Tom fitted our new boiler over a year ago, following this he resolved a problem/query I had on a weekend. He recently serviced our boiler arriving at the time that had been arranged, while at the appointment he undertook another coupe of small jobs for us. Tom is always polite, efficient and good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have used Tom on a number of occasions. He is a reliable Trustworthy Heating Engineer. He arrives on time, completes the work and his charges are fairly priced. He has serviced boilers and completed gas safety certificates on a number of my rental properties as well as carrying out boiler services for myself and my daughter. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a heating engineer.

Boiler service and fitted a cold water fill for dishwasher as well as explaining and checking my solar water heating system. Tom was prompt, friendly and thorough. I have already recommended him to my neighbour.

Tom fitted my boiler in 2009 and has been servicing it ever since. He is always reliable, punctual and professional. His work is first class, and he always protects the working area and carpets etc., and leaves everything clean and tidy. I have previously had two small leaks from underfloor pipework, which Tom has located and rectified, relaying the floorboards and carpet afterwards. He has also installed new radiators for me in the past. I have recommended him many times and will happily continue to do so.

Contacted Tom Leonard for a quotation for a new heating system a boiler and 11 radiators Tom came and surveyed the old system and gave me a instant and competitive quote, work was arranged and started.He arrived on schedule all house carpets were protected and work commenced. We requested a service on our combi boiler. We were quoted the price and agreed a time suitable to us both. We received a text letting us know they were on the way. The job was done quickly and the chap was very friendly and professional. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Have just had our first annual service done on the boiler and heating system installed by Tom last May. As expected, Tom arrived slightly early and was his usual cheery, polite and pleasant self. The work was carried out very efficiently with a minimum of fuss and the certificate provided immediately via email. Tom's work is immaculate, he never leaves any mess and always explains things as required. I would heartily recommend him to anyone.

Tom came and carried out a survey and quotation. He knowledge and advice in choosing the right system was excellent. Tom arrived on time every day with excellent communication a text received prior to arriving. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do and why. He worked efficiently all day never stopped to ensure the job was completed on time. He worked clean and tidy and the old boiler along with boxes etc were removed by him. After installation he then explained clearly and precisely how the system worked. He provided all certificates for the work carried out. My old Glow-worm boiler was on its last legs so asked Tom to provide me with a quote to remove and replace. He spent plenty of time on the survey, not rushing and answering all of my questions and concerns. After deciding on a new Bosch System Boiler, in addition to the replacement of a few old radiators, I received the quote the same day. The work was carried out by John who is a great guy who knows his stuff and really respects your home. The work was done on time and the quality of work is superb, John went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Tom Leonard Heating and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Tom has helped us out in 2 difficult situations in the past 9 years. Our old boiler died in the middle of a dreadful winter. On the recommendation of a number of neighbours for whom Tom had fit new central heating boilers, we contacted Tom. He was quick to visit to talk through the options for a replacement and subsequently carried out the installation quickly and efficiently. He's serviced the boiler each year since. Two days ago we were found to have an untraceable gas leak and, for safety, the Gas Board disconnected the house from the gas supply. Tom responded quickly calling at the end of his working day and again early the next morning in order to try to trace the leak. He has completed the work today. We highly recommend him (and already have to a number of friends).

My boiler broke down on the 12th Feb and once I spoke with Tom, he was round at the house, survey done and quote given within twenty mins. After giving us all options, including repairing ours, we went with a new boiler install which was carried out on the 14th. The new boiler was installed professionally by John and we were very happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommended.

We had Tom in to replace our existing boilermate and boiler with a new central heating system. Quote was competitive, work was completed on time and they made sure that everything was taken care off. All rubbish was removed, carpets etc protected, cleaned up afterwards too. Couldn't tell they had been and moved a hearing system around. They kept me up to date throughout the installation, and queried any areas of concern as we went along. Will use again for the service etc. Highly recommend.

Punctual. Service completed at reasonable cost everything left clean and tidy couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic fast professional service. Had an old heating system that ran on oil that needed replacing. Tom talked me through the full job from advising on which new boiler would best suit my house, to the cost and time it would take to complete. Starting with cleanliness, Tom covered all flooring to minimise the mess. Took out old boiler, water tanks, pipe work and oil tank, then completed the installation of the new boiler and pipe work with no disruption. Each night I got a phone call giving me a daily update of progress. The job was completed on time with NO hidden extra costs! Tom was recommended to me by a neighbour, and I can honestly say if you want a top job doing by someone who is professional, punctual, and a good good guy. Then I would highly recommend Tom.

Tom was a life saver in an emergency .Our 89 year old aunties boiler died a death ,and he was there to give advice on what options we had .In the end we decided to go for a new boiler which Tom installed quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess so a great job would definitely recommend.

Tom Leonards service has been excellent over the past eight years when he has serviced an old boiler and replaced it with a new one. When my old boiler broke down he responded very quickly and got our heating back on. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Tom helped with boiler selection, provided options for fitment date - communication was very good. His fitter was prompt, listened to my needs, and proceeded to make a very good job of the fitment. He left no mess at all within the property, removing all of the waste including all of the old fitment materials. Externally, the only evidence of his visit was brick dust on the ground, which he couldn’t clean up as it was raining heavily. He was so very apologetic, despite my insisting he shouldn’t worry and that the rain would wash it away !

I had no heating and hot water and Tom was servicing my Mum’s boiler so he came round and fixed my boiler no problem. Professional and friendly 😊
