I highly recommend this company. Our boiler was condemned last week, and the insurance company were going to take too long. Matt popped in the same day, advised and quoted us for a replacement boiler, and then pulled strings to fit us in two days later. He and Dan were both superstars as we'd been without heating and proper hot water for a week already, and it was so cold outside but even colder indoors! Very happy with the boiler and the service we received, and Matt even followed up with a message a couple of days later to check everything was OK. Thanks so much 😁

We chose Mat to change an old boiler tank to a combi boiler and we are glad that we found him. We had an old system which had a lot of pipes that required to be removed and Matt cleared all the old pipework, leaving the area very clean and tidy. Everything was done to the agreed schedule and budget. He is truly a professional and very tidy. He is an easy person to work with and very responsive. I chose The Boiler Replacement Company as they are a Which? Trusted Trader. Mat was very professional giving sound advice before providing a detailed quotation. On the day the installation took place the work was carried out efficiently and tidily. It then became evident that there was a fault with the system that had nothing to do with the boiler and yet Mat gave advice and help in resolving this issue which was not part of the original brief. I am unlikely to replace a boiler again but would not hesitate to use Mat again or recommend others to do so.

I was moving into a purchased property and need the system boiler converted to a combi boiler as quickly as possible. I always use this company to service my boiler as I was pleased with the work when they installed it 4 years ago. I received an email reminding me that the service was due. I arranged a convenient date and time and Matt came and checked the boiler and heating systems. I then received an invoice and safety certificate. I am always pleased with the work of this company and would recommend them.
