Tom's company contacted me earlier this year to book in my annual service, and we agreed on a date without me having to remember to do anything. Tom serviced the boiler, sent me the paperwork confirming all the checks were completed, and left the area as clean as when he arrived. The whole process was undertaken with minimum fuss and in a courteous and professional manner, with little effort on my part. It's a pleasure doing business with his team, and it costs less than I used to pay British Gas.

Tom has serviced my boiler for more than 10 years and arrives as scheduled. He shows me what he is doing, eg, sludge in the u-bend and advice on my pressure gauge query. Price rises are in line with inflation. His visits are something of a social event. I have never needed an emergency callout, but he says most issues he can fix in 24 hours if required. I have recommended him successfully for our village hall boiler servicing.

We wanted to convert from an old style boiler to a new Combi boiler. I didn’t know anything about boilers but from the initial quote Tom explained how they work and which one would best suit our needs. Communication throughout the whole experience was great. We contacted Tom Leonard heating services for a quote to replace our old gas boiler. From our initial contact to the completion of the work Tom was extremely respectful and polite. He arrived on time, and as these things often do with old heating systems, the job developed. This unexpected glitch did not phase Tom at all. He carefully and clearly explained the issue to us, our options and the additional cost involved. With our approval he was happy to complete the extra work involved without hesitation. This gentleman Tom Leonard fitted my boiler many years ago, I receive a reminder reference the annual service, which is done to perfection, always prompt & tidy when undertaking any work for my wife & myself. You could not expect a more professional company to undertake any plumbing housing or industrial.

When I woke up on the morning of the 23rd April it was evident there was a problem with the boiler in my home. To be honest I became quite frantic as to where to find a plumbing engineer. The previous owners had left me the name Tom Leonard amongst paperwork regarding the house. I telephoned Tom's office leaving a message and received a reply quickly. A booking was made and Tom was on his way. The moment I opened the door I welcomed him into my home. Within minutes I felt as though I had known Tom for many years. Services our combi every year since he fitted it, no problems until a radiator unused for ages decided not to warm up when turned on. He sorted it quickly without any fuss after the combi service, and also corrected the clock in the thermostat which somehow was running 20 minutes fast. Fully recommended!

Tom installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler a few years ago. He did such a good job that I saw no reason for him not to complete the annual servicing. Very tidy and methodical workman, every stage of the task arranged "just so" with the added bonus of being a really nice guy.

Tom has been my gas service engineer and has also done all my gas checks to obtain a gas safety certificate. I have known Tom for about 10 years now and he has installed boilers and serviced them for me during this time. Last year I rented out my home to move away after a family tragedy. The management company asked if we wanted to use their gas engineer. I told them that I wanted to stay with Tom. l totally trust Tom, he never has let me down and wouldn't want to use anyone else. Lovely, lovely man.

He arrived as scheduled and set about completing a full boiler replacement. Its location in the attic made it a challenging task, especially with the flue situated above a glass conservatory. Returning from work after he left, I wondered what I would find. I was really pleased to see a smart new boiler in place, providing my family with confidence that we will have worry-free heating and hot water for some time. I would thoroughly recommend Tom Leonard for boiler replacement. It was a simple transaction, and his careful work was greatly appreciated. I can comfortably say he went above (in the attic) and beyond to extract the flue and other bits.

The work Tom carried out was excellent. He was very professional and worked like a trojan throughout the day. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up so that we were left with nothing but the finished item. He was pleasant and polite and we would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
