Great experience. Competitively priced. Willing to explore options with me and explained alternatives. Intial fixed price offered over the phone which was surprisingly competitive. Followed by a free survey at my request which resulted in a better solution at lower cost. Scope: convert 40 year old, tank fed hot water and heating boiler, to a Worcester Bosch 32 CDI Compact Combi boiler with 10 year warranty. Three storey town house with 8 radiators, one bath room plus one ground floor cloakroom. Boiler installed in garage. Engineers arrived on time and were very courteous. As one laid carpet protectors throughout, the other went through the sequence of events and asked if I had any questions since the initial survey. They started work about 8 am and by about 6pm the new boiler and flue where installed and water reconnected. All waste was removed including loft tanks, redundant pipework, old cylinder, old lagging and redundant control electrics. The next morning (another prompt arrival) saw the system thoroughly flushed, radiators bled and heating system fully commissioned. Controls were explained and warranty paperwork completed. I was sceptical that a quote "sight unseen" over the phone would be affordable but this was the most competive out of 5 quotes received and included a premium brand boiler & filter compared to other mid range offerings. I encountered a small problem with existing pipework which was sorted within an hour of reporting late on a Saturday evening.

I needed a boiler replacement in a hurry and The Boiler Installation Specialists fitted the bill perfectly. From initial communication with Nina on switchboard, who was extremely helpful, to the job being carried out, I can only praise the installers work highly. They took only two days to re-site the boiler and install a brand new one very efficiently and with no mess or complications. The price was reasonable and didn't change once agreed, I am very happy with the job and would highly recomend this firm.

ITBIS did an excellent job and worked so hard work when replacing our old hot air heating system with a combi boiler and new radiators. It is always difficult to have work done in the house, where lots of money is being spent, where difficult decisions need making and where things don't always go to plan! Not to mention all the mess and chaos of the work itself. However, the guys were so polite, helpful, friendly, tidy, informative and diligent that they made it all so easy and painless. And most importantly they did an excellent job: we have a super new set of radiators to keep us toasty (when the time comes!) and lovely hot water throughout which (we can appreciate now!). When an unforeseen difficulty arose, regarding a separate hot water system in our kitchen, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I was immediately reassured that the problem woukd be solved, and no extra cost was charged (even for the nice new tap they bought and fitted!) Nina, the business manager provided clear information and was a friendly and reassuring voice on the end of the phone (and email!) throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company.

What luck to have this company practically on my doorstep! Friendly, helpful and prepared to explain everything without resorting to jargon, Nina was really quick to respond to my request for a quote, and at a time that suited me, unlike others who kept ringing while I was at work! The installation then took place within the week and passed off perfectly. It's never a pleasure to have to fork out to replace something like a boiler, but this was as painless as could be and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

From Nina's help and advice over the phone with the quotation to Chris' expert installation of new boiler, I have been pleased and impressed by this company. Chris actively welcomes questions from customers and is willing to talk through the whole process as he is working. He even called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. He went above and beyond by tidying pipework and fitting seal on external flue. Nina, too, impressed me with her willingness to answer any question on the phone. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I had a really old conventional boiler replaced by a combi and the whole journey of customer service was fantastic! From initial calls with Nina who clearly explained the process and organised the event to Jordan and Mason who went above and beyond to ensure the installation exceeded my expectations. I was able to book in an installation within 2 weeks of my initial call. Chris and Mason installed the boiler and worked extremely efficiently. After being very well attended to by Nina who was very knowledgeable and professional, I received a comprehensive quote, clear and detailed and when discussing it with Nina all points were addressed and resolved. I would highly recommend this company for several reasons. Firstly, I applied online for a quote and got a call back straight away. Nina was very informative and professional. She explained costs, finance options and services very clearly and gave me time to go away and think about what would suit me best. I did not feel under pressure as I have done with other companies. The whole application process was very quick and simple and Nina communicated with me on a regular basis. The engineer, Chris, was friendly and professional, on time and talked us through how to use our new boiler. I cannot fault his or Nina's customer service...it is 10/10! This company provide an excellent service - we have a top of the range boiler at a reasonable price.

My boiler broke down and was defunct and I called a number of people. Chris called back soon after I spoke to Nina, and quoted over the phone, recommending a replacement boiler model. Their quote was half the price of the government-appointed energy saving specialists with their so-called cashback for the old boiler. They fitted me in a week earlier than their schedule allowed, by moving some appointments I think. On the day Chris came and fitted the boiler and was very tidy, efficient and courteous. He did a very neat job and recommended I have my pump moved too which Jordan came and did a little later for me. I still have a lot of air in the system but they warned me it could take a week or two to clear as my pipework is a bit of a mish-mash from previous plumbing by others. I couldn't recommend them highly enough - pleasant, friendly , careful, tidy, and a nice neat job all done earlier than I thought could be done and completed in less than a day. Top people and I will undoubtedly be using them for servicing and any future requirements. If you're in their area, use them - you won't be disappointed.

Having to replace a defunct boiler is not a thing I considered would really feel value for money, the expense vs (a boiler)? Definitely more a pain than anything. However, not only did Chris and his team do a fabulous job but any box the consumer wants to tick from value to clearing up - they ticked in spades. To add to that woke up this morning to a feeling of being gently toasted, got under a hot shower and genuinely think this work was worth every penny. Regards Dot

I have been left so impressed with this firm from dealing with Nina in their office to having our new combination boiler installed and the commitment and reassurance my wife and I received throughout the whole process has been superb. I can not remember last time I dealt with a company who puts so much effort into customer service and delivering exceptional quality to their customers. The engineers arrived early in the morning and worked solidly through the day without fail. They made good where necessary and were very tidy and cleared up after installation was complete leaving us with no mess. They explained how all new controls works as we had the HIVE controls setup and installed too which they made so easy to use even tho we are in our 60's. I will for sure recommend to both family and friends and only use TBIS going forward for any work needed to be done. 5 stars!

I was recommended by a friend to get in touch with this firm after they had installed a boiler at his property.From initial contact through their website I received a response within the hour from their office and a appointment was booked for the same afternoon. Estimate was received the same evening and I was already very impressed with their customer service. Engineers arrived on time as agreed and removed our very old back boiler unit and where there was a hole left where the back boiler unit was removed the engineers plastered the wall to a smooth finish and then put a radiator in place of where the back boiler unit gas fire was. The flue was terminated through the roof as our airing cupboard was situated in the middle of the house and not on a outside wall. As we had a really old heating system we had to have all of our controls upgraded and now we have a A-rated high efficiency Worcester Bosch boiler which they gave a extended 7 year warranty on. I could not fail this firm and how non stop their 2 engineers were working throughout the day with minimal disruption and kept myself and my wife informed at all times of what they were doing and why. We also had a follow up call the following day from the office to ensure we knew how to work our new controls and heating systems. 10/10

The boiler installation specialists removed my back boiler unit. We had a new boiler fitted in the airing cupboard as we were much limited to where we could have it. Although the airing cupboard was not on a outside wall this wasn't a problem as the flue went up through the ceiling into the loft and out of the roof. What a fantastic job you guys made of this as I didn't think this way would have been possible after having several other firms quoting. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to have a new boiler or central heating system fitted.
