Tincknells serves customers across Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Avon and south Gloucestershire. It’s already a well-known name in the South West, with a great reputation for integrity and customer service. Company director Rob Ormond and heating services manager Richard Beck both emphasise that Tincknells is a ‘modest’ company, concerned more with providing a good service than making a fuss about it. But its recent win could change all that.

Tincknell Heating Services is one wing of the long-established fuel business, Tincknell Fuels. ‘It’s a win for the industry,’ said Rob Ormond. ‘The fuel industry, which we’re part of, doesn’t always get the best press, but this is a really positive step.’

Replaced my failed outdoor oil tank within 7 days of my request for help. Sympathetic, constructive and positive throughout. Worked to complete the installation at -5deg C with wind-chill!

Had to have a new oil tank fitted on one of the coldest days of the year! The guys turned up on time and had the new tank installed and working within 2 hours. Left the area clean and tidy too. Thank you!

Tincknells carried out an excellent job fitting our new boiler. They were tidy and polite and we now have a wonderfully warm house. Our only downside was having to wait a few weeks before they could start - but this is no doubt proof of what a great service they offer - they were fully booked by other customers.

We were very impressed by the standard of work by Tincknells. At all times (quote & work) the team were punctual, stayed the entire day and finished the job in the predicted time. All the team were polite, tidy and went out of their way to reduce disruption. We would definitely recommend Tincknells and the unexpected flowers were a very nice touch.
