The team at the Kitchen Gallery in Sheffield delivered a friendly and professional service from the moment I walked into their gorgeous shop until my kitchen was completed. Despite the difficult conditions that successive lock downs and Covid restrictions imposed the company were consistently professional, kind and considerate throughout. The completed kitchen is perfect and just as we had anticipated it to be. I would be delighted to recommend and endorse this friendly family run business to anyone considering renewing or installing a new kitchen!

Cannot praise this company enough. From our very first visit to the show room, through the planning process, queries and eventual completion of our new kitchen and utility room. All members of the team were very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and efficient and workmanship second to none. The company removed our old kitchen, organised all plastering work, all electrical work, leading on to the complete fitting of our Kitchen and utility room. We are highly deleted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Gallery to family and friends.

Our existing kitchen was 18 years old very dated. I needed help in the design to prevent bending into difficult cupboards. Kim came to measure up ABC suggested modifications that have worked like a dream. The team arrived on time Phil the kitchen fitter was amazing his fitting skills are second to none. Paula the electrician planned the lighting to perfection. I am delighted with the result. When we visited the sales office to pick the units Tracey and Kim were so professional and friendly. They helped with choice of white goods, the choice was spot on. They also recommended the larger units as I was loosing some cupboard space due to a large integral fridge freezer I had decided on. The work was done on budget. A unit had to be replaced as it was damaged it was done immediately. Kim recommended a tiler and he was a perfectionist. Everything was done professionally and the finished product is amazing. I love my kitchen, no more bending and lots of storage. Finished off to a very high standard. Thank you Kitchen Gallery.

Nothing was too much trouble for the Kitchen Gallery right from the design from Tracy to completing the installation. Tracy made us feel right at home & this is why we chose them. The fitters were great and very efficient. Every problem they came across was handled superbly and nothing was too much trouble. We had to have two walls & the ceiling plastered which they did beforehand. They were always early each day which made the installation go exceptionally well and on-time. We had a problem getting some of the appliances we wanted (not their fault) but Kim was right on the ball and obtained alternatives that were just as good (some even better). We are really pleased with our new kitchen and would say to anyone thinking of using The Kitchen Gallery, don't hesitate they will not let you down.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and would highly recommend the whole Kitchen Gallery team. Kim and Tracey were very patient and professional in sorting out my alterations and design. The fitter Phil was very conscientious and nothing was too much trouble - he has done a brilliant job. I was a bit concerned with lockdown and living in Nottinghamshire that there may be issues, I needn't have worried. Kim kept on top of things and everything was completed perfectly on time.

We are highly delighted with our newly fitted kitchen which was done to schedule and budget with no issues. Kim and Tracey helped us achieve a layout which suited our requirements and were happy to take the time required to achieve this. There was absolutely no sales pressure which was great and the estimated cost was spot on. The work was organised and planned well with other trades e.g. electricians, plasterer and gas fitter all scheduled in as required. The kitchen fitter Phil did a superb job throughout. We have just had a completely new kitchen and utility room designed and constructed by Kitchen Gallery and are absolutely delighted with the results. From the very start of our project, we have been very impressed with their friendly and professional service. Tracey and Kim listened carefully to our requirements and worked with us to achieve the functionality, style and comfort that we wanted. Our expert kitchen fitter, Damo, is a master craftsman and everything was cut to size and fitted to perfection! As we also wanted to have a wet underfloor heating system fitted as part of the overall refurb, careful project management was required and delivered by Kim who liaised efficiently with plumbers and flooring fitters. Build quality very good, excellent value for money. We highly recommend them.

We're ecstatic! Over the moon and well impressed with our new kitchen! Well, what a pleasant experience, such professionalism but with friendliness and a personal touch all the way through. From the first walk into their showroom we knew they were the right company for us. Options galore but no forcing down any route. Zero pressure or push to sign up. So it all started out great, and carried on great. Kim arriving to measure up and talk technical all went well and inspired confidence, the building works, removing a wall, electrics and gas work all done to spec and without a single issue from our side. Problems arose, as you would expect, but options and solutions were offered at the same time and each of the guys were happy to talk through the problems or options and let us come to the decision with no issues. And leaving Damo the fitter, to last as, what a guy, superb skills, personable and a perfectionist. Always wanting to make the best job for us, from chatting through the problems to a solution down to his excellent silicone/calking skills. A big thanks from us to Damo! We've had a fair few trades people/companies over the years. Not many we would have back. But if we need a kitchen in the future we know where we're going to come! We'll also sing your praises to anyone that asks us for a recommendation for a kitchen in the future. An excellent job well done.

After working with the team to design my kitchen I was helped and supported to pick something that was right for me. With little knowledge and experience in new kitchens the team guided me to pick something and I am delighted with the outcome. This was part of a major transformation in my home and the Kitchen Gallery worked with the company completing building redesign to ensure work was completed in a timely manner with minimum disruption and to my complete satisfaction. The work done is of a high standard and the products I chose are excellent quality. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of a new kitchen taking a trip to the showroom!

After visiting many kitchen showrooms we were extremely impressed with the service provided during our first visit to The Kitchen Gallery, Sheffield. We spoke with Tracey who gave us advice on Kitchen styles, colours and outlined the whole fitting procedure, we met Kim when he came to measure and plan our dream kitchen, very professional and detailed plan, all computer generated which gave us the perfect view to agree and change to our exact requirements as and when we wanted, nothing was too much trouble, every phone call or email was dealt with effectively and efficiently. Damo was our fitter and he is an extremely conscientious well skilled fitter, he takes immense pride in his work, Damo was joined by Joe who is also a well skilled fitter and takes great pride in his work, can we also thank Paula the electrician, excellent work with limited disturbance during the build. We highly recommend The Kitchen Gallery Sheffield, and a big thank you to Tracey, Kim, Damo, Joe and Paula for a fabulous job, the whole process ran extremely smoothly, we cannot thank them all enough I now have a stunning dream kitchen I have always wanted.

Picking a kitchen company to spend lots of money with is a big decision for anyone. There is such a wide choice out there and there is no doubt it can be a bit of a minefield. Thankfully, we chose probably one of the best, if not the best.From the very moment we walked into the showroom we had a good feeling about the quality and professionalism of this company.Within a few days they had a good understanding of what we wanted and they showed us what was possible.We went for a Laura Ashley kitchen and they have given us a service which we think was second to none.The fitting service was amazing, such attention to detail and extremely helpful with aspects of the preparation which we had decided to do for ourselves. The kitchen is very solid in its construction and design and it feels like it will last a lifetime.We have had no reason to call them back for any problems, but I feel sure that if there had been any, they would have been right there to sort it. The Kitchen Gallery Sheffield have certainly made the experience of having a new kitchen the least stressful as is possible with the disruption it can cause to everyday living. We put our trust in their team to do the job for us and we were not disappointed. They were very knowledgeable and happy to spend time going through various options. Kim is obviously very experienced with fitting and it's a bonus to be able to talk with someone in a showroom who knows their stuff. I would highly recommend The Kitchen Gallery, Sheffield. We had been shopping around for some time but when Kim first came to assess our property, we were very impressed with his knowledge and ideas. No job was too big and they were very helpful throughout the planning stage and didn't mind our indecisiveness. We now have an amazing kitchen & dining room and its all thanks to The Kitchen Gallery. We received an excellent service every step of the way from walking into the showroom meeting Tracey & Kim to the kitchen being completed. Damo carried out work for the kitchen and dining room with absolutely fantastic results, Damo takes real pride in his work and is a perfectionist which is definitely what you want. We are over the moon! Every workman that came through our door was professional, friendly, personable and completely trustworthy. We knew exactly who was coming & when, they were punctual and communicated well all through the process and our kitchen was left clean and tidy every evening. To our amazement the whole job took just 3 weeks! The only remnants of our old kitchen/dining room is the boiler, windows and patio door... so it was a big job, and has been carried out to a very high standard. Like others we popped in to Kitchen Gallery as one of many showrooms we visited. Tracey was so friendly and helpful that we simply stopped looking elsewhere and stayed. Kitchen Gallery sell Symphony kitchens, which is not restrictive as there are different styles and price ranges. We chose a style and colour and a quartz worktop. Kim came and measured carefully and gave lots of advice and suggestions. Then we went back several times and changed things - Kim and Tracey were very patient! The fitting was done mainly by the very experienced Phil - he found woodworm damage in part of the floor, but took out the wood and replaced it in no time and it didn't slow the work. The whole job took almost three weeks, which was exactly as planned because we needed plastering and wiring work plus the floor, and it takes several days to measure and make a quartz worktop. We firstly went down to the kitchen gallery showroom on London Road to get some ideas of what we wanted as we went in with an open mind. Kim was very helpful and showed us different options. He came out and measured up and drew us different plans which changed several times but Kim was extremely patient. I eventually chose and we were happy with the quote although we never felt the need to go anywhere else so didn’t get prices elsewhere. We set a date as we were going on holiday and all the work was done during this time leaving Damo in charge of our property. Wow! What a surprise we came home too. It was practically done when we returned. The house was spotless. They did it from start to finish. Ripped it out and did all the building, plastering, electrics etc all in 2 weeks. No mess to come home too. Definitely the way to do it!! Couldn’t praise them enough. Extremely professional and trustworthy. Had to have them back for minor things(these things happen) but nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Wouldn’t think twice about using them again. Thank you. Highly recommended. We had a new kitchen supplied including fitting & we are delighted with the quality & service throughout. They have a great showroom where Kim talked is through the options with an honest explanation of the quality of each range. He made helpful suggestions without taking over & this helped our final design. The work was completed on time - in fact it was delayed due to our builder & Kim took this in his stride. We did visit two other retailers but neither came close in terms of range, quality, knowledge & sheer helpfulness & we quickly decided to stick with Kitchen Gallery. Lovely people & reliable. We used The Kitchen Gallery to remove our old kitchen and refit a new one- including all building work - electrics, plumbing, gas and plastering. Kim was helpful with quoting and providing a free design, amended a couple of times to suit our changes. Damo fitted the kitchen and was both friendly and professional and did a great, high quality job with the units and wooden worktops. Like any job, there were a couple of niggles which were sorted very quickly and effectively- which is the sign of a great company. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Gallery in Sheffield to anybody who, like us, would prefer to support a local independent business rather than one of the 'big boys'. Thanks Again.

Kim and his team were great from the first visit. It took awhile to sort through the myriad of choices and design options. They were always happy to suggest solutions when we were stuck and were not afraid to give us a gentle prod if we were making mistakes they had seen others make. The kitchen fitter was a gem who had a real attention to getting the details spot on. Any issues were spotted by the fitter and resolved promptly without our intervention. The worktops took 3 visits to complete but the guys wanted to get everything spot on, avoiding any shortcuts. The result is a great Kitchen.

Just had our Kitchen done by Sheffield Kitchen Gallery and we are absolutely thrilled. It is not an exaggeration to say it has transformed the whole house. The Kitchen Gallery Sheffield are true crafts people. They are honest and transparent (no hard sell) and importantly true to their word. They finished exactly on time to the best possible standard. Damo (the fitter) was a true perfectionist paying more attention to details than we would ourselves. Kim (project manager) managed to perfection. We didn't have a moments worry throughout the whole project. If you are thinking of using them we don't believe you could do better.
