Tincknell Fuels Ltd were not the cheapest quote for the boiler installation. However it was well worth in spending the extra to have a very good team carrying out the work with no fuss and completing work on time. All the work was carried out as promised in the estimate with no extra's. Very pleased with their work.

They were able to come out to us quite quickly, considering they had already topped the Which tables. The work was carried out to schedule neatly and taking into account some non-standard requirements. They seemed to be competitively priced. No problems since. Very pleased overall.

The two engineers excelled in every aspect of the installation and testing of the new boiler. At lunch times they even thoughtfully synchronised their lunches with ours and left us a quiet household. Finally we were delightfully surprised when they presented us with the flowers on leaving. Would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone, the staff are highly recommended. Our boiler was fitted by Lee & Keith.
