I needed at short notice a gas safe certificate for a house move. Tom offered a fast appointment, everything was confirmed and communicated including reminder the day before and. Text to say he was on his way. He arrived at the specified time, was friendly and explained what was to happen. The certificate was in my inbox within 30 minutes of him leaving.
