We had our boiler replaced due to complete failure of a 15 year old one, from start to finish the whole process was so easy! from the arrival of the parts to the fitting of the boiler, I'm not an easy customer to deal with, often referred to as "the clerk of works" I spent the day, while the lads got on with fitting twiddling my thumbs! Have just had our first annual service done on the boiler and heating system installed by Tom last May. As expected, Tom arrived slightly early and was his usual cheery, polite and pleasant self. Tom came and carried out a survey and quotation. He knowledge and advice in choosing the right system was excellent. Tom arrived on time every day with excellent communication a text received prior to arriving. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do and why. He worked efficiently all day never stopped to ensure the job was completed on time. He worked clean and tidy and the old boiler along with boxes etc were removed by him. My old Glow-worm boiler was on its last legs so asked Tom to provide me with a quote to remove and replace. He spent plenty of time on the survey, not rushing and answering all of my questions and concerns. After deciding on a new Bosch System Boiler, in addition to the replacement of a few old radiators, I received the quote the same day. The work was carried out by John who is a great guy who knows his stuff and really respects your home. The work was done on time and the quality of work is superb, John went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and to a high standard.
