We wanted to convert from an old style boiler to a new Combi boiler. I didn’t know anything about boilers but from the initial quote Tom explained how they work and which one would best suit our needs. Communication throughout the whole experience was great. Installation was carried out within the agreed time and all of the work is top notch. All work areas were kept clean and tidy throughout the process. Tom was polite and friendly and gave full instructions on how to use the new system. Price was competitive and good value for money. Loving the new boiler!

We contacted Tom Leonard heating services for a quote to replace our old gas boiler. From our initial contact to the completion of the work Tom was extremely respectful and polite. He arrived on time, and as these things often do with old heating systems, the job developed. This unexpected glitch did not phase Tom at all. He carefully and clearly explained the issue to us, our options and the additional cost involved. With our approval he was happy to complete the extra work involved without hesitation. Everywhere was left clean and tidy, even the old boiler was removed from site, an unexpected bonus. We highly recommend Tom without hesitation. A job well done with exceptional professionalism.

This gentleman Tom Leonard fitted my boiler many years ago, I receive a reminder reference the annual service, which is done to perfection, always prompt & tidy when undertaking any work for my wife & myself. You could not expect a more professional company to undertake any plumbing housing or industrial.

When I woke up on the morning of the 23rd April it was evident there was a problem with the boiler in my home. To be honest I became quite frantic as to where to find a plumbing engineer. The previous owners had left me the name Tom Leonard amongst paperwork regarding the house. I telephoned Tom's office leaving a message and received a reply quickly. A booking was made and Tom was on his way. The moment I opened the door I welcomed him into my home. Within minutes I felt as though I had known Tom for many years. Services our combi every year since he fitted it, no problems until a radiator unused for ages decided not to warm up when turned on. He sorted it quickly without any fuss after the combi service, and also corrected the clock in the thermostat which somehow was running 20 minutes fast. Fully recommended!

Tom installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler a few years ago. He did such a good job that I saw no reason for him not to complete the annual servicing. Very tidy and methodical workman, every stage of the task arranged "just so" with the added bonus of being a really nice guy.

Tom has been my gas service engineer and has also done all my gas checks to obtain a gas safety certificate. I have known Tom for about 10 years now and he has installed boilers and serviced them for me during this time. Last year I rented out my home to move away after a family tragedy. The management company asked if we wanted to use their gas engineer. I told them that I wanted to stay with Tom. l totally trust Tom, he never has let me down and wouldn't want to use anyone else.
