We have been using Craig for over fifteen years, and have always found him to provide the best service - his pre-sales advice is excellent and usually knows things that would work. Once starting work, his preparation is always top notch and often fixes problems with the floor that we had never noticed. Fitting is clean and tidy, and the rooms are always left tidy and looking fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his services, regardless of your flooring requirements.

Craig carried out a superb job in a friendly and highly professional manner,he arrived on time and left the room in a spotless condition. This was the first time I had used Thorner Flooring Services and I shall not be using anyone else in the future.Nothing was too much trouble,carpet samples were brought to my door and he was very flexible about fitting dates when the initial agreed date had to be changed because joinery work in the room was not completed in time. I would highly recommend Craig if you want a job done well, on time and with the minimum amount of fuss-first rate service, if only everyone else operated like this!

After a great job fitting our hall, stairs and landing carpet last year, we couldn't resist having Craig back to take it through to all of our four bedrooms. Not only did he do a wonderful job, he worked tirelessly shifting the furniture around as necessary and left us no mess at all. We highly recommend him.

Craig is truly one of a kind. I am not local but have used Craig before and when I had a need to get a large carpet selected, ordered and fitted within 7 days I immediately contacted him. He could not have been more helpful. He selected two options for me to consider, I didn't need to see them as I trusted him to recommend something suitable. I took his advice, he ordered the carpet, told me exactly when he would fit it and then went on to do just that. Don't bother looking for other suppliers. If he is in your area choose Thorner Flooring!

Craig is one of those rare finds - a tradesman who has real passion, enthusiasm and commitment to his chosen trade. He is a perfectionist, who pays great attention to detail and who cannot do less than a first class job. In addition, he provides excellent advice on your flooring - please listen to him as he knows what he's talking about! Craig recently supplied new vinyl flooring for my small bathroom and I am thrilled with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Excellent service. Very good advice. Craig likes to fit high quality: e.g. underlay that will last the life-span of the carpet (there's a lot of cheap stuff around). He's also a very friendly guy. Can't recommend him too highly!

Very pleased with the service from Craig. Had kitchen, utility room, dining room, hall and cloak room all fitted with Quick-Step Laminate. Craig provided great advice. Always did what he said he would when he said he would - something that is far too uncommon nowadays. Will definitely use again.

When we were at a loss finding a fitter to lay vinyl in the cloakroom, Craig came to the rescue and we were very grateful. He kindly kept in touch throughout until a fitting day was fixed. The floor needed leveling before gluing the vinyl and the final result could not look better. Craig’s professionalism and care in all aspects of the work were impressive. No job was too small for him when so many traders turned us down because fitting a cloakroom was not worth their day. We will definitely use his services again and we recommend that you do too!

We recently used Craig at Thorner Flooring. We are really happy with our fantastic floor! The whole service was excellent. We needed to arrange for them to come at the same time as a plumber and Craig sorted it all out for us saving us a lot of phone calls.
