Tom did an excellent job replacing our boiler, he was very knowledgeable and professional whilst also being friendly. We looked into a few options when deciding on our boiler and I'm very pleased we went with Tom. The work has been done to a high standard, and the house was left very tidy and well looked after. As a new homeowner, Tom was happy to answer any questions or queries and put me at ease through the whole thing. Our new boiler is excellent and couldn't be happier with the service from Tom and the team.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Received a service due reminder and once the service was booked in, a text closer to the date as another reminder. Also received a tracking text when Tom was en-route with an ETA. Very clean and tidy as well. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

Our new boiler was installed last year by Tom and as agreed we were contacted to arrange our annual service a few weeks ago. Tom came this week and completed the service in a friendly and efficient manner and left the area clean and tidy. Tom made a recommendation on the positioning of the room thermostat to improve the efficiency of the heating system. Tom replaced our old Worcester oil boiler with a new Worcester gas boiler after carefully assessing our household needs to match us with the right boiler. He is a nice, genuine man who got on with the job and gave a quality service applying great attention to every detail. Just had my boiler serviced again by Tom who arrived promptly after a message to say he was en-route. As always he was polite, courteous and let me know that everything was in good working order. Service completed and confirmation certificate received online later same day. I have recommended Tom to several of my neighbours who now use his services too.

Tom replaced our old 30 year old boiler with a new combi boiler, replaced all of our radiator valves and removed our old tanks. Every step of the journey was professionally carried out with emails confirming our quote and once confirmed, the date the job would star. Tom took little over three days to complete the work and was a true professional from start to finish. Tom is very knowledgeable about his trade and was able to answer any query we had. Tom also fitted a mini radiator in the airing cupboard so I can continue to use it as a space for drying clothes. Tom took time to protect our carpets and took away all of the old system and packaging. We’re so pleased with the job and wouldn’t hesitate recommending Tom to family and friends.

We have replaced a 30 year old boiler and small hot water cylinder with a Worcester Bosch oil boiler and greenstar 210 lt unvented cylinder. This involved removing tanks, boiler and pipework, and fitting new boiler, repositioned cylinder and lots of new pipework. Tom's experience and confidence undertaking this work and his knowledge and explanation of the works to be done were very reassuring. The pipework pre-lagging was a work of art! A small issue with the boiler (not Tom's work) meant he had to return on the weekend to finish off, which he cheerfully did. The system is working beautifully with lashings of hot water at good pressure! Happy happy happy. The admin side from first contact is very efficient and we are now on an annual service reminder with Tom. We felt it was a fair and competitive price and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

This was my annual Gas Safe inspection for one of my rental properties. Contacted Tom by email to arrange an appointment, of which was confirmed within 2 hours. He attended the property as per the appointment, contacting my tenant prior to his arrival. He conducted the inspection in a professional and friendly approach leaving the work site clean and tidy. Both Gas Safe certificate an invoice received on the same day. He provides a prompt, reliable and friendly service hence I can strongly recommended his services.

This was our annual boiler service. Tom has serviced our boiler since installing it in April 2018. As usual, he performed this work in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. He text messaged me whilst on route to say he was on his way and arrived within the stated time slot. While he was here I asked him advice about our central heating system and radiators. He gave me all the required information I needed and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend his workmanship, and personally like his respectful attitude towards his clients.
