This is our first time to use this Company Cris and his team came across as very knowledgeable friendly and trustworthy, they installed 4 vents in our roof the were punctual friendly and tidy having had bad experience in the past we were nervous on deciding who to call, Cris put our minds at rest by his friendly knowledgeable and efficient team we would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Chris was really honest with the work that needed doing and was reassuring after having messed around by dishonest roofer in the past. Carried out the repair with a quick turnaround and a really fair price.

We had searched the internet for a roofer & found the Original Roofing company to be the most professional. I contacted Chris who was very helpful and happy to come over with a moments notice & informed us of all the options. The works was completed on time at a high standard & we shall continue to use Chris & his workforce in future.

Having used Original Roofing before, I rang them when I had a slipped roof tile. Phone answered straight away and arranged for them to come following day. Replaced tile and checked rest of roof. Very efficient and friendly. Would certainly recommend them and will used them for future work.

I initially contacted the Original Roofing Company to provide a report on the condition of a roof for a property sale. They were very responsive and were able to visit the next day as time was of the essence. They carried out a drone survey and looked at the internal structure. They provided their report promptly. We then decided to go ahead with the work- they were able to do the work to our timetable (ie. Soon) and arranged for scaffolding to go up. Ryen communicated well with photos and videos attached- on closer inspection further work was needed (the video made this clear). The main work was the renewal of a box gutter. Photos were sent during the work and we had telephone discussions to narrow down what was to be done. The roof was also cleaned of moss thoroughly and ridge tiles repointed. The original inspection fee was deducted from the final bill as we had proceeded with the work. The experience was made as smooth as it could be.

I contacted The Original Roofing Company for a quote for roof vent tiles and Chris and Ryen organised a mutually convenient time to visit, inspect our roof, and sent a quote out promptly and efficiently. They were very patient with us whilst we added and removed other work to and from the quote and gave us time and detailed explanations on what was required, what it would look like and the guarantees associated with the work. Once agreed the work started very promptly (within days) and they use a very professional scaffolding company who were polite, quick, quiet and communicative. The roofers from the Original Roofing Company are not subcontracted; worked hard, diligently and professionally at all times and always had time to answer any questions. They worked tidily and cleared up after themselves every day. At the end of each day, Ryen would update me on the day's work with photos and video-explainers as required and always checked with me about any minor and/or major advisories that cropped up during their work. Ryen was always honest, fair, and transparent about pricing, what was and wasn't necessary, and anything that could not be completed to the required standard (we requested removal of previous spilt paint from brickwork which was not possible despite Ryen and his team's best efforts) was removed from the final invoice. I would highly recommend The Original Roofing Company and will use them for any future work as required.

The Original Roofing Company fixed my leaking flat roof - they were efficient, professional and reliable. They cleaned up brilliantly after the job, including my neighbour’s front yard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The company recently completed the rendering and painting of our house exterior on our end of terrace property. Ryen and Chris were very detailed in their quotation and followed this through to the finish. They were excellent workers under difficult heatwave weather conditions. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
