Very pleased with all aspects of the work undertaken - a full and complete service to a Worcester Bosch boiler. The boiler was part of a full system installed by Tom Leonard 14 years ago and has worked reliably ever since. Tom is very professional; polite, punctual, easy to contact, and willing to take time to explain the work done at a reasonable cost.

Tom has been our plumber for our boiler for many years, needless to say, we have always been happy with his work. He fitted both our previous and current boiler and carries out the annual services. On a few occasions, when we’ve had any issues, he has always been prompt to respond and solved the problem by either calling round or providing instructions over the phone. Tom is friendly, professional and arrives on time. Can definitely recommend.

Having contacted Tom via Worcester Bosch I was given an appointment time to inspect a boiler fault. Tom gave us a list of the options available including a quote for a new boiler. The quote was very competitive and installation was arranged. On the day, Tom arrived as agreed, on time and proceeded to take steps to mitigate any mess which might occur. None did I must say, and the fitting was carried out expertly and professionally with Tom explaining the stages as he progressed. The installation was completed and thoroughly tested. Upon completion Tom talked me through the use of the boiler and its controls before handing the completed job over. Not only was the quote exceptionally competitive and good value but the whole process from removal of the old boiler and its removal from the site to completing the installation of the new boiler was remarkably smooth and of the highest quality. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and look forward to next year's annual service.

Appointment was made easily by telephone. He was on time and communicated when he was on his way. The boiler was serviced quickly and efficiently.

We have had Tom service our home and rental property boiler for the last 4 or 5 years. I have asked for his advice and he has always given straightforward, sound advice. The communication from appointment booking, text alerts when he is en route through to the comprehensive information post servicing has always been excellent. A genuinely great guy to trust with all things gas-related.

Tom was on site for approx. 3 hours and carried out 2 jobs. Firstly rerouting a gas supply line to the boiler at my request, and secondly carrying out an annual boiler service. I was completely satisfied with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Tom arrived as scheduled I was contacted to inform he was en route. Work carried out efficiently and very patient giving instructions for new thermostat, very friendly and communication also very good with date for work to be carried out.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Received a service due reminder and once the service was booked in, a text closer to the date as another reminder. Also received a tracking text when Tom was en-route with an ETA. Very clean and tidy as well. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.
