Chris came at the agreed appointment time - easily booked and confirmed by phone - and professionally assessed our needs for a new boiler. Options were discussed and a competitive quote sent by email a few days later. The process for agreeing the quote and booking the engineers' visit was easily done by email. The team arrived promptly and worked very hard to accomplish the installation in one (long) day. My husband was very impressed by how professional and courteous they all were. Easily contactable by phone afterwards with any small queries about how the system works. Recommend without reservation.

After 6 quotes to change our standard boiler to a combi boiler we chose Chris as he seemed the most honest, reliable and knowledgeable and I was right to choose him. Chris and Mason carried out the work in one day and I have never seen plumbing work carried out so professionally and I was in the building industry for over 35 years. My boiler broke on a Sunday morning. I did some quick reviews and saw these guys not only recommended fitters for the boiler brand I wanted but also Which recommended. They called me back on a Sunday to get more information and then were able to come round on the Monday to install it. Installation was great. Arrived on time. Respectful and tidy. Took shoes off at the door. Really high quality with everything they did. Would recommend them to anyone. Great job

I feel compelled to write a review (a first for me) because I had such a positive experience. From my first enquiry about a new boiler through to the boiler installation I felt confident I was getting quality advice and a quality service. Chris, Nina and the team were polite and professional and the whole experience reassured me that there are good businesses out there. Chris clearly explained the different system designs and my options, suggesting what would work best for my house. From the experience of other quotes and surveys I received I quickly determined his advice to be genuine and for the benefit of the end user, and not driven by money. Chris and his team were well-mannered and were respectful to my house, cleaning up as they went along. Me and my wife were extremely impressed by their service. I genuinely wish 'The Boiler Installation Specialists' every success and would highly recommend them.

This is a great company. They really care about providing a really good service and making sure the customer gets the best for their money. Prompt, polite, efficient both in fitting a new boiler, servicing to and helping out with all sorts of other useful stuff. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Found them through Which? Trusted traders. The two lads who came to do the installation did a brilliant job. It wasn’t straight forward as they had to remove the bodged piping from the previous installation 16 years ago by British Gas. They were very polite and left everything neat and tidy. Shower now working better than it has in years. Everything was done to the agreed quote, no extras added. Everybody involved from initial communication to completion were very helpful, approachable and friendly, so easy to deal with. Throughly recommend this company.

My mums old boiler had broken down and needed replacing. Found this company on the Internet and asked for a quote. They sent someone out the next morning as they were working not too far away. They were really helpful and gave mum several payment options. They booked the work in quickly as the evenings were still a bit cold and they didn't want her without heating. Although it wasn't straightforward they stayed late and got the job finished in a day. They were polite, friendly and tidy, they did a great job. Mums 82 so it was important she was in safe hands. Can't recommend Chris and Nina enough.

I was contacted promptly by Nina after registering for a new boiler install on the Worcester Bosh web site. My elderly dad lives on his own near Sawbridgeworth. Chris contacted me about the install and I sent some photos of the old boiler. He attended the next day and surveyed the location. It wasn’t straight forward but within a week the new boiler was installed at the price originally quoted. The install came with a mobile room stat. Dad needed some support with this and the system just afterwards and the team came back to help him out. All part of the service, brilliant. I really cant recommend Nina, Chris and their company highly enough. They were competitive, professional and prompt. I really felt that they had a local knowledge and put my dad at ease with their support and quick and tidy work.

Fantastic company, I could not rate them highly enough. From when I first made contract with Nina for a quote (received within minutes) to the full installation (within a week) totally outstanding!!! The quotation was based over the phone from photos I sent, Chris then attend the property to carry out a survey (the price stayed the same). Work was then completed to the highest standard (I am very fussy)!!! Clean and tidy, you could not ask for more.

I was experiencing - a water leak from either the boiler or the pipework (impossible to determine which). The 17 year old boiler had to be removed to solve the problem, so I decided to have a new boiler fitted. Having chosen The Boiler Installation Specialists Ltd, I still cannot believe how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out. Nina, the business Manager was an absolute treasure, she took charge of our case, realising how desperate we were, she found the only Worcester-Bosch boiler in the south of England was in Canterbury and sent a van down to pick it up and it was installed the next day. Unfortunately all was not well with this boiler, it kept locking out, so Nina contacted Worcester-Bosch who said they would send an engineer out on Monday, 3 days away, Nina would have none of this and an engineer arrived the next day! He was unable to solve the problem so Chris, in charge of the installation, insisted that the whole burner unit be replaced, this was done the following day. I cannot praise this company enough for what they achieved. Anyone who uses this company can be assured of wonderful service in the hands of Chris, with a really good supporting team, and Nina in particular.

Our old back boiler developed a gas leak so we needed a complete new boiler system and radiators. The Boiler Specialists were great from start to finish - from my initial enquiry to quote to installation. Jordan and Mason arrived early each day and did not stop! They kept us informed as to what was going on and when. Although we had major upheaval as every room was having a new radiator and pipe work, new combi boiler and shower (as our old shower wasn’t compatible) they kept the mess to a minimum and left everything tidy. Cannot recommend The Boiler Specialists enough - face service and work from start to finish. 😀👍

From start to finish The Boiler Installation Specialists provided a service which in my opinion is rarely seen in many trades today. The whole experience was professional and slick, the website easily allowed you to create a quote and I received a call from Nina who explained the installation process clearly. We were offered different types of boilers by went for a Vaillant in the end and the price given was the price we paid - no funny extras, no calls saying they had found something odd and it would be X more, just a straight up, realistic quote. We had been advised that the two engineers would arrive between 8 and 8:30 and they did promptly. They looked and came across as professional trades people who knew what they were doing. I felt more than comfortable leaving both of them with my 80 year old Nana which I think is a testament in itself. They laid down protective mats and you would honestly not know we had had a person in let alone a whole boiler replacement, the whole place was hoovered and left as found. I don't mean to be pessimistic about the trade but it is very difficult to find a company that just does the service they offer without any groans, hidden extras or delayed timescales - These guys offer something that is lost now - A professional job with pride in doing the job right. I cannot recommend highly enough - Thank you.

Great experience with The Boiler Installation Specialists. Yesterday, our boiler failed and Nina at the office was super helpful. She gave us all the information we needed and arranged a same-day visit to give an estimate. Due to a cancellation, Chris and Connor were able to come today and fit a new boiler and condensate pump. They were so thorough and competent. They did all the necessary checks and replaced the entire flue as well. I can't believe that within about 24 hours of calling them they have fitted a replacement boiler and the house is lovely and warm again. When I saw all the great reviews here on the Which website, I had high expectations, but they managed to even exceed those. Totally recommended.

Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed to a high standard. They were on time, polite and left the place clean on completion. Nina in the office was very helpful. Had a few boilers installed over the years with poor experience from other installers. So glad I found the Boiler installation Specialists. Will use them for my annual boiler service. As an extra if you have a Bosch boiler installed they give a 10 year guarantee.

An excellent quality of work was done by this local team of heating engineers. I give them my strongest recommendation. The work efficiently and they did all of the work as it was stated in their quote.

Nina was great in customer services, given me all the information about the installation. We had a new boiler fitted, the work was carried out when it was agreed, within the timescales promised and to the agreed costs. Nina in Customer Service was very helpful, she helped us to get the best value product to meet our needs and kept us updated with what was happening in the lead up to the installation. The engineers, Connor and Christian, were very clear about what they were doing and kept me informed at every stage. They also cleared up every sign of their presence before they left. They even fixed a faulty switch which was not part of their responsibility. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

I have just used the Boiler Installation Specialists for the first time to install boilers in two adjoining rental properties, and I am really delighted with the quality of the work they have completed. Both installations were completed quickly, to a very high standard, and for a reasonable fixed price (with no "extras" charged after completion). Chris was very good to work with on site, communicating efficiently and with a totally "can-do" approach to the slightly complicated work that was necessary to complete these jobs. Nina in their office was also very friendly, helpful, and efficient in scheduling the jobs and very responsive to all of my queries. There was one minor change that was needed after the job had been completed and they responded quickly and without any hesitation to resolve the issue. The installation of these two boilers has been as easy and straightforward as I could have hoped for and I will use this company again without hesitation.

The two Boiler Installation Engineers (Jordan and Mason) arrived at 7 am, started work immediately and had completed the job by about 11.30 am. The job being the replacement of the boiler together with the hot water cylinder and immersion heater. They also took away all the old/waste material and left the premises clean. They were both courteous, pleasant and seemed very competent.

Had a new Bosch Greenstar 30i fitted.The workman ship was to a very high standard.Everything was done in a clean and tidy way with all the pipe work tided up and no mess left behind. The fitters arrived on time, were polite and considerate and covered all carpets before starting work. Best price. Best workmanship. Would recommend this company.

From start to finish I could not have found a better service. Nina's knowledge, advice and thoroughly efficient administrative skills were invaluable in finding me the right Worcester boiler for my home. Nina organised the fitting and how to pay for it all - a first class service. Jordan, Connor and Mason arrived promptly on the day and worked together, led by Jordan, to provide brilliant service. Courteous and professional, they explained what they were doing and we're happy to answer any questions I had. They knew exactly what they were doing and when they'd finished I had a lovely, new and efficient boiler warming my home. Plus, they were so clean and tidy the only thing I had to do was wash up the tea mugs.

Chris, working with another gentleman installed a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 18Ri Gas Boiler. From the moment they walked in the door to the time when all work was finished they were friendly polite and considerate. Their work was both efficient and professional. The work was as quoted (no last minute extras). All work was carried out on schedule. All was made good on completion. The old boiler position was not in compliance with the new regulations. As a result the new boiler was located in a slightly different position. This required a new hole for the flue. The gap left by the old flue was properly repaired using new bricks. The electrical connections for the boiler and new controller were in accordance with regulations and safe. On completion the new installation was thoroughly checked by Chris. All radiators were checked for leaks and air locks these were bled as required. The boiler was also checked for any leaks. Any brick dust etc., was swept up, all was left clean and tidy. The operation of the boiler was explained. A Building Regulations Certificate was subsequently provided and the Gas Safe Register Informed. At the time of writing this review it being two months or so after the installation I remain happy to provide the highest recommendation for The "Boiler Installation Specialists Ltd" and their staff.

There was a quick and friendly response to our initial enquiry. This was followed by a visit on the same day, a written quote sent immediately by email and a date agreed for the fitting of a new boiler. They turned up on time, completed the work in the stated time and in an efficient and very pleasant manner and at the price agreed.

On 5th November 2018 we had a new Viessmann boiler and new cylinder and all modern controls installed. After 9 hours the new system was installed and working. The entire team of Chris, Mason, Jordan and Connor worked exceptionally well, fast and clean. The work entailed floors up, new pipes and wiring with the full system of pump, valves and thermostats. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

OK, so we needed; 1. to replace our forty-year old gravity fed boiler with a new 'Combi' and relocate to a new position 2. Replace and relocate multiple radiators 3. Extend existing hot/cold feeds for new downstairs WC 4. Relocate existing pipework to allow for new bathroom 5. In fact, in the end we decided to replace absolutely all the pipework! I cannot fault the Boiler Installation Company in any way! From my initial contact with Nina to Chris and the guys every single aspect of their service was fast, efficient and highly professional. I would like to thank Chris, Nina, Jordan and Mason for all their hard work and attention to detail, If I ever need to- I would not hesitate to use the boiler installation company again.
