Old boiler removed and new combi installed. Wayne visited to survey the property, next day submitted quote. The following week Brandon, Cameron & Dillon (all a credit to the company) arrived to start work. Very likeable lads and very efficient, all work completed within 3 days, outstanding service from start to finish.

This company is helpful, efficient and easy to contact. The engineer arrived on the time booked (as they always do) was very polite and thorough (annual gas boiler service) I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The engineer arrived on time. He diligently cleaned the baffles in the boiler and the firing mechanism, reassembling same, putting the boiler to work. He checked the oil quality and flow and the flue gas, taking record photos sent to me. He left the boiler off at my request. He inspected the external oil storage tank complete with isolation tap and forwarded pass certificate and photo. He checked our carbon monoxide alarm for operation. He left the premises clean and tidy. Good job. It is assumed that when the heating season begins the boiler and its associated pumps will switch on to run at the presets saved from last year when the electrical isolator is switched on by myself.

Wayne was extremely helpful in the advice given to us and filled us with confidence with his experience and knowledge when he came to give the quote. Arrived at the specified time and replaced a noisy ball valve on the main tank. Job done quickly and successfully.

Very impressed with the work carried out by The Boiler Engineer Ltd. They were punctual, clean and tidy and completed the work on time as per the quote. It was a big job carried out over 3.5 days with a tutorial of the new boiler and central heating system. I would definitely use The Boiler Engineer again and would recommend using them.

Sam attended with an Apprentice, both were on time, polite and friendly. They completed my annual service and identified some follow on works. These were scheduled in for the same morning and completed without problems. The extra works were essential for the safety of my system and boiler and costs were included within my care plan. The plan is quite expensive but clearly worth it when it comes to safety! Excellent Service as always!

Very professional company that instilled confidence from first contact. Everything was fully explained by Wayne on his survey, quotes etc were sent promptly without there being any pressure to commit. Installation was completed whilst I was at work, I felt totally comfortable to leave this company in my house with a neighbour as contact. I would not have known they had been there. Follow up paperwork was delivered next day by e-Mail & post. Excellent service all round.

Water tank would not heat up. Boiler engineer sent team of two who fairly quickly identified problem and replaced faulty valve. They were courteous and efficient.

I have been with the boiler engineer for a few years. This year another fault-free service, the crew were very pleasant and and carried out the work well. they were able to answer a few problems i thought i had (wrongly) as it happened. i shall use them again. well done.

Annual service completed satisfactorily just a few days after booking it. All okay and new certificate issued just an hour after completing the service. NB: And the price of the service was the same as last year

The Boiler Engineer replaced my gas boiler today. I have nothing but praise for them: they arrived on time, were courteous and clean, Obviously knew what they were doing, did a neat job and left the site tidy. Strongly recommended.

The Boiler Engineer installed my LPG heating system 10 years ago and have serviced it annually. They remind me when a service is due, arrange appointments times that suit me, turn up on time and service the boiler which has run, without fault, since installation so they must be doing it right! They are always extremely pleasant to deal with and highly professional - if only one could say that about more British businesses! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We use the Boiler Engineer as they are reliable, always do a good job, are helpful and friendly and their charges are reasonable. Todays service by Sam lived up to this high standard.

Had an issue with heating system in that it was running constantly. Phone the Boiler Engineer Monday morning, two engineer attended mid afternoon the same day and replaced the faulty part. Engineers were polite and very efficient.

In need of a new boiler, we were recommended The Boiler Engineer. The initial phone enquiry was greeted by the lady at the front desk. She was courteous, friendly and helpful, setting us up with an initial meeting to discuss our needs. (We even got a friendly reminder call before the visit and the Install) The business owner came to our home and discussed all options, provided (really helpful) suggestions for the best product(s) & install and answered all our questions. The subsequent quote was clear and detailed, provided in good time and very competitive. On the day of installation, we had an engineer and apprentice turn up (on time). The job was completed as scheduled and they even stayed a little late on one evening to make sure we had some heating and hot water while the internet wasn’t ‘playing ball’ with our new Hive system. All the way through the installation, they were very respectful of our home, happily answered any questions we had and explained everything that was being done, finishing up with a full run-through on how to use our new heating installation. A really brilliant company with an apparent desire to make sure that Customer Service and appropriate product recommendation are at the top of their agenda. Thoroughly recommended.
