Small problem arose on electric door. The original fitters (Liam and Linden) attended, quickly identified the problems, and swiftly rectified them. These two engineers are a credit to your company. Thanks gentlemen.

I had a failing roller door supplied by the now-defunct and disgraced Essati company. I contacted The Garage Door Company in Plymouth, spoke to Jo-anne and within two days the surveyor, Toby Evershed visited my property. Both Jo-anne and Toby were very professional, and I was very happy with their service. I agreed to go ahead with a new electric roller door and was given a 5-week order wait. Exactly 5 weeks to the day the installation team arrived and removed the old door and fitted the new one. Liam, the engineer and his son were very pleasant and completed the whole changeover in less than 4 hours. I am so pleased with the whole event and totally happy with the new door. Well done to all concerned, and I wholeheartedly recommend this Company

£840 lighter but still no garage door!

I paid £840 on the 26th July and I still don't have a garage door! I ordered a standard size, white garage door. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. It was booked in for installation on the 6th September (a longer wait than initially advised when the survey was carried out). On the morning of the 6th I got a call to say the door hadn't actually arrived and they would let me know what was going on. Yesterday (13th) I had still heard nothing so I phoned the office and I was told they would contact the supplier and let me know what was going on as delivery is every Wednesday and it might be delivered this week. 24 hours later and I'm still £840 lighter with nothing to show for it and still no contact to advise me what is going on!
