Services our combi every year since he fitted it, no problems until a radiator unused for ages decided not to warm up when turned on. He sorted it quickly without any fuss after the combi service, and also corrected the clock in the thermostat which somehow was running 20 minutes fast. Fully recommended!

Tom installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler a few years ago. He did such a good job that I saw no reason for him not to complete the annual servicing. Very tidy and methodical workman, every stage of the task arranged "just so" with the added bonus of being a really nice guy.

Tom has been my gas service engineer and has also done all my gas checks to obtain a gas safety certificate. I have known Tom for about 10 years now and he has installed boilers and serviced them for me during this time. Last year I rented out my home to move away after a family tragedy. The management company asked if we wanted to use their gas engineer. I told them that I wanted to stay with Tom. l totally trust Tom, he never has let me down and wouldn't want to use anyone else. Lovely, lovely man.

We had been putting off getting a new boiler fitted for a while and had received quotes from several companies, ranging from extortionate to reasonable. Tom Leonard's quote was very reasonable. He arrived as scheduled and set about completing a full boiler replacement. Its location in the attic made it a challenging task, especially with the flue situated above a glass conservatory. Returning from work after he left, I wondered what I would find. I was really pleased to see a smart new boiler in place, providing my family with confidence that we will have worry-free heating and hot water for some time. I would thoroughly recommend Tom Leonard for boiler replacement. It was a simple transaction, and his careful work was greatly appreciated. I can comfortably say he went above (in the attic) and beyond to extract the flue and other bits.

The work Tom carried out was excellent. He was very professional and worked like a trojan throughout the day. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up so that we were left with nothing but the finished item. He was pleasant and polite and we would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

Having contacted Tom via Worcester Bosch I was given an appointment time to inspect a boiler fault. Tom gave us a list of the options available including a quote for a new boiler. The quote was very competitive and installation was arranged. On the day, Tom arrived as agreed, on time and proceeded to take steps to mitigate any mess which might occur. None did I must say, and the fitting was carried out expertly and professionally with Tom explaining the stages as he progressed. The installation was completed and thoroughly tested. Upon completion Tom talked me through the use of the boiler and its controls before handing the completed job over. Not only was the quote exceptionally competitive and good value but the whole process from removal of the old boiler and its removal from the site to completing the installation of the new boiler was remarkably smooth and of the highest quality. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and look forward to next year's annual service.

Appointment was made easily by telephone. He was on time and communicated when he was on his way. The boiler was serviced quickly and efficiently.

We have had Tom service our home and rental property boiler for the last 4 or 5 years. I have asked for his advice and he has always given straightforward, sound advice. The communication from appointment booking, text alerts when he is en route through to the comprehensive information post servicing has always been excellent. A genuinely great guy to trust with all things gas-related.

Tom was on site for approx. 3 hours and carried out 2 jobs. Firstly rerouting a gas supply line to the boiler at my request, and secondly carrying out an annual boiler service. I was completely satisfied with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
