I have known Tom for many years now. He fitted my boiler and several radiators in 2009, and has serviced it each year since. He always arrives on time and works cleanly and professionally. He is very friendly and courteous, and is always happy to give help and advice. I have recommended Tom to friends and will continue to recommend him.

Tom always does a professional job that's why we rely on him to look after my fathers boiler. Nothing is too much trouble. Tom is top class plumber.

Tom fitted my boiler two years ago. The work was completed as stated in a professional manner. He worked very tidily and was very respectful to my property. He was very helpful with payment methods for interest free payment. Since the boiler has been fitted, Tom has serviced the said boiler on 2 annual occasions. I’ve also arranged with Tom for a future job I require, which is an en suite radiator, he quoted and explained exactly what the job entailed and gave me a price which I was happy with. I would recommend Tom Leonard for any central heating/ plumbing related work.

Tom made an excellent job of fitting our new boiler, the installation is very neat and he left no mess, the whole job was completed within the time specified and within the price quoted. Tom was very friendly and communicative from the outset, keeping us up to date via text messages. Tom also took the time to fully explain all the boiler and room thermostat controls before he left and also left us with his contact details in case we had any issues. The hot water and heating system are working perfectly.

Very good communications, always sends a text as he leaves home to travel to place of work. Has just installed a replacement central heating boiler. Minimal disruption. Tom was recommended to me and has serviced my boiler for quite a few years. Last year he efficiently fitted a new boiler. He contacts me when the service is due and I know whether he is coming morning or afternoon on the arranged day. He also lets me know when he is on his way. He is very helpful and you can contact him for advice.

I can't speak highly enough of Tom. Friendly, approachable, thoroughly professional and a hard worker. Tom kept the job on schedule and tidied up after himself. The finished pipework was akin to a work of art, it looks so good. All of this and it came in spot on his quote. I would highly recommend Tom who is a consummate professional and a really nice guy.

Tom installed a new boiler for us recently. The work was carried out immaculately; all carpets were covered with protective sheeting and everything went according to plan. We had a phone call to say he was on his way and the entire operation was conducted in a single day with hardly any disruption to us. A thoroughly great company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody. And also, the boiler is working perfectly !!

Our regular service was easily booked for a convenient day and I was told it would be pm. On the day I received a txt to advise that Tom was en route. The Service was completed quickly and quietly, causing no disruption. Excellent in every respect

First contacted on 31st May about possiblity of getting new boiler fitted, after few photos and description of the job Tom was able to give a quote and able to come the next week. The day of the job Tom was on time and had new boiler out new one in quickly with water and gas off for only a small amount of time and at times was so quiet forgot he was here, As someone who works from home this was fantastic. Conscientious and knowledgeable Tom was able to give me a full rundown of what he had done take me through how the new boiler works. Couldn't be any happier with the Job and the service, would highly recommend!

Had an approximate time when I booked the service but I received notification by text when he was on his way so knew when to expect him. Boiler was serviced quickly with no problems.

Tom Leonard installed my central heating boiler 5 or 6 years ago and has serviced it each year since. Every year I get an email or text message reminding me that it is time for the annual service, a date is fixed and he arrives on time, completes the work, leaves everything tidy and sends me the invoice. He is punctual, thorough, personable, friendly and reliable. What else do we need?

Tom arrived on time to service gas boiler that he installed and has serviced since 2018. Always polite and cheery, Tom is an experienced and competent engineer. I have no problem in recommending him to do any heating work.

Tom advised us that our old boiler was beyond repair, pointing out the seriousness of the faults. Advice was given on a replacement boiler where all the pro's and con's were discussed and explained in detail. After receiving a detailed quote within 24 hour that we were happy with, we decided to proceed and have the new boiler fitted. Arranging with the office who were so helpful and polite throughout , we were able to choose a convenient day for the work to be carried out. Tom messaged prior to his arrival. All work was carried out very professionally, leaving no mess. On completion the various functions of the new boiler and thermostat/timer were explained. The whole process from start to finish was very professional and went smoothly. Highly recommended.
