Tom Leonard Heating Services

We have known Tom Leonard for many years and he installed our first boiler. Today he installed a new Worcester Bosh Gas Boiler. He arrived at his stated time and explained exactly what he was going to do after laying carpet protection throughout our bungalow. No problem appears to be too small for Tom and my wife and I felt relaxed in asking him any questions about the work in hand. He is a very personable individual and has a pleasant manner. The work was done on time and to the quoted estimate. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom to anyone wanting to have quality central heating installed. I would have no reservations in going back to him to ask any questions over our heating system.

Tom arrived to quote and carry out the work when he said he would. He did a great job and left the house tidy. He called after to offer future assistance if we had any issues programming etc.

The boiler was fitted a year ago and required an annual service. Agreed with Helen at the office of Tom Leonard for a time and cost. Tom arrived on time was in uniform and had the necessary equipment and tools with him. He explained what he was about to do and then proceeded to do the service as required on the boiler. We agreed on the method of payment and I paid on the day. He then explained that I would receive the necessary invoice/receipt by email and that he would update his records to show the service had been completed and would send me a reminder in a years time for the next service. He tidied up the garage on completion of the service and was polite and professional at all times. I was satisfied with the work and would recommend him and his company for any future work to anybody.

Tom installed our Worcester Bosch boiler over 12 years ago and has serviced it annually ever since. He is has just completed this year’s service and provided advice for future maintenance to keep the boiler running efficiently. He is honest and reliable and would highly recommend him for all installation and servicing requirements.

Serviced my central heating boiler and checked everything methodically, in contact before and after the work, very polite and left no mess. I contacted Tom Leonard Heating Services 4 years ago following a recommendation from a trusted friend who had his whole central heating fitted cheaper than a quote I had received from a leading national firm for just a boiler replacement . Tom Leonard Heating Services fitted the boiler and since then has serviced it every year. I get an email reminder when a service is due, an opportunity to book a convenient time for the work to be done, a text message reminder the day before he comes with the time he expects to arrive, and a text message that he is on the way half an hour before he gets here. Tom is thorough and totally trustworthy and I would not go to anyone else. You know the old idiom, "If it's not bust don't fix it!" - well when you find a top professional why change?

Tom fitted a boiler in for us approximately 5 years ago and has since serviced it annually. Tom is friendly, professional and arrives as arranged. I needed at short notice a gas safe certificate for a house move. Tom offered a fast appointment, everything was confirmed and communicated including reminder the day before and. Text to say he was on his way. He arrived at the specified time, was friendly and explained what was to happen. The certificate was in my inbox within 30 minutes of him leaving. I would certainly use him again.

Having installed a completely new heating system to replace an old inefficient and unreliable system, Tom has maintained and regularly serviced our heating system. Tom is also helpful with his advice and knowledge of the industry. Would recommend him and his company to all.

We have had Tom service, and when necessary replace components on our home boiler, for at least 12 years. He reminds me of annual due date, arrives as scheduled and provides an efficient, tidy and effective service. Charges are as previously advised. I find him cheerful and most affable. I have recommended him recently to a neighbour who is planning some domestic boiler modifications to replace his oil fired system. I have not had any issues requiring an unscheduled visit. I live in Cambridgeshire and am currently selling a house in Stockton-on-Tees. I asked Tom Leonard Heating Services to service the boiler for me but it was discovered that the boiler had broken so would therefore need replacement. The company were aware of my situation and were very accommodating. We discussed the options and Tom Leonard Heating Services took into account that my house was under offer and that I live miles away. Once a decision was made, the company liaised with the neighbour who is taking care of our property for us, as to when would be a good for her to let the workers in to fit the new boiler. I cannot fault the customer service and would totally recommend Tom Leonard Services.

The service is thorough, professional and completed on time. Thr initial visit was completed quickly and essential work carried outbstraight away. There were some remedial work that was recommended (not essential, but recommended due to the age and quality of some parts) and it was well explained without jargon, and reasonably priced. All in all, every interaction I've had has been exactly what you'd want it to be - priced fairly, professionally and efficiently carried out by an experienced and qualified engineer. All the background stuff (invoicing, booking, job updates etc) have all been bang on as well. I can't recommend them highly enough.
