We're Fenetic Wellbeing, the personal mobility people. From bespoke stairlifts to riser recliner chairs, we offer a range of quality mobility aids to support independent living.

Our friendly team can provide free, honest advice to help you find the right product for your needs and pay a fair price.

All our stairlifts come with three years warranty, three years of servicing, and 24-hour breakdown call out as standard. For your peace of mind, all purchases come with free delivery in England and Wales and a 12-month warranty.

From our humble beginnings in Keighley to a trusted name in mobility. We're now an award-winning business serving over 250,000 satisfied customers and counting.

I supported my mother in law to purchase a riser recliner chair from Fenetic. Service was outstanding from start to finish. We visited their showroom in Skipton where Carl spent time helping my mother in law find the right chair for her. What I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no sales pressure at all. Carl's knowledge of the products was clearly evident. We left without making an order and my mother in law was able to consider her options. We later placed the order by phone. The chair was made and delivered within 3 weeks. Thanks to Mike and Dudley who delivered the chair and spent time ensuring it was placed just where it was needed and then went through all operations of the chair ensuring it was working correctly. All in all a very positive experience purchasing from Fenetic. I can recommend.

The team who arrived to install my new chair were very busy, but they could not get the riser to work on the chair. They phoned Fenetic Wellbeing Services and the following a new team arrived who were experienced with the chair and got it working quickly. Both teams were very polite and took away the packaging. I also found the staff at Fenetic Wellbeing with whom I had contact were helpful.

Very good website allowed effective comparison of alternative products. Asked a couple of questions by phoning Fenetic who answered the phone quickly (unusual these days with many companies) and gave clear answers. I just wanted to share what a WONDERFUL service all the team provided. Right from the start the team could not be more helpful, and kindly and very quickly sent me swatches of the sofa, video of the sofa (your Yorkshire and we’re Bognor!) and answered any of my questions very quickly and efficiently. As you can appreciate without seeing it in the “flesh” first was a risk for us – but all paid off. Thanks should go to the whole team as today you don’t always get brilliant service and Fenetic certainly provided that. Whatever training, recruitment etc you all provide it’s certainly working. Thanks again and Wendy loves it.
