Craig and his team fitted a new carpet for us through the living and dining room whilst we were away on holiday. They moved all the furniture around and replaced it exactly as it was before. Superb job and good price. I cannot speak too highly of this business, they really go the extra mile and I would recommend them to anyone.

Craig is absolutely fantastic. He took care of the flooring in most of our house after a major renovation and couldn't have been more accommodating! He went out of his way to help us out and was flexible with timings as our build took a lot longer than expected. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, absolutely fantastic craftsmanship and reasonably priced. Will use him in our next house for sure.

Craig fitted laminate flooring to our kitchen/diner, utility room and hallway as well as fully carpeting our living room, bedrooms and staircase, all working to a tight timescale. At the initial meeting he gave good advice, resulting in us choosing a different flooring (the LVT we had chosen was not suitable for the space we wanted to use it in). He treated our home with the utmost respect, gives 110%, and provided solutions to issues left by other tradespeople (shame not all tradesmen work to his high standards). We now have beautiful flooring throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have been absolutely delighted with the high quality of Craig’s work. He has been meticulous in laying the laminate floor in the kitchen and utility room and the vinyl in the downstairs cloakroom. When our decorators have finished their work, we have booked him to fit the carpet in our hall, stairs, landing, dining room and study. Craig’s firm, Thorner Flooring Services, are easily the best we have used.

I approached this company by phone regarding re flooring my toilet with Vinyl. He visited me next day regardless of the small job. I was very impressed when he explained his procedures, and the advise he gave. Consequently I increased my order to do the bathroom with the same design. I'm so glad I did. Craig has supplied all types of flooring in our home, most recently kitchen flooring. Craig always works with us to find a solution to any tricky issues. He brings samples into the home. He is extremely hard working and entirely trustworthy. We have given him keys for access when we are away or at work. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

A great recommendation and now the job is complete very happy to pass on. Excellent service with helping to choose the right carpet for stairs and landing. Brought samples to the house so we could see them in place. Once decided, produced good quotes. Then having decided to proceed came round to fit the carpet only a few days later. Produced a great solution to an awkward part of the landing and we are delighted with the results. Cleaned as he went so once completed nothing to clear up. We were both delighted with carpet and underlay and have no hesitation in recommending Thorner Flooring Services.

Bedroom carpet fitted. When the old carpet was removed the floorboards were found to be loose (old house) so the job took much longer than originally expected. Craig re-fitted the floorboards without complaint and fit the new underlay and carpet to perfection. As always a professional and brilliant job. I do not hesitate to recommend to anyone
