On the 2nd of september Tom Leonard replaced my old boiler for a new one.He turned up on time and completed the job by mid afernoon .tom has looked afer my heating system for over 15 yrs .He dose a good job at a fair price he is always helpfull and i would recommend him to any one.

The quality of work was high and as clean and tidy as could be expected. Overall we are very pleased with the installation. Tom first came round to discuss the work that I needed doing, fitting a new boiler in a different place from the old one and replacing pipes that were too small. It was obvious that he was an expert and he explained what was necessary and answered my queries. Although he had a busy schedule he slotted me in quite quickly. I always got a message when he was on his way in the morning. Tom‘s work was excellent and his manner was friendly and professional He did a very neat job and left the kitchen as clean as possible afterwards. He also arranged for the old boiler and packaging to be collected. I can highly recommend him.

Tom's company contacted me earlier this year to book in my annual service, and we agreed on a date without me having to remember to do anything. Tom serviced the boiler, sent me the paperwork confirming all the checks were completed, and left the area as clean as when he arrived. The whole process was undertaken with minimum fuss and in a courteous and professional manner, with little effort on my part. It's a pleasure doing business with his team, and it costs less than I used to pay British Gas.

Tom has serviced my boiler for more than 10 years and arrives as scheduled. He shows me what he is doing, eg, sludge in the u-bend and advice on my pressure gauge query. Price rises are in line with inflation. His visits are something of a social event. I have never needed an emergency callout, but he says most issues he can fix in 24 hours if required. I have recommended him successfully for our village hall boiler servicing.

We wanted to convert from an old style boiler to a new Combi boiler. I didn’t know anything about boilers but from the initial quote Tom explained how they work and which one would best suit our needs. Communication throughout the whole experience was great. Installation was carried out within the agreed time and all of the work is top notch. All work areas were kept clean and tidy throughout the process. Tom was polite and friendly and gave full instructions on how to use the new system. Price was competitive and good value for money. Loving the new boiler!

We contacted Tom Leonard heating services for a quote to replace our old gas boiler. From our initial contact to the completion of the work Tom was extremely respectful and polite. He arrived on time, and as these things often do with old heating systems, the job developed. This unexpected glitch did not phase Tom at all. He carefully and clearly explained the issue to us, our options and the additional cost involved. With our approval he was happy to complete the extra work involved without hesitation. Everywhere was left clean and tidy, even the old boiler was removed from site, an unexpected bonus. We highly recommend Tom without hesitation. A job well done with exceptional professionalism.

When I woke up on the morning of the 23rd April it was evident there was a problem with the boiler in my home. To be honest I became quite frantic as to where to find a plumbing engineer. The previous owners had left me the name Tom Leonard amongst paperwork regarding the house. I telephoned Tom's office leaving a message and received a reply quickly.
