeps from one joint. He sorted it in double quick time. Easy to chat to, polite and tidy. One very satisfied customer.

I sent an online quote request to 3 companies for a new boiler. The first company to respond was The Boiler Engineer. Wayne arrived to give a quote and was friendly, knowledgeable and keen to get the job. The quote was competitively priced and he also returned at a later date in order to quote for a radiator. The work was scheduled for the following week and a friendly engineer came to install the boiler and radiator. The job was completed slightly earlier than expected. The engineer found a leak and this was fixed for no extra charge. The next day, I noticed something that was missing and when I contacted the office, they sent round an engineer immediately to fix this.

Very efficient team installed a new boiler and immersion heater, and repaired a few radiator valves. They said it would take four days to complete the work and that is exactly what they did. They kept us updated on progress throughout, were very polite and professional and explained everything very clearly and simply. Also very considerate as they progressed with the work, bearing in mind I was working from home at the time. Very pleased with the result, and would recommend.

Central heating working intermittently. System drained and three port valve replaced. Heating now working effectively. Engineer arrived on time and undertook work effectively. Repair took longer than estimate due to problem elsewhere in the system but this was rectified. Cost as expected
