The Pure Water People

Kevin the engineer from Pure Water People installed our Water softener system last year and carry out our first yearly service. He was professional and patient. We wanted to upgrade our drinking water system and he explained in depth of a few options. We chose Kinetico K5 and engineer Lee came to install the system. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained the whole installation in details. He carried out the whole installation neatly and left no mess at all. He checked the system thoroughly before he leaves. We would highly recommend Pure Water People for their top notch service. Their after sale team is impeccable too.

We had an initial consultation with Francoise, who gave us a very detailed explanation about the company and the service it provides and the aftercare and also demonstrated physically the advantages and benefits of softening the water at our house. We had a over 20 year old water softener installed by the previous owner which had ceased to work properly. Everything was clearly explained including costs and she seemed very genuine. Lee arrived on time on the day of the installation and carried out firstly the removal of the old water softener (which in fact took took longer than the installation of the new water softener), with a lot of skill despite its awkwardness, followed by the installation and commissioning of same. A basic explanation of how to operate it was explained including the connection to our WIFI. The work was conducted in a very tidy manner. All in all we were very satisfied with everything carried out as scheduled and looking forward to the aftercare that has been promised.

Lewis, from Pure Water People, has just completed our first water system service. He was very courteous and explained, in simple language, what was happening. Overall a job well done and simple instructions for the layman to follow.

Lewes the "The Pure water People" technician provided a comprehensive service, which covered water softening and filtered drinking water. Lewes clearly explained why & what he was doing. I have been serviced annually for 12 years. Finally Lewes also gave me a look forward regarding the items that may need replacing next year. The Pure water People always call me in good time to arrange the service visit at a convenient time, their number is in my contact list as my BT Premium (VOIP) home phone and iPhone only ring if the incoming call is in their respective contact list.

Had to decide between Pure water and another vendor. Pure water team came across as professional, knowledgeable, with competitive prising. They had great product options. We got excellent installation service and cannot complain. Highly recommended.

I recently had a water softener installed by Pure Water People, and the entire experience was fantastic. Neil demonstrated how the system worked beforehand and followed up as promised, ensuring everything was on track. Then, Kevin, the engineer, handled the installation with great professionalism. We've had a pure water system since the early 2000s, when Pure Water People were called Aquatec. The system has been brilliant and the higher quality water really helped my daughter's eczema. They helped us de-install and re-install when we moved house in 2006, and come annually to service the equipment. They're always friendly, prompt, and tidy. After 20+ years, our system needed an upgrade, and that was organised really well. We've been using the new system for around a month now, and it's excellent. Really happy customer, who recommends this company.

Ever since we had the water purification system installed in 2018 we have been very happy with it. Our mains water never tasted good and left the taps and kettle with a reddish tainted lime scale. Now we have palatable water and no lime scale. The system has been regularly maintained by the company who have always turned up at the time agreed, and their engineers have always been friendly, helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Pure Water People to anyone wanting clean reliable drinking water.

The Installation went very well. Lee was our engineer who we have had before to service the old system. He was very good, friendly, explained the installation to us and made sure we still had an external tap with untreated water for the pond etc. There had possibly been a potential issue as to whether it would all fit under the sink as the old system was sited outside but Lee persevered and all was well. The cabinet the old system was installed in was removed and everything was left nice and tidy. We are very happy indeed Difficult to determine a rating for value though!

I’ve had a home water softener system from Pure Water People for over 12 years and they have always been very efficient in annual reminders for services and supplying salt. I decided to upgrade the system this year to the latest version and Kevin came to do this on 15 August. He did an excellent and very tidy installation job and removed the old system. The engineer from Pure Water People came on time, despite driving approx. 125 miles to get here. He immediately got down to work and explained what he was doing. The Engineer, Mike, turned up on time and took care to protect my carpets and flooring with dust sheets. He installed a new Water Softener in my new property and was very personable and interested in my recent move having serviced my Water Softener system at my old address for the past 18 years. The work was completed in the agreed time and he left everything clean and tidy as he always has done. I had no hesitation in using this Company again and it was a nice surprise to have Mike turn up.

We decided to install a water softener for our new build house before even completing the purchase. We used Which Trusted Traders to find a supplier and The Pure Water People was a clear winner as they specialised in these systems. Booking an initial visit was easy, Neil arrived on time, gave a very useful demonstration of the water softening system, assessed the space available for the installation and clearly explained what our options were. We decided to go for the full softening and filtration option with a three way tap to provide drinking water. The installation was booked less than a week later. Mike - the installation engineer was a lovely guy. He took great care with all our new flooring and fittings, installed the system very neatly - using much less of the storage space than we anticipated. He also provided us with some very good tips on local pubs and walks, as we were new to the area and he was a local, and was generally very good company. The system has been in for 3 days now and we can really see, taste and feel the improvement. There is no scum in cups of tea, glasses are sparkling when they come out of the dishwasher and our skin feels softer after washing. We would strongly recommend this company

We are very happy with our water softener install, the water is very tasty and no more limescale! From the first meeting where Françoise explained and demoed everything in amazing detail, to the installation by Mike the whole process was seamless and the guys were a pleasure to deal with.

The annual service carried out by Lewes was both thorough and done efficiently. He explained various things about the system. He was polite and clean in his work He arrived on time considering the current traffic problems.

Once I decided on installing a softener I looked for a local agent and all the best reviews pointed to The Pure Water People. I had a rough idea of what I needed and contacted TPWP for a home visit. Neill visited and made his suggestion as to what system I should have which was inline with what I had in mind. So far so good. No pressure to purchase and when I was ready I contacted the office where they arranged a day to install to suit my schedule. Mike arrived on time to install and was a consummate professional. I recently had The Pure Water People install a water softener at my house. I'd used them for a similar installation at a different address 2-3 year prior. A close relative also had a water softener installed in the last 3 months. That should tell you all you need to know why you can use them with the utmost confidence, but let me highlight a few reasons: - Upon initial inquiry, they were able to have a sales representative/surveyor at my door in a week's time - Their sales representative, Neil, was able to assess, pitch and survey in a single visit. His product knowledge was top notch, as was his ability describe and finalise the finer details of the install - Their installer, Lee, arrived promptly on the day of installation. He wasted no time bringing his vast industry experience and product knowledge to bear on my installation, simplifying the technical aspects and improving the aesthetics significantly - The installation took exactly as long as estimated, and Lee left the scene as clean and tidy as he found it.

Mike fitted a new water softening unit removing the old one, making a new box to house it and putting Cotswold stones around the edge. He was very pleasant and explained well what he was doing and how I am to use it. Work completed and all old material removed and taken in less than four hours.

After many years of wanting one, today I finally had my pure water system fitted. Lee, the engineer was fantastic. He went through it all with me. He was efficient and tidy. Having lived in a hard water area my whole life, it’s absolutely amazing to have such wonderfully soft water now. The drinking water tastes lovely and even my children agree! 19 years ago the Pure Water People installed a water softener. Following the last Servicing of that Water Softener we agreed to update to a new model, Kinetico premier Compact . The new installation was carried out super efficiently by Mike. Over the years he has been most helpful and we have valued his advice. He recommended we opt to have it installed internally as opposed to the previous model that was situated externally. We are extremely satisfied with the new model and its siting. We have been a customer of Pure Water People for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them as a company.

Mike installed our water system today and we are absolutely delighted with it. He arrived on time, was an absolute professional and the quality of his work was outstanding. He communicated throughout about the installation and went through everything with us before leaving to ensure we understood the system. Kevin turned up promptly to remove our old water softener and install a new one. Kevin explained his procedure and completed the installation very neatly. We were unable to set up the new APP so Kevin contacted the office to find help. We are really pleased with the service we have received today.

Our engineer on this visit was Kevin, he presented himself well, did the service on our water Purification Plant and then came into the house to replace the Tap on the kitchen sink which was very jerky in operation. Before removing the tap he had a go at lubricating it with a silicon grease which he worked into the tap, this allowed the tap to operate with ease. Almost as good as new now. Kevin is a top man and will be welcomed back here for the next and future servicing work. He saved me pounds. We had the water Purification Plant installed 14 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with it. It is the only system that I have come across that gives a really nice tasting drinking water.

We have had our water filtration system for 9 years now and it's been one of the best investments we have ever made. Water tastes fantastic, virtually no lime scale anymore and eczema gone. Customer service is excellent too and demonstrated again today by engineer Kev who came to carry out repair and maintenance. Arrived on time, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you 😊

Our water filter system is 15 years old and has been expertly maintained by the Pure Water people. Lewis carried out the annual service to the system today with his usual efficiency and attention to detail. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Our water system is 10 years old and we have it serviced every year. This company is efficient and the technicians are always punctual, polite and complete the job. The system provides soft water, reducing the amount of limescale and the cost of replacing household goods due to limescale build-up.

Our regular annual water softener service was carried out in April 2024. This was very efficiently scheduled in a month or so in advance. An engineer, Mike, who had visited us on previous occasions arrived neatly turned out and with a very friendly demeanor. He carried out the work in exemplary fashion. In fact he even tightened a couple of loose waste pipe joints whilst he noticed whilst working under the sink. Mike undertook his tasks in a cheerful but professional way engaging most pleasantly with us during the visit. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of both Mike and his employers The Pure Water People.

This is the second time I have used The Pure Water Company in Bristol and for the 2nd time, their pre-sales communication and customer service from Kelly was exceptional. Choosing Pure Water People for our water softener and drinking water filter installation was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. From start to finish, their service and the quality of their workmanship has been excellent. When it came to the installation, Mike their engineer was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment, and got to work with minimal disruption. The installation process itself was carried out with precision and attention to detail, as we had a slightly more complex kitchen tap setup. Once the water softener and drinking water filter were installed, the difference in water quality was immediate. Our once hard water was transformed into soft, silky water and any limescale buildup has been eliminated. Annual check and maintenance on our water softening/purifying system, carried out just now. As always we're confident that expert and thorough work has been done. Today it was Lewes; he seemed to do everything that could possibly be required, and he was a pleasure to deal with. We trust these people. The whole thing involves significant expense but I don't consider the charges unreasonable and we're glad to receive the benefits we get as customers. The people in the Bristol office are always efficient and courteous. That, too, does make a difference.

After 20 years use it was time to replace/upgrade our water treatment system. We contacted The Pure Water People to get the balling rolling, yesterday Mike turned up bright and breezy at the stated time. He was professional and very helpful as he got on with the job until completion. The system in Mike went onto go into detailing the differences and went through the instructions on what we needed to do after he had left, which was clear and helpful. Our water system needed to be replaced having had the old one for 25 years! The service that we have had has always been excellent so we had no hesitation to have a new system installed. Just had my new water softener (Premier Compact HF). The lady who came to quote was informative, friendly and respective of my physical needs. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful as well as polite every time I called. Kevin (the fitter) arrived on time, was friendly, he had a horrible time installing the kit as the space was tighter than expected. However his professionalism meant he coped and was able to carry out the fitting, in a clean and timely manner.

The company phoned to arrange for a routine service visit that was due. The person making the arrangements was very clear about what would be done and accommodating as to the date and time for the service. Lewes, the service engineer, arrived on time and explained what he would be doing to carry out the service. I told him that there had been an intermittent problem recently and he said he would look into it. Following a very thorough check of the complete system, he made adjustments that he said should clear the problem. He explained what these adjustments were and the effect they would have to prevent the problem occurring again. He then carried out the full service, changing filters and making any necessary further adjustments. He then fully tested the system and put all insulation and covers back in place. He explained what I should do after he had left and the short time to give the system to return to full operation before it was used again. He also said to contact the company again if any further problems occurred. I had the system installed 11 years ago and the routine services have always been carried out on time and with similar thoroughness to this one. The small problem that occurred this time was the first time the system has not worked completely as it should.

Annual changing of filters carried out by Lewes with the usual efficiency. Did the regular check and gave advice where needed. Also excellent service from Kelly, Charlotte and Mary in the office who look after appointments and also provided great advice re salt.

Mike from The Pure Water People attended today to install a pure water filtration system and water softener. Communication with the company was excellent. They conducted a demonstration and site survey. Arrived promptly on the day and completed quality work with little disturbance so I was able to continue working during the installation. Mike explained the system well and provided details on who and how to contact the company of I experienced any issues. I would recommend this company as there is no ‘hard sell’.

Very happy with the sales process and the performance of the Gold Package. Due to the location of our waste pipe, the installation was not straight forward. Mike’s service, during the installation, was exceptional and he was a pleasure to work with. He worked well beyond normal working hours to ensure that everything was completed to his satisfaction.

Having already used a water softener from The Pure Water People for the last 20 years. The softener system needed to be replaced. As always, I am very happy with the service received by them. The installation engineer, Kevin, who attended arrived on time, was polite, courteous and tidy in their work. Can’t recommend this company and the service they provide enough. Lewis was very thorough, explained everything and did a fantastic job. We’ve had our system for around seven years now and have no complaints.

Thoroughly deserves its Which recommended status. Fitting the filter to our system had more than its share of challenges - but the team coped amazingly (Mike and Nigel). Since it has been fitted over 2 years ago we've had great aftercare from the company, but the system has functioned essentially faultlessly. Our water now tastes better than any tap water we've ever tasted - and that's not counting the good it must be doing us not having all those nasty bits of plastic going through our bodies. As for the lack of limescale all over our house now it's been installed...wow!

Kevin has just been to service our water softener system. What a lovely guy! Polite, friendly, explained what he was going to do, gave me the results of the water tests straight away. It seems a rat had been chewing the pipes so Kevin has advised what to do about it and has lagged all the pipe work as extra protection. He showed me photos to show what he’d done. All work carried out as necessary and as quoted. All replaced filters taken away. Very happy with this company and one of the best “home improvement” we’ve done. Thank you!

Lee our installer was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable. He has done excellent job installing the system and also explained how to use the system through the app. Overall very happy the work done by Lee.

Water machine was due to be serviced between 13:00 to16:00. Company phoned could they call now please, yes. Ian turned up again as he did last year, serviced the machine, no problems. As usual he was polite, professional, didn’t miss anything out. He is always very helpful & reliable, look forward to seeing him next year. The job was the installation of a replacement water softener. I was given a clear indication of cost and the timetable for the work. The new unit was installed professionally without fuss and some incidental plumbing issues were solved as this was done. I have used this firm before for servicing my old unit and have always found them a pleasure to deal with.

The PWP has been excellent in every way. Our Old water softener system was starting to need replacement after 20years of service. We started to look into it in October 23 and finally decided to go ahead in November. After contacting the Pure Water People, we got a quote and a date for installation for very early January 2024. Soon after the Agreement was done, my Old house Boiler was condemned, which means we had to postpone the installation of the Water Soft System until after the New boiler was in. The boiler installation took longer then expected, however PWP was very considerate, and was prepared to make all necessary adjustments to facilitate the new water soft system installation. The day came and Kevin, the engineer was appointed to do it. Kevin was very professional, Informative and very good in every way, very polite, and the work he did was that of First Class. Thank you Kevin. I also need to mention Kelly at the PWP office who was always very polite and patient with all the logistics. Thank you Kelly. Brought my annual water softener service forward due to unwanted mice chewing through a cable. Kelly in the office super helpful with the booking and quote. Visit and time confirmed working day before the appointment. Kevin the engineer arrived on time, very courteous explained exactly what he was going to do, checked throughout the visit that I was happy with the work. Very neat and tidy. Cost was as per estimate.

Mary, Charlotte and Kelly are polite and friendly on the phone and after booking a service for our water softener engineer Lewis arrived on time and carried out a professional and through service. Living in a hard water area is great not to have a limescale problem.

We consulted Which? Trusted Traders before choosing a company to supply a water softener, and chose The Pure Water People. From the first visit, made by Neill to advise us on the best system for our needs, to the installation done by Kevin, the company has been first class. Our many questions were answered by Neill, who provided a very eye opening demonstration of the hardness of our water, and he adapted the available packages to our needs and arranged installation to be done the following week. The installation was done by Kevin, an extremely neat job done in less than a day with no mess and nothing left behind. When he finished, he ran us through the operation of the system thoroughly. From start to finish it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the company.

The annual servicing on our water purification system was carried out efficiently by an engineer I remembered from before (Lewis), who was very helpful and courteous.

Lewis from Pure Water People came to service our water softening system. As well as Cathy from Head Office calling the day before to confirm who was coming to carry out the service and when to expect him, Lewis himself called the night before to confirm time and introduce himself. I call this excellent customer service especially as he arrived on time. Once on site he was polite and had a friendly professional attitude: he kept us informed of what he was doing throughout visit and once he had completed the service gave us a full briefing on what he had found and how he had rectified any issues found. Lewis arrived within the allotted time, after phoning to say that he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He competently checked the water inside and out and changed the filters, keeping me informed throughout. Lewis left everything neat and tidy after the service of the system, which is about 5 years old. I am very pleased that once again , the annual service has been done to a high standard.

The water softener and drinking water systems were installed temporarily in April 2022 in anticipation of a total renovation to the house in April 2023. The systems have lain dormant for the best part of 9 months and on the 19th December they were reinstalled with an upgrade to the drinking water system, the K5 by Kinetico, a Belgian product. Turning the tap the water flows at a constant pressure and does not fade as before, fantastic, we fill the kettle with delicious clear water for a wonderful cuppa. The engineer Lee proved his skills and showed his initiative in the installation leaving it neat and tidy with a view to ease of access for the annual service in the years ahead, thank you.

The engineer was very polite and efficient and carried out the service expediently. He explained what the service entailed and gave useful advice about maintaining the filtration system which includes a drinking water filter.

Lewis came round to do our annual service. Everyone I deal with are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with The Pure Water Company and have been a customer for over 15 years. I had a system fitted at our previous house, and when we moved house, we had a system installed on our new property. We live in a hard water area and having a water system installed in your house makes a major difference.

Kevin reinstalled the Pure Water kit that had been laid aside when the kitchen had been refurbished. As ever he was friendly, on-time, efficient and quick. The Pure Water system now continues to give excellent water quality.

The Pure Water People have serviced my system annually since it was installed 10 years ago and moved it to my new home some years ago. They always contact me to offer available dates and times when their engineer will be in my area. The engineer was punctual and discussed the initial monitoring readings before starting work. He then showed me the discoloured filters after the new ones were fitted as part of the maintenance schedule. He left the area clean and tidy. The annual service keeps my system in good condition providing clean water which needs little detergent for washing up and leaves minimal deposits in items such as kettles.

Lewis has just finished the larger five year service, when all filters are changed and the control system checked, with his usual polite, efficient manner. This system was installed eleven years ago, and the odd occasion when I spend a number of weeks away, and my children, both over 18, are left to fend for themselves, and forget to keep the salt level topped up, the difference in water quality is quite noticeable, certainly not something I would like them to drink ! This have this system installed, was undoubtedly one of my better decisions.

Our filter system was removed in order to replace the patio on which it stood. The filters subsequent replacement and installation of a new housing was completed by Kevin. He overcame a couple of obstacles with a smile and a high level of skill. A very competent member of staff and a credit to The Pure Water People. We look forward to the luxury of soft water again, as well as no longer having the chemical smell that Fluoride gives to the very hard water which clogs pipes and kettles etc. Thank you very much Kevin.

The task was carried out by KEVIN who initially said it should take about 2 hours. He ran into various problems as the brief he had been given did not fit the actual task. The work took over 6 hours but was carried out exceptionally well, keeping us informed on all work being undertaken as it progressed. There were problems with the system enclosure due to sloping concrete, the electrical part of the system which required a socket and unfortunately there was a drain in the way. Kevin was really good at sorting each problem as it occurred, having an excellent trade knowledge and the finished job is very good. We can only say a really big thank you to him for taking the time to sort the problems out in such a professional manner.

Many thanks to Lewis for the way he diagnosed and corrected the problem with our water softener. He checked our whole cold water system, updated the machine's computer, replaced a suspect small pipe joint, tested float operation and left us with a correctly working machine. He was friendly, courteous and gave us an impression of confidence. We'd be happy to meet him again.

Mike came on time and worked tirelessly on a difficult job He had to replace valves which were leaking and adjust the cabinets to fit a very snug softener. He took on the the task with determination and good humour until it was perfect He also was excellent at explaining the new set up He didn’t go until he was completely satisfied Well done

Kevin attended within the time period specified on making the booking. He was checking the drinking water and replacing filters for drinking water. In addition he was exchanging the Cr v unit, testing and flushing main unit and checking for leaks. Did this well flushed the system and was very helpful and well-mannered. Checked for leaks and gave us information on what was done. Happy with results and done in good time.

We have had the water softener for 14 years and we have always had excellent service by the company The Pure Water People. We have just had the annual service provided by Lewis who checked everything thoroughly and changed all the filters. He gave us very useful information regarding our stop cock that really needs changing. The office staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

I have always been impressed by the quality of The Pure Water People's annual service but this year was exceptional. Not only was Mike extremely knowledgeable about the system, but he explained what he was going to tweak and why and also talked through various options going forward given my current system is 17 years old. There was no sales pressure whatsoever but, on hearing the various options, I was persuaded to go for a new drinking water system which would give me much greater flow given I had the whole family coming for Christmas and suggested he could probably fit before Christmas. I can't praise this company enough.

The yearly inspection including the change of filters was carried out by Mike. All done at the arranged time in a very friendly and tidy manor. Seeing that I was having difficulties with a punctured tire on my car Mike took over and carried out the work which was beyond my capability. It was a pleasure to welcome engineer Mike back on site. He was punctual, polite and friendly, and as pleasant to deal with as ever. He serviced my unit and replaced a small leaking split tap (after 13 years use!) on one of the cylinders. His work was professional and thorough as always and his general advice on the care and maintenance system, which continues to work well, was greatly appreciated. A great product and an engineer who is a credit to his employers.

We’ve been happy with the quality of the water produced by the system. It was already installed when we moved in and have had it serviced every year by Pure Water People with a filter changed this year. It’s usually Lewis who services the unit and it is good to have someone who really knows how it works to call on. We are in a very hard water area and when we could not use the water softener due to building work the kettle furred up almost overnight so we wouldn’t be without it.

This was an annual maintenance and system check visit to ensure that my water softener system was working to maximum efficiency. Engineer Lewis arrived well within the promised time “window”, explained what he planned to do and, basically, just got on with the job giving advice as he progressed. I pay for this service by monthly direct debit and regard the service as money well spent. We had a soft water system installed in 2018. It performs exactly as we were told it would, all appliances which use water have no limescale build up now, even our 18 year old washing machine now runs like a dream! It has saved us money in cleaning products and more importantly time that we used to spend trying to remove limescale damage on kettle, sinks, taps, toilets etc.. The service engineer Lewis who came to give our system it’s annual service turned up punctually and was very considerate, he explained everything he was doing and when he left us the kitchen was clean and tidy.

I have been a customer of this trader under its present and former name since the 1990s which is a testament in itself to the quality of the work. We had the present system installed in 2006 when we bought this house. This year I was advised it needed upgrading . The price quoted was very fair so I decided to go ahead. An appointment was made for two weeks later. It so happened that Mike who came to fit it had fitted the original one in 2006! He was extremely good and talked me through the system once installed. He also cleared up after himself and left the place spotless. It was a pleasure to see him after all those years . I had a new tap fitted as well which is so much better. I would thoroughly recommend this trader. In all the years I’ve dealt with them I’ve had no problems and they have regularly serviced the system and their engineers have been very competent and friendly.When you ring the staff are always very friendly and helpful too so it is a good experience all round

We had a new water system from Pure Water people 2 years ago after upgrading our old system that was 20+years old. The system means we have no trouble with limescale in any of our appliances and have beautiful clean fresh water to drink. Louis arrived on time to perform the yearly change of the pure water filters. He checked that the system was performing properly and after changing the filters checked/repressurised the filtered water storage tanks. Very satisfied with the system and the job done.

The engineer arrived on time, explained all what he would be doing, was friendly especially with the dog. Also explained what we need to do in the future.

The system was installed by The Pure Water People about 5 years ago and it has given us no problems. The work carried out this morning was the annual service including the replacement of filter cartridges. Lewis who carried out the work was very thorough and checked all our system for connectivity, and topped up my salt reservoir. I am very please we had the system installed as we no longer have a problem with lime scale and use much less detergent in our washing.

We had our water filtration and softening system installed by Pure Water People 8 years ago now and it's been fantastic. Much less lime scale and my eczema has never returned! Water tastes so much nicer and for us as a family of 4 we have all enjoyed the benefits. Having had our water system installed several years ago we were called recently by the installation company to advise the annual service was due. I was contacted by PWP to arrange for my major service and was given a date, time-window and name of engineer. On the day I was informed of the time to expect Kevin and he arrived on time. Kevin's work was thorough, tidy and clean. Changing all the filters, checking water quality before and after. He kept me informed of what he was doing at all times and left taking all the old filters with him. I have experienced Kevin's work before on previous services and can recommend that his work is of a high standard. If you are prepared to pay annual maintenance costs for pure water, this company provides a quality product. Be aware however that the warranty for any work done / servicing only last 3 months. For several years we have had the same technician, Kevin, who works to a high professional standard and provides excellent personal service.

After the office called to organise our annual service, we received a phone call from Lewis to agree a convenient time of arrival. Lewis arrived, from Bristol, slightly earlier than expected which was excellent, especially due to the distance he had to travel. A complete and efficient service was performed and Lewis even cleaned the sink cupboard while he had the filters removed. We have had this full sysytem for 5 years and experienced no problems. The filtered water is free from lime with no limescale in our kettle, washing machine or dishwasher. and our drinking water is clear and very palatable. We purchased a water filter system way back in 1997 and successfully moved house with it in 2000. We have lived here 23 years. We installed the drinking water system 15 years ago. Both systems have been very reliable, worked well and cleaned the water well. The drinking water is delicious. We get an annual service to check the water is of the expected standard and the engineers who come to do the service are experienced with our system, even though it is old technology now and may need an upgrade in the future. You get pure water for everything used in the household. No stone, chlorine or ammonia in anything. My kettle is pristine, as is the washing machine. Even the central heating works more efficiently. I cannot recommend this company enough. Any problems have always been fixed quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

We purchased a quality softener from The Pure Water People about 3 years ago knowing we would be moving house and their product ticked the boxes on it being able to move with us. The company have been very accommodating throughout our softener ownership. We have had it relocated twice in this period, once due to an extension, the most recent being a move to a new property. Lee came and did a site visit at the new location and advised on the work that would need to be carried out and then came back 10 days later to reinstall the system that they had removed from our old address before our move. Kelly in the office has been very helpful on all occasions we have dealt with them even over the holiday period. We are very grateful to have our water softener and purified drinking water back - We didn't realise how much drinking water we got through until we were buying bottled water bridging the gap over the moving period and this highlighted in the long term what good value the water softener and drinking system is! Our value rating would be higher if the relocation costs were more competitive.
