We had an excellent experience with the Boiler Replacement Company Essex. We had our 20 year old floor standing boiler that was situated in the loft, replaced with a new Valiant ecofit pure 430. Matthew took the time to explain why he recommended said boiler and saved us money as I was pushing for a bigger boiler which he explained why we didn’t need. Good communication, clean, neat and tidy job, started and finished as agreed. Very knowledgeable and professional. All paperwork, regs and warranties sent immediately. They did a great job and would recommend highly.

Due to poor service from Baxi, we cancelled our Annual Boiler Service Contact with them and following a recommendation from a neighbour, contacted Matt. He has now Serviced our Boiler, repaired a small leak in one of our radiators and rebalanced our heating system. He carried all work out professionally.

Being in my 90's I was a little apprehensive about a new boiler. However Mat & Dan arrived on time with covering for carpets and floors, then straightaway into action. Afterwards everything was put back in place and left clean and tidy. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lots of advice given on products etc .Appointment date given and kept , early start , very tidy and professional job done . They take great care working in your home and mat gives clear instructions on use etc before leaving . All certificates and guarantees emailed straight away . Cant fault this company at all .

The boiler was replaced and some additional gas pipework installed, all works were carried out professionally and efficiently. They also took all the old equipment and rubbish away with them and left a clean and tidy site, something you don’t always get with other installers. I am really pleased with the boiler it’s very quiet and very efficient. The engineers were polite and courteous and I would recommend the boiler replacement company to anyone.

We contacted Mat when our boiler suddenly died and the cylinder started to leak. Mat managed to visit the same day and gave a very competitive quotation. The new combi boiler was fitted the same week to an excellent standard. Very clean and professional, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I highly recommend this company. Our boiler was condemned last week, and the insurance company were going to take too long. Matt popped in the same day, advised and quoted us for a replacement boiler, and then pulled strings to fit us in two days later. He and Dan were both superstars as we'd been without heating and proper hot water for a week already, and it was so cold outside but even colder indoors! Very happy with the boiler and the service we received, and Matt even followed up with a message a couple of days later to check everything was OK. Thanks so much 😁
