This is the second time we have used Thorner Flooring, and Craig & team were an absolute pleasure to deal with once again. Their professionalism, knowledge, quality of workmanship and exceptional service is refreshing, and they always go above and beyond. Neat, tidy and dependable, their friendliness and efficiency make things a lot less stressful during big household works of this nature. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Craig and team were highly professional from start to finish. The actual quality of the flooring they used was very high and you can tell that it has been installed to a comparable standard. Craig was very helpful in the initial process of selecting our carpet and explained the pros and cons to different variations of flooring. With over 40 years in the industry he has a deep understanding of all different types of product he works with and even pointed out where our painter and decorator had made mistakes which would make the carpet installation more difficult. Needless to say we followed his recommendations and everything turned out correctly. Excellent service and I would happily use Craig and Thorner Flooring Services again!

Second time using Thorner Flooring and again, really happy with the work. Very knowledgeable and thorough; spent time properly securing floorboards and laid underlay and carpet. Excellent standard of work. Craig was great at working around the other work we were having done in the room (we were waiting on a radiator to be fitted) and he worked around that which was incredibly helpful. No issues, would absolutely recommend.

Craig came to my house to measure up and quote, making it clear that he did not use LV flooring, but laminate. I did not mind what kind of flooring we used so was happy to see some samples and get a quote. Within a minute of his arrival he realised that the floor was not suitable for this treatment, but spent another half an hour with me discussing the options and recommending a fellow fitter who is an LV specialist. He even rang this tradesman to explain the position. Free quote so no gain for him in this at all but appreciated his expertise and the time he took on this job. A proper tradesman, who are few and far between these days.
