Tom serviced my boiler, which he installed for me in 2018. As always, he contacted me about half an hour before he arrived by text message, and arrived on time. Friendly and efficient service, and always helpful. I received a certificate of completion within the hour by email. I spoke to him about renewing some radiators while he was here too. He is a honest, trustworthy tradesman and highly recommended. I wouldn’t use any other plumber.

I have used Tom Leonard Heating Services for several years because he is reliable and efficient. I needed him urgently because my boiler broke and my family were shivering from cold. Tom responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs to get the boiler working well again with loud cheers from my family as the heating came back on. The tracking service was brilliant, I knew exactly to the minute when he would arrive.

Tom's team installed the boiler in 2015, and Tom has done all the subsequent annual services. it is easy to arrange the appointment, and Tom is always on time. With his text system, you are kept updated and informed when he is en-route. He is efficient, skilled and value for money. He is also a very courteous and friendly man. Boiler replaced in less than a day. Very quick response to old boiler breakdown. Kept the place clean and had the old boiler removed the same day. Have used Tom for 13 years and being local he does all in his power to provide a speedy service at a reasonable price. Would recommend him

We had our boiler replaced due to complete failure of a 15 year old one, from start to finish the whole process was so easy! from the arrival of the parts to the fitting of the boiler, I'm not an easy customer to deal with, often referred to as "the clerk of works" I spent the day, while the lads got on with fitting twiddling my thumbs! The house was left in a clean condition ready to enjoy a long awaited for bath and in a warm house, I couldn't have been more happier with my choice of Tom to fit this. Thank you so much.
