Tom Leonard installed our new boiler three years ago since which time it has performed faultlessly. The service was carried out on time and to budget and in a pleasant and professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company.

I asked Tom if he would visit and advise on a replacement boiler, also mentioning that several radiators never seemed to get up to temperature. Tom talked me through various options and costs involved, all subject to boiler availability during these Covid times. I agreed on a boiler and fitting date; come the day, Tom arrived and installed the unit. Result, toasty warm house. Observations – Tom arrives when he says he will. An extremely polite person, respectful of both you and your property. Communications are excellent, with Tom spending time to explain the workings of my Central Heating system. First job on arrival, protection to hard flooring, carpets and worktops. Second job, laying out of toolboxes (super collection of tools), and new plumbing parts. During installation, Tom kept advising of work progression. Discarded equipment went straight outside into a large box, at the end of day Tom arranged for immediate removal of all scrap and debris by registered dealers. Very impressed with the entire operation. I have already booked Tom for some additional improvements to CH system, and of course, have him booked for Annual services of the boiler. Communication is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Well done Tom for recognising this fact.

Tom came to service the boiler that he fitted three years ago. He completed the job without fuss and in a professional manner. He is an extremely pleasant person and his work is excellent.

Good advice and information before installation of Combi in twenty seventeen, which was done neatly and efficiently. Annual service since has been done well after polite reminder from this firm each year, appliance has worked perfectly and more efficiently than the previous model. Possibly not the cheapest firm, but recommended without any hesitation.

Tom is professional, friendly and knows what he's doing. He serviced our Baxi combi boiler quickly, efficiently and on time, and offered helpful advice on a different plumbing issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or call on him again. I also particularly liked the fact you can track when he will arrive, as that's very helpful when you've got a busy working day.

Tom carried out the 3rd annual service of my boiler. He carried out the service explaining all the stages and how important they were to enable the boiler to operate properly. I have no hesitation in recommending him for servicing gas boilers.

First class service by Tom and his team from booking the job in to completing. Came out did a survey, quoted and stuck to price given and did the job on date given. Fourth time I've used Tom on various jobs and never let me done yet, total trust in him as work is usually carried out whilst we are out at work ourselves. Can't recommend his company any higher 🙂.

Tom had previously installed and serviced the gas central heating system in my home. Knowing the quality of his installation work and the highly professional manner in which he relates to customers I had no hesitation in recommending him to a family member to complete repairs to an electrical hot water system. Tom has just serviced out boiler to his usual high standard. He has serviced our boiler in this house for 6 years and also at our previous address where he also installed it. His work is immaculate. Pipework in boiler cupboard was not far short of a work of art. Being an ex tradesman myself, i’m only fussy about who I let loose in our house. Tom is first class and I cannot praise him highly enough. He is also punctual and an extremely pleasant guy.
