In early January, we moved into a bungalow which needed extensive renovation. This included knocking down a wall between kitchen and dining room where there was a serving hatch; kitchen refit; en suite, main bathroom and separate toilet refit; installing a wall length of built-in wardrobes and lots more besides... What we liked about Chris was that he was very approachable, not pushy, and his experience in the building trade gave him the vision and experience to handle our project from design onwards. He knew what would work, what wouldn't, and came up with some good solutions. He was very hands-on, easy to contact and his friendly, calm demeanour kept us sane through all the disruption. The few teething problems we had after work was completed were swiftly and easily resolved. We were pleased we chose this friendly, local company. Especial thanks, too, to Mark - the fitter who did most of our work. He was thorough, hard-working and tidy.

We had some fitted bedroom and office/study furniture fitted by Chris and the team. The initial consultation was very consultative, with Chris listening to what we wanted but also making suggestions. The fitters (Christian and John) turned up when Chris said they would and their work was excellent. As well as being very personal, they were also good at asking what we would like when there was more than one way of doing something rather than making assumptions. Their work was great, with an attention to detail and were adaptable/flexible to deal with the inevitable snags that arose. The fitting took a bit longer than anticipated, due to supplier issues, but Chris kept us up to date with progress and tried to push things along, as well as making sure that the work was up to standard. Overall, we're really pleased with the result, which is of great quality and came in on time/budget. We will certainly use Chris and the team again.

Rather than a whole new kitchen we wanted to replace cupboard and drawer fronts and also replace our oven. Chris came up with some good suggestions to improve the efficiency of the existing kitchen and also a good solution for the oven. The fitters were excellent and did a really good job so it feels like a new kitchen without the upheaval and cost. Very happy.

we were very pleased with the re fit of our bathroom. We visited the showroom and were given good from advice and ideas from Chris. He understood exactly what we wanted and advised accordingly. The price was very competitive. The workmanship was excellent. The office staff were very helpful and friendly.

Chris came to assess our requirements and was undeterred by the tight space. Other companies looked and walked away. He moved pipes and made space to replace our old kitchen stove with modern appliances. This was not a big job, in the scale of things, but Chris spent time and effort sorting our requirements. We had our existing kitchen refitted along with our new utility space. Some of the old kitchen units (also supplied by Kitchen Studio) were refitted into our new hobbies room. Chris and his team provided an outstanding service. They are very flexible and willing to follow our changing ideas. The workmanship of Kristian was beyond expectation and he found a solution for everything. We are delighted with our new look. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Kitchen Studio replaced our old worktops & sink & we also replaced the hob as well. Right from the beginning Chris & Sarah were so helpful and professional. Chris is very good at communicating and understanding of what we needed. Never pushy and very good with advice. Sarah kept us updated with what was going to happen & when, there were no delays at all and everything was completed on time. To say that we are happy with our new worktops and sink and good service is an understatement. I would recommend The Kitchen Studio to anyone that is having a new kitchen.

I wish to recommend Kitchen Studio to anyone thinking about renewing or refreshing their kitchen or having a make-over of a bedroom We have recently had a makeover to our kitchen in East Devon: --- by installing an induction electric hob with an eye level electric cooker and microwave; ---- with an eye level fitted fridge/freezer; ----- a re-design and new doors to our fitted kitchen units. Chris Gates of Kitchen Studio advised on what we needed and what was possible and designed the whole project. His Team installed the new look kitchen. The job was completed efficiently and speedily and all debris was meticulously cleared away. In short we could not be better pleased. We had previously employed Kitchen Studio to install a fitted bedroom wardrobe and cupboards which are a great success. I have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Studio. Their prices are realistic and competetive. They come when they say they will ,and deliver a 5 Star service.

Sudden breakdown of my electric hob. No idea what was wrong - an unexplained fault. Called Kitchen Studio. Chris got here within an hour and had sorted things out in less than two. Brilliant!
