Craig and his team took on a job that another floor fitting company had failed to deliver. It wasn't a big job but an awkward one, and I think many traders would have turned it down as not worth their time. Craig came through for me and was a complete professional. I contacted Craig to see if he could lay some very large carpet tiles in Bramham Pavilion. Unlike a lot of tradesmen, he returned my call and turned up when he said he would! Craig removed all furniture from the bedroom, lifted the old carpet and underlay, laid the new floor covering and replaced all the furniture exactly in the original positions. An excellent job completed to a high standard and in a very friendly manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

I had a leak from the next door flat into my flat. Craig provided an immediate response, was extremely professional and was very thorough. He talked through the options and also helped in lifting the wooden floor and carpet to aid drying. He provided options and was extremely well informed on carpets and wood flooring options. Craig fitted new wooden floors throughout the downstairs and carpets upstairs. He gave us a great range to choose from and was able to advise on materials and colours. The work was all done in 4 days and he was able to work around our timescale as we had other work being completed. I would highly recommend Craig - he was punctual, polite, tidy and kept us well informed of all the progress.

Can't recommend highly enough. Craig worked around other trades to ensure I had the room done before Xmas. He came out early evening so I could have the carpet in another room re-fitted asap. Great service Craig came out the same day I contacted him, provided estimates promptly and fitted my carpet within a week as I was working to a tight schedule. Was happy to revisit to provide alternative options when I was unsure what to choose. All work completed to a high standard arrived as promised and all old carpet removed. Really pleased thanks.

I cannot recommend Thorner Flooring highly enough. Craig did a fantastic job replacing our living room carpet with Perspective Wide Reclaimed Chestnut Antique Planks Quick Step laminate flooring - we couldn't be happier with the result, it looks fantastic!! He goes that extra mile to make sure that everything is perfect - for instance looking at ways to re-route the Sky TV cable so that it didn't get damaged or look unsightly. He is extremely professional and his service is first class working late on a Friday to make sure the job was finished. I would definitely use Thorner Flooring Services for future jobs and would have no hesitation recommending them to friends. Thank you!
