We have a Water Purification System installed by The Pure Water People about five years ago and had our annual service, by them, today. I was really struck by Kevin, the engineer, who was courteous, professional and very thorough. He completed a water hardness test and found a fault within the system. He then clearly explained what needed to be done and how he was going to fix it. He completed the necessary service filter changes and when this was done fully recapped on everything. I would like to thank Kevin for his diligence, he is a credit to your company.

From my initial enquiry, to home visit and then to install has just been effortless and easy. A really great company to deal with throughout. Now have amazing water and can stop worrying about water streaks, less efficient appliances and bad tastes in the mouth!

Mike the engineer completed a full service and rectified a problem with the drinking water system. His work was excellent, he was efficient and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and how we could continue to get the best use out of our ageing water treatment system.

It is the forth annual visit from Mike this year and as always his work was excellent and he was very helpful. He explained everything he was going to do and went above and beyond with everything. Our only gripe is just how expensive all the parts are to keep our system in serviceable condition. Mike though we cannot fault in anyway.

We have used The Pure Water People for the past 15 years. They installed our water softener and drinking water filter in 2010 and have provided the annual service since. I cannot fault the service that they have provided. We have had one or two faults with the system over the past 15 years. The Pure Water people have always been responsive, initially over the phone to help try and isolate the problem and where required they have come out to the problem. We regularly see the same service engineer, in the past few years Kevin - always very pleasant and efficient. I have no problem in recommending the The Pure Water People.

Just had a softener and drinking water system installed in our fourth property and are as delighted with this as we were with the first three. Mike has done the installations for us and is an excellent man for the job. He is courteous, punctual, very knowledgeable and solution-focused. He goes the extra mile. The pure water people sent out Kevin to fit the premier water system. He didn’t rush the job despite it being a Saturday and was very friendly and informative about his work. He explained thoroughly, how the system worked and what to do if there was a leak. I highly recommend Kevin, he is truly an asset to the Pure Water People!

Having recently had some changes to the bathroom we were really noticing the hard water and limescale - which we have always been aware of but it got us to look in a company who could provide the service and soft water we wanted, that led us to The Pure Water People. From the initial call with the internal sales/booking chap, to the follow up call, speed of booking and the Engineer that came out to install the system the service has been super attentive and responsive. We have straight away noticed the softness of the water and a lot less limescale on the tiles/taps/glass which is great. And the water tastes so good too, no need to run it through the old filer before filling to kettle etc… I’d certainly recommend The Pure Water People for anyone requiring the same i.e. quality water ‘directly’ from the system they have installed, very pleased..!!

A very trustworthy company, and very reliable. Lewis from The Pure Water People did our annual service today. He did a very thorough professional job. We had our water softener system installed by them 12 years ago and it has been excellent. No more lime scale, no lime scale in shower or kettle. The only negative thing I can say is it is quite expensive to install and a high service charge every year but the water system is great

Lee from the Pure Water People fitted a filter and purifier system. The work was performed quickly and the finished work left in a clean and tidy state. This is the second home where the Pure Water People have installed a system. They are friendly company and provide great after sales support.

During the past 7 years, I have used The Pure Water People to install and service my water softener and filtered water drinking systems. Telephone support and helpful reminders keep track of my installation and the service Team is very helpful and works cleanly. This year I had Lewis, who helped me understand my annual water consumption and make sure the settings were still to my liking. The benefit of the installation has meant, that in a hard water area, there is hardly any build-up of scale in showers, washing machines, dishwashers, toilets and the taps just seem to get more glossy.

Lewis came today for an annual service. He is very efficient on his job and very helpful, he also gave us some advice. Very satisfied with the work done by the company in the last 15 years.

Kevin from The Pure Water People came to fit a new box and drain wing on our water softener as the old box which was 16 years old needed replacing. Kevin arrived on time and was polite and efficient, explaining what he was going to do before starting and how long it would take. He kept us updated throughout and ensured we were happy with the work before leaving. A fairly simple job but done well with a smile on his face.

We had new water softener installed (to replace a very old one). Kevin the installation engineer was very knowledgeable and not only did the work cleanly and efficiently, he also improved our water pressure, and made the pipe fittings and taps more accessible and went through everything to make sure we had the full information required.

After 30 years of ownership, our water system has been removed ready for a new extension. You just don’t know how much you appreciate your pure water system until it’s gone!! Our lovely shower smells of chlorine, our soaps, shampoos, and washing-up liquids don’t foam up like they used to, and I boiled the kettle twice without putting the water through a jug filter and it’s already showing signs of limescale…… ….and we know what that’s doing to all our plumbing/shower heads/washing machine etc!!! I had my 25 year old water softener replaced which was also fitted by Pure Water People. Very good friendly service throughout that time and I am sure this will continue. Highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the way the soft water unit system failure was rectified quickly in a professional manner and still easy to operate and gain access without changing the external cabinets in the breakfast room. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful especially to get the system working again before the Christmas break.

Service engineer, Ian arrived on schedule and completed the annual service and main filter change. Discount offered as we were prepared to change the original service date to a date when the engineer was in our area on another job. We have enjoyed excellent service over the last 10 years.

My experience with The Pure Water People has been excellent from the start when Francoise came to our home address and gave us details of the benefits of having a water softener installed and surveyed our home regarding where the softening equipment could be installed. After our survey, The Pure Water People were efficient in organising the installation and guiding us through the process. Finally, the installation was carried out on the date and time specified with marvellous efficiency by Mike! I would thoroughly recommend The Pure Water People to anybody looking to have water-softening equipment installed in their home!

After reviewing the technology of water softeners, we decided to choose an ion exchange resin system provided by Pure Water. Their sales guy Vincenzo went through the various size options and pricing. We chose Pure Water as they have a CRV system which is a charcoal filter cylinder that also removes chemicals before running through a 0.01 micron filter under the sink after the water has been softened. We managed to get an installation date before Christmas, and Kevin, an experienced plumber installed everything for us. There was some tricky plumbing to do as the water pipes in our 1930s semi-detached house is old. He walked us through everything he would do so that we informed about all the drilling and pipe work he wanted to fit. The installation took about 6 hours in total and was very thorough. Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly and even installed the water tap with a product that he thought was better than the one we originally opted for, which was a good choice. The work was tidy, he cleaned up after his work and went through all the ways to control the water system. After everything was done, we felt confident in not only dealing with the water system but also the assurance that if anything does go wrong, the company have a great post installation service. All said and done, we feel we made the right choice with the company, especially given how expensive these water softener systems can be.

Have been using this company for 9 years now. Had an annual service today 18/12/2024 Lewis was quick, efficient, informative and polite. What more could I ask?

The softener was fitted in November 2001 and regularly serviced and maintained since then. For the past decade been warned parts becoming less available but no pressure to update. The system recently developed a slight but terminal leak which even Lewis (a regular engineer in recent years) couldn't fix. With his and Charlotte's assistance have chosen a suitable replacement which will be fitted in the New Year. These people have looked after me constantly well for 23 years and their product has done the same!

Mike did a great job of fitting the water softener, despite the difficulties he encountered with the positioning of the unit through no fault of his. He was polite, efficient understanding and patient. A true professional.

Mike arrived and recognised immediately the installation that he had completed 9 years earlier. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the work that he was about to perform and why. The work was carried out as he described and afterward thoroughly tested. Mike also took the time to explain a problem with the kitchen tap (that he had helped with the original installation) and what type of parts were needed to correct the problem. Very helpful.

Lewis arrived on time and explained what he would be doing for this year's annual service. He carried out the service in a very thorough and professional manner and advised me that the system was in good working order. We also discussed future servicing and the fact that the system is 17 years old and would probably require some component replacement at the 20-year mark.

Mike did the annual service efficiently and cleared up everything really well. He also took the time to explain about my very old, But still working system and what could change in the future if I chose to modernise it. An excellent job done as always.

The Pure Water People are always a pleasure to deal with. Lewis came to service our filter this year. He is professional, friendly and took the time to give very helpful information to make sure the filter is working for us in the best way possible to suit our needs.

The quality of the domestic equipment is excellent; twelve years down the line with no problems. Servicing has always been straightforward and well executed (even easier with the latest models which allow more self-servicing and therefore cheaper). Staff have always been extremely well informed, tidy, well organised and punctual. In this regard, a particular thumbs-up to Mike.

Lewis arrived to change drinking water filter. I had not thought to replace salt since my husband’s death and it was empty. Lewis explained why this meant he could not do the usual tests but he filled up the salt for me (Very heavy bags kept in garage) even taking the empty bags away for me. He showed me all the components of the system and how I could isolate it if I wanted to use a lot of water on the garden. When I told him that we had given up on using the drinking water tap because it was so slow he suggested a number of ways I could help with this. I now feel equipped to use the system, even buying 10kg bags of salt which are light enough for me to handle. I don’t think Lewis could have done anything more and I felt positive about the whole system when he left. He was polite, extremely helpful, and clearly knows fully about the system. He was professional and pleasant in equal measures.

Mike's arrival was as agreed despite bad weather. Pleasant and friendly nature and gave some useful information re changes to product since our was installed over 15 years ago. The service once again completed and the water softener system still performing well. Very satisfied with the product and worth the cost.

I inherited a Pure Water system and was unfamiliar with its operation, so I contacted the company for clarification. I’d like to thank Mary for her thorough explanation. Since the system had not been reviewed nor had its filters changed since 2018, an appointment was scheduled. Kevin arrived and provided a detailed walkthrough, which has given me a much clearer understanding of the system. He even helped me as I was struggling to fit in a blind after painting. Lee installed a water system in our house and his service was excellent. He did a neat job, explained what he was doing, how the system worked, and talked me through how to use it and maintain it in a clear and understandable way. The annual service of our water softener was scheduled for this Saturday afternoon and, despite the presence of Storm Darragh, Kevin arrived on time and proceeded to work (mainly) outdoors in atrocious conditions. The service was completed quickly and without fuss. I thoroughly recommend the Pure Water People and their attention.

It was time for the big filter change in our water filtering and softening system: we needed a man for the job; a good man; Lewis was that man. Tall and dark-haired, he filled the doorway, and he fitted the bill- he also fitted all the filters. He was fast, efficient and friendly, and thorough, very thorough. "Would you fix our wobbling tap?" I asked, tentatively. "No problem" he replied, and he got to work."We fitted that 17 years ago" he said. No wonder it wobbled: there'd been a lot of water under that bridge. "Well, that's all done for you" he said, as he gave us the bill. I was happy to pay; it was a job well done. The system was installed at my home, I am extremely satisfied with the system and the installation was amazing. The installation guy Kevin was very skilful. Did the job with high precision and cleaned. I just wanted to put one thing, while the sale mentioned I will get app-based notification for the salt level check I did not receive any communication related to this or how to configure the system in the app.

We had our water purification system installed about twelve years ago and have had it serviced yearly. This year the service was completed by Lewis who arrived on the date and time as arranged by the Pure water people. He carried out the service very thoroughly, explaining the wiring and the reason for his having to redo a connection. All was carried out competently, reassuringly and most politely. Mike from Pure Water People did an excellent job replacing my old water softener system. He removed all the outdated pipework and installed a brand-new system with great care and professionalism. Throughout the process, he explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood how the new system worked and answering all my questions. Mike was polite, friendly, and very thorough. He also took the time to tidy up after the installation, leaving everything neat and clean. I’m very impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of his work. I would highly recommend.

Annual service of our water purification system. The booking team and the engineer were extremely helpful and all on time. A few minor issues and recommendations were all addressed quickly and efficiently during the visit, great work!

We have used the Pure Water People for very many years and have always found them to be great. Just installed a new up-to-date system - expertly installed by Lee. The fitting was quick and tidy, no mess or packaging left, and exactly as we needed. Lee explained the system differences to our old one and ensured we were happy before leaving. As to the company, phone calls and emails are always promptly answered and the advice given is always good and accurate, they will not sell you something you don't need, which is very refreshing (bit like the water!). If you want water softener and filter systems you'll be hard-pressed to find a better supplier and better after-sales service. We tried other suppliers but none could match.

Lewis, the engineer, arrived on time and completed his work thoroughly and without difficulty. Once again the service from the pure water people has been excellent, and we shall have pure water for another year!!

We had our annual water service completed today by Lewis. We have had Lewis service our system before. He completes a thorough job in testing all aspects of our system and we have never had any maintenance problems. A very conscientious, competent and polite engineer. We have had this water system in place for a number of years now and we are completely limescale free. Certainly a great saving on cleaning products. The water is always soft now thanks to the Pure Water People.

Pure Water People’s salesman explained that a water softener would be fitted at our stopcock under the stairs in the middle of the house. This is not uncommon and “should present no problem” but a route for the drain would need to be found, and also the outside tap is normally not softened and reconfiguring pipe work to achieve this was usually sorted out on the installation day by the engineer and “rarely charged as extra”. I explained in detail about the extension to the house and we concluded that a new cold water pipe from under the stairs to the outside wall of the utility room (ex garage) might actually be easier. After this, we were quoted the price, paid the deposit and agreed an installation date. We were told a survey might be done in advance to establish the pipe routing. This happened and was when the whole thing started to fall apart. The surveyor intimated that all Pure Water People were interested in was simple water softener installations and the additional pipework was not profitable, but he would submit his report and leave it to the office. After waiting several days the office called and said “there was a lot of extra work” so wanted to cancel the installation date. We said no just give us the price so we can decide and keep the installation date. The next day someone senior called, apologised for not providing a price, but still couldn’t, and effectively agreed that profit was their driving force. We cancelled. Very disappointing.

From start to finish Pure Water People were a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales pitch and the fact they didn't recommend the most expensive option as it didn't suit our needs as well as others was reassuring. Communication from the office was always pleasant friendly and professional. Lee carried out the installation today and from start to finish was an asset to PWP. Not only was the installation of a water softener etc very neat, tidy, when he finished, my kitchen was left as if he hadn't been there. Having previously agreed a price, date and time for replacement of our old water softener. Kevin arrived on time, explained how the task would be achieved, agreeing a position for the new unit and the type of tap which would be most suitable. He carried out the work very professionally, explaining where all the valves were, and their purpose. He carried out the work neatly with as little disruption as possible, giving a lot of attention to detail, whilst keeping us informed along the way. On completion, he explained and demonstrated how to replace the salt block, when and how to determine when it needed to be replaced. We would highly recommend this installer.

I have been using this company since 2017. During that time I have only used them for an annual service to the water softener. From the initial two installers, I have had a number of service engineers and have found them all to be be pleasant, clean in appearance, courteous. and tidy in their work.

We had a water system installed in 2002. We recently started to get a few problems and contacted Pure Water People on24/10/2004. Lewis came on 07/11/2004 and our system had seen better times. We had a new system installed on 22/11/2024 by Kevin who was very efficient and professional. Kevin braved a very cold day without complaint.

We had a drinking water system installed by the Pure Water People about 27 years ago and had it upgraded to a newer system 7 years ago. We buy our water-softening salts through them and have it serviced yearly by them. The service is always carried out quickly and efficiently, we are given a price beforehand so we know what to expect. We have lovely mineralised drinking water throughout the house.

Kevin arrived his usual cheerful self after a difficult journey with the M5 closed in Somerset. He identified the faults replaced all the faulty parts and had the water running from both taps in about an hour. He tidied up, explained the invoice and left us to ring the office to pay. As always we are very pleased with the work that Kevin has done and recommend this firm if you are looking for a water filtration system.

A fault developed on our system that meant it was not softening water and causing our electricity to trip out. On contacting the company, they arranged for an engineer to attend at a time that was convenient for us. They phoned a couple of days before the visit to confirm it and then again on the day to say the engineer was on his way and his ETA. Kevin arrived and found that a transformer had developed a fault. Replacing it required some rerouting of wires as we had changed the built-in furniture. Kevin arranged this, did the work and left the area neat and tidy afterwards. He then reset the system so that it was working satisfactorily again. We were very happy with the service and the work done.

Kevin from the Pure Water People came out to check our water filtration system after builders moved it during some recent home renovations. He was great - very helpful, thorough and informative. He was able to assess the new system set-up and optimise the filtration set-up to work best with the new mains water feed. Really appreciated getting such good support.

Having had a Pure Water System for around 10 years in my previous home, I decided without hesitation to use them again for my new property. They are a great company to deal with as you always speak to a real person and the phone is answered promptly. I discussed with Charlotte my requirements and she was really helpful in sending me photos of what the system would look like in a real situation so that I could plan for the location of my new one in the new property. Once we had an agreed a date, Lee came and did a survey while the new kitchen was being installed so that he could have a discussion with the kitchen fitter. Once the kitchen was completed Lee came back and installed the soft water and K5 system. Lee did a great job in fitting it all in the required space and took care to be mindful of the new kitchen. Having had to drink Thames Water for the last few months and live with a horrible kettle that kept needing descaling, I am delighted to have my filtered water system back again in my new property!

Kevin from Pure water people did a great job to install water purifier and RO. He was really professional. Kevin explained at each step what he's doing and why. We had an initial consultation with Francoise, who gave us a very detailed explanation about the company and the service it provides and the aftercare and also demonstrated physically the advantages and benefits of softening the water at our house. We had a over 20 year old water softener installed by the previous owner which had ceased to work properly. Everything was clearly explained including costs and she seemed very genuine. Lee arrived on time on the day of the installation and carried out firstly the removal of the old water softener (which in fact took took longer than the installation of the new water softener), with a lot of skill despite its awkwardness, followed by the installation and commissioning of same. A basic explanation of how to operate it was explained including the connection to our WIFI. The work was conducted in a very tidy manner. All in all we were very satisfied with everything carried out as scheduled and looking forward to the aftercare that has been promised.

We've had a pure water system since the early 2000s, when Pure Water People were called Aquatec. The system has been brilliant and the higher quality water really helped my daughter's eczema. They helped us de-install and re-install when we moved house in 2006, and come annually to service the equipment. They're always friendly, prompt, and tidy. After 20+ years, our system needed an upgrade, and that was organised really well. We've been using the new system for around a month now, and it's excellent. Really happy customer, who recommends this company.

Ever since we had the water purification system installed in 2018 we have been very happy with it. Our mains water never tasted good and left the taps and kettle with a reddish tainted lime scale. Now we have palatable water and no lime scale. The system has been regularly maintained by the company who have always turned up at the time agreed, and their engineers have always been friendly, helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Pure Water People to anyone wanting clean reliable drinking water.

The Installation went very well. Lee was our engineer who we have had before to service the old system. He was very good, friendly, explained the installation to us and made sure we still had an external tap with untreated water for the pond etc. There had possibly been a potential issue as to whether it would all fit under the sink as the old system was sited outside but Lee persevered and all was well. The cabinet the old system was installed in was removed and everything was left nice and tidy. We are very happy indeed Difficult to determine a rating for value though!

I’ve had a home water softener system from Pure Water People for over 12 years and they have always been very efficient in annual reminders for services and supplying salt. I decided to upgrade the system this year to the latest version and Kevin came to do this on 15 August. He did an excellent and very tidy installation job and removed the old system. The engineer from Pure Water People came on time, despite driving approx. 125 miles to get here. He immediately got down to work and explained what he was doing. He was very thorough and checked things as he went. He was offered a cup of coffee which was almost cold by the time he drank it as he was concentrating on the job in hand.

The Engineer, Mike, turned up on time and took care to protect my carpets and flooring with dust sheets. He installed a new Water Softener in my new property and was very personable and interested in my recent move having serviced my Water Softener system at my old address for the past 18 years. The work was completed in the agreed time and he left everything clean and tidy as he always has done. I had no hesitation in using this Company again and it was a nice surprise to have Mike turn up.

Lee the engineer from the pure water people has just installed our new water system and could not be happier , polite and professional all throughout whilst explaining every step of the way , we could not be happier with the service.

We decided to install a water softener for our new build house before even completing the purchase. We used Which Trusted Traders to find a supplier and The Pure Water People was a clear winner as they specialised in these systems. Booking an initial visit was easy, Neil arrived on time, gave a very useful demonstration of the water softening system, assessed the space available for the installation and clearly explained what our options were. We decided to go for the full softening and filtration option with a three way tap to provide drinking water. The installation was booked less than a week later. Mike - the installation engineer was a lovely guy. He took great care with all our new flooring and fittings, installed the system very neatly - using much less of the storage space than we anticipated. He also provided us with some very good tips on local pubs and walks, as we were new to the area and he was a local, and was generally very good company. The system has been in for 3 days now and we can really see, taste and feel the improvement. There is no scum in cups of tea, glasses are sparkling when they come out of the dishwasher and our skin feels softer after washing. We would strongly recommend this company

We are very happy with our water softener install, the water is very tasty and no more limescale! From the first meeting where Françoise explained and demoed everything in amazing detail, to the installation by Mike the whole process was seamless and the guys were a pleasure to deal with.

The annual service carried out by Lewes was both thorough and done efficiently. He explained various things about the system. He was polite and clean in his work He arrived on time considering the current traffic problems.

I recently had The Pure Water People install a water softener at my house. I'd used them for a similar installation at a different address 2-3 year prior. A close relative also had a water softener installed in the last 3 months. That should tell you all you need to know why you can use them with the utmost confidence, but let me highlight a few reasons: - Upon initial inquiry, they were able to have a sales representative/surveyor at my door in a week's time - Their sales representative, Neil, was able to assess, pitch and survey in a single visit. His product knowledge was top notch, as was his ability describe and finalise the finer details of the install - Their installer, Lee, arrived promptly on the day of installation. He wasted no time bringing his vast industry experience and product knowledge to bear on my installation, simplifying the technical aspects and improving the aesthetics significantly - The installation took exactly as long as estimated, and Lee left the scene as clean and tidy as he found it.

Mike fitted a new water softening unit removing the old one, making a new box to house it and putting Cotswold stones around the edge. He was very pleasant and explained well what he was doing and how I am to use it. Work completed and all old material removed and taken in less than four hours.

After many years of wanting one, today I finally had my pure water system fitted. Lee, the engineer was fantastic. He went through it all with me. He was efficient and tidy. Having lived in a hard water area my whole life, it’s absolutely amazing to have such wonderfully soft water now. The drinking water tastes lovely and even my children agree! 19 years ago the Pure Water People installed a water softener. Following the last Servicing of that Water Softener we agreed to update to a new model, Kinetico premier Compact . The new installation was carried out super efficiently by Mike. Over the years he has been most helpful and we have valued his advice. He recommended we opt to have it installed internally as opposed to the previous model that was situated externally. We are extremely satisfied with the new model and its siting. We have been a customer of Pure Water People for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them as a company.

Mike installed our water system today and we are absolutely delighted with it. He arrived on time, was an absolute professional and the quality of his work was outstanding. Kevin turned up promptly to remove our old water softener and install a new one. Kevin explained his procedure and completed the installation very neatly. We were unable to set up the new APP so Kevin contacted the office to find help. We are really pleased with the service we have received today.

Our engineer on this visit was Kevin, he presented himself well, did the service on our water Purification Plant and then came into the house to replace the Tap on the kitchen sink which was very jerky in operation. Before removing the tap he had a go at lubricating it with a silicon grease which he worked into the tap, this allowed the tap to operate with ease. Almost as good as new now. Kevin is a top man and will be welcomed back here for the next and future servicing work. He saved me pounds. We had the water Purification Plant installed 14 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with it. It is the only system that I have come across that gives a really nice tasting drinking water.

We have had our water filtration system for 9 years now and it's been one of the best investments we have ever made. Water tastes fantastic, virtually no lime scale anymore and eczema gone. Customer service is excellent too and demonstrated again today by engineer Kev who came to carry out repair and maintenance. Arrived on time, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you 😊

Our water filter system is 15 years old and has been expertly maintained by the Pure Water people. Lewis carried out the annual service to the system today with his usual efficiency and attention to detail. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Our water system is 10 years old and we have it serviced every year. This company is efficient and the technicians are always punctual, polite and complete the job. The system provides soft water, reducing the amount of limescale and the cost of replacing household goods due to limescale build-up.

Our regular annual water softener service was carried out in April 2024. This was very efficiently scheduled in a month or so in advance. An engineer, Mike, who had visited us on previous occasions arrived neatly turned out and with a very friendly demeanor. He carried out the work in exemplary fashion. In fact he even tightened a couple of loose waste pipe joints whilst he noticed whilst working under the sink. Mike undertook his tasks in a cheerful but professional way engaging most pleasantly with us during the visit. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of both Mike and his employers The Pure Water People.

This is the second time I have used The Pure Water Company in Bristol and for the 2nd time, their pre-sales communication and customer service from Kelly was exceptional. Choosing Pure Water People for our water softener and drinking water filter installation was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. From start to finish, their service and the quality of their workmanship has been excellent. When it came to the installation, Mike their engineer was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment, and got to work with minimal disruption. The installation process itself was carried out with precision and attention to detail, as we had a slightly more complex kitchen tap setup. Once the water softener and drinking water filter were installed, the difference in water quality was immediate. Annual check and maintenance on our water softening/purifying system, carried out just now. As always we're confident that expert and thorough work has been done. Today it was Lewes; he seemed to do everything that could possibly be required, and he was a pleasure to deal with. We trust these people. The whole thing involves significant expense but I don't consider the charges unreasonable and we're glad to receive the benefits we get as customers. The people in the Bristol office are always efficient and courteous. That, too, does make a difference.

After 20 years use it was time to replace/upgrade our water treatment system. We contacted The Pure Water People to get the balling rolling, yesterday Mike turned up bright and breezy at the stated time. He was professional and very helpful as he got on with the job until completion. The system in Mike went onto go into detailing the differences and went through the instructions on what we needed to do after he had left, which was clear and helpful. Just had my new water softener (Premier Compact HF). The lady who came to quote was informative, friendly and respective of my physical needs. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful as well as polite every time I called. Kevin (the fitter) arrived on time, was friendly, he had a horrible time installing the kit as the space was tighter than expected. However his professionalism meant he coped and was able to carry out the fitting, in a clean and timely manner.

The company phoned to arrange for a routine service visit that was due. The person making the arrangements was very clear about what would be done and accommodating as to the date and time for the service. Lewes, the service engineer, arrived on time and explained what he would be doing to carry out the service. I told him that there had been an intermittent problem recently and he said he would look into it. Following a very thorough check of the complete system, he made adjustments that he said should clear the problem. He explained what these adjustments were and the effect they would have to prevent the problem occurring again. He then carried out the full service, changing filters and making any necessary further adjustments. He then fully tested the system and put all insulation and covers back in place. He explained what I should do after he had left and the short time to give the system to return to full operation before it was used again. He also said to contact the company again if any further problems occurred. I had the system installed 11 years ago and the routine services have always been carried out on time and with similar thoroughness to this one. The small problem that occurred this time was the first time the system has not worked completely as it should.

Annual changing of filters carried out by Lewes with the usual efficiency. Did the regular check and gave advice where needed. Also excellent service from Kelly, Charlotte and Mary in the office who look after appointments and also provided great advice re salt.

Mike from The Pure Water People attended today to install a pure water filtration system and water softener. Communication with the company was excellent. They conducted a demonstration and site survey. Arrived promptly on the day and completed quality work with little disturbance so I was able to continue working during the installation. Mike explained the system well and provided details on who and how to contact the company of I experienced any issues. I would recommend this company as there is no ‘hard sell’.

Very happy with the sales process and the performance of the Gold Package. Due to the location of our waste pipe, the installation was not straight forward. Mike’s service, during the installation, was exceptional and he was a pleasure to work with. He worked well beyond normal working hours to ensure that everything was completed to his satisfaction.

Having already used a water softener from The Pure Water People for the last 20 years. The softener system needed to be replaced. As always, I am very happy with the service received by them. Thoroughly deserves its Which recommended status. Fitting the filter to our system had more than its share of challenges - but the team coped amazingly (Mike and Nigel). Since it has been fitted over 2 years ago we've had great aftercare from the company, but the system has functioned essentially faultlessly. Our water now tastes better than any tap water we've ever tasted - and that's not counting the good it must be doing us not having all those nasty bits of plastic going through our bodies. As for the lack of limescale all over our house now it's been installed...wow!

Kevin has just been to service our water softener system. What a lovely guy! Polite, friendly, explained what he was going to do, gave me the results of the water tests straight away. It seems a rat had been chewing the pipes so Kevin has advised what to do about it and has lagged all the pipe work as extra protection. He showed me photos to show what he’d done. All work carried out as necessary and as quoted. All replaced filters taken away. Very happy with this company and one of the best “home improvement” we’ve done. Thank you!

Lee our installer was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable. He has done excellent job installing the system and also explained how to use the system through the app. Overall very happy the work done by Lee.

Water machine was due to be serviced between 13:00 to16:00. Company phoned could they call now please, yes. Ian turned up again as he did last year, serviced the machine, no problems. The job was the installation of a replacement water softener. I was given a clear indication of cost and the timetable for the work. The new unit was installed professionally without fuss and some incidental plumbing issues were solved as this was done. I have used this firm before for servicing my old unit and have always found them a pleasure to deal with.

The PWP has been excellent in every way. Our Old water softener system was starting to need replacement after 20years of service. We started to look into it in October 23 and finally decided to go ahead in November. After contacting the Pure Water People, we got a quote and a date for installation for very early January 2024. Soon after the Agreement was done, my Old house Boiler was condemned, which means we had to postpone the installation of the Water Soft System until after the New boiler was in. The boiler installation took longer then expected, however PWP was very considerate, and was prepared to make all necessary adjustments to facilitate the new water soft system installation. The day came and Kevin, the engineer was appointed to do it. Kevin was very professional, Informative and very good in every way, very polite, and the work he did was that of First Class. Visit and time confirmed working day before the appointment. We consulted Which? Trusted Traders before choosing a company to supply a water softener, and chose The Pure Water People. From the first visit, made by Neill to advise us on the best system for our needs, to the installation done by Kevin, the company has been first class. Our many questions were answered by Neill, who provided a very eye opening demonstration of the hardness of our water, and he adapted the available packages to our needs and arranged installation to be done the following week. The installation was done by Kevin, an extremely neat job done in less than a day with no mess and nothing left behind. When he finished, he ran us through the operation of the system thoroughly. From start to finish it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the company.

As well as Cathy from Head Office calling the day before to confirm who was coming to carry out the service and when to expect him, Lewis himself called the night before to confirm time and introduce himself. I call this excellent customer service especially as he arrived on time. Once on site he was polite and had a friendly professional attitude: he kept us informed of what he was doing throughout visit and once he had completed the service gave us a full briefing on what he had found and how he had rectified any issues found. Lewis arrived within the allotted time, after phoning to say that he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He competently checked the water inside and out and changed the filters, keeping me informed throughout. Lewis left everything neat and tidy after the service of the system, which is about 5 years old. I am very pleased that once again , the annual service has been done to a high standard.

The water softener and drinking water systems were installed temporarily in April 2022 in anticipation of a total renovation to the house in April 2023. The systems have lain dormant for the best part of 9 months and on the 19th December they were reinstalled with an upgrade to the drinking water system, the K5 by Kinetico, a Belgian product. Turning the tap the water flows at a constant pressure and does not fade as before, fantastic, we fill the kettle with delicious clear water for a wonderful cuppa. The engineer Lee proved his skills and showed his initiative in the installation leaving it neat and tidy with a view to ease of access for the annual service in the years ahead, thank you.

The engineer was very polite and efficient and carried out the service expediently. He explained what the service entailed and gave useful advice about maintaining the filtration system which includes a drinking water filter.

Lewis came round to do our annual service. Everyone I deal with are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with The Pure Water Company and have been a customer for over 15 years. I had a system fitted at our previous house, and when we moved house, we had a system installed on our new property.
