Our house and a separate rental property are looked after by Tom, who is knowledgeable, always prompt and unfailingly courteous.

Tom has always serviced my boiler.that he put in for me several years ago .I find his work excellent.tom is polite , always on time .willing to help with any inquire and information you request from him. I would recommend Tom and his team to family friends.and anyone who requires help with heating problems .

Tom installed our boiler 8 years ago and has serviced it ever since. As I’m an engineer myself I appreciate how well he performs his job. We had a couple of problems with the system since the start of the cold weather. Tom diagnosed and fixed them quickly and carried out the service on the boiler. We are now ’toasty’. I have just had my gas boiler serviced for the 4th time since installation by Tom. My boiler was given a thorough testing to make sure it is runnning properly and won’t fail particularly during cold weather. Tom clealy explained the different elements of the service and tests and gave me the assurance that the boiler was running properly and the were no issues that needed attention. I shall be booking my 5th boiler service with Tom next year.

I have used Tom Leonard Heating Services for ten years at least. He has fitted two boilers in that time and serviced them annually. Tom is always punctual for his appointed time - if he is early or running late he will always inform you by phone or text. Tom is open to any questions that you may have regarding his central heating work. He has also offered verbal advice to us via the phone when we had a problem with the boiler not relighting after a power cut.. Nothing seems too much trouble for Tom - he is always cheerful and very positive about his work and the standards that he offers. We would thoroughly recommend him for any of his advertised work.

It is especially important to ensure your boiler is working at peak efficiency with the current soaring costs of energy. Tom contacts you in advance to arrange a date for the appointment and arrives when he says he will. He is always very pleasant and highly professional, with any work being carried out to a very high standard. We have used his services for a number of years now and have recommended him to my wife's elderly mother who has also become a customer. Tom Leonard installed our new boiler three years ago since which time it has performed faultlessly. The service was carried out on time and to budget and in a pleasant and professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company.

I asked Tom if he would visit and advise on a replacement boiler, also mentioning that several radiators never seemed to get up to temperature. Tom talked me through various options and costs involved, all subject to boiler availability during these Covid times. I agreed on a boiler and fitting date; come the day, Tom arrived and installed the unit. Result, toasty warm house. Observations – Tom arrives when he says he will. An extremely polite person, respectful of both you and your property. Communications are excellent, with Tom spending time to explain the workings of my Central Heating system. First job on arrival, protection to hard flooring, carpets and worktops. Second job, laying out of toolboxes (super collection of tools), and new plumbing parts. During installation, Tom kept advising of work progression. Discarded equipment went straight outside into a large box, at the end of day Tom arranged for immediate removal of all scrap and debris by registered dealers. Very impressed with the entire operation. I have already booked Tom for some additional improvements to CH system, and of course, have him booked for Annual services of the boiler. Communication is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Well done Tom for recognising this fact.
