Avoid at all costs!
Booked to repair my washing machine through samsung. At first it was booked out of warranty, we received a text from the company off a random mobile number with misspelt words etc very late at night, so of course we did not follow the link provided and make payment. The repair was then booked in by samsung as a 1 off free repair out of warranty, the company then cancelled the appointment on the day as payment was not made (no payment due as it was a free repair) My partner then contacted the company to see when they would be coming to which they were very rude and demanding payment, when my partner asked to speak to a member of management the call was cut off and his number was blocked, he then tried to call off our landline which they at first answered the call then hung up and also blocked that number. We called samsung to advise of the issue to which they said they will look into and rebook the repair for the 9th. This company then booked it in for the 14th which was not suitable. Today I then received a call from this company today (I have had no contact with this company until this phone call) I was greeted with a confrontational lady on the other end of the phone who said I had left a review on this website which I hadn't done (until now) The lady on the phone was very rude and confrontational and said they would not be coming to complete the required repair. Unfortunately I am unable to leave a full review due to the character restriction, be sure to avoid.

Already replied to previous review from you. It is normal procedure for us to cancel the link and service order if not responded to. (text sent to you does tell you) the reason being is we have to give the date to another customer and cannot keep it open. Your phone call to us was terminated as we do no tolerate being spoken to in the manner that came across from you. We have informed Samsung regarding the ongoing issue you have with us.
Worst customer service ever
I called Trio Domestic Appliances (UK), to ask for a rough time of arrival as I received a text message that the booking was today, 07/05; a lady picked up the phone, saying no booking was present, and continued to raise her voice; I asked if I could explain the situation, every time I attempted to do so she cut me off sounding down the phone, I then expressed that this behaviour is not acceptable and I would like her name. To speak to someone else at this point, she ended the call and blocked my number. Can you get any worse at customer service? The lady on the phone was disrespectful, rude and unwilling to help. How is this good for any business?

The reason the visit was cancelled was that the link payment had not been received and therefore the service was cancelled as per our terms and conditions. When you spoke to our office you were not allowing the lady to speak and explain why. As the conversation from you got very heated and aggressive it was then she had to terminate the call. I can see that you then got another service order raised and this time in warranty after speaking to Samsung. We have spoken to Samsung regarding this new visit and await their comments

Samsung washer drawing fabric softener (and sometimes detergent) immediately a program starts, Samsung informed me an engineer would ring AM with a time. I stated that the day they assigned, my partner was carrying out interviews over Teams all morning. The engineer turned up early am (missed the call), and I apologised and stated screen is less than two metres away from the washer so not convenient. He persisted a number of times to the point where I was intimidated. I contacted Samsung to explain and they read the notes and stated the engineer said I shut the door on him and refused my appointment! I contacted Trio stating what happened and instead of an apology I got a very surly response stating how annoyed the engineer felt having had travelled over! The curt responses during email and telephone contact with Trio didn't stop there. I stated to Samsung I didn't want the original engineer to attend and they sent someone else. He changed the pump as he said this was the issue, then check twice and drove off. I immediately checked and put a wash load in and yet again the fabric softener immediately pulled (about a third). The engineer had left approximately three minutes ago so I rang and he ignored my call and texts. Back to Samsung and they sent original engineer after another rude response by Trio's office. He said machine should draw at the beginning of a program and stated on his notes nothing wrong with machine! Samsung have washed their hands due to this engineer

Called and arranged for an engineer to call in on 1st April, his name was Mitchell and he was polite, extremely knowledgeable and a credit to his company. He ordered the parts for a fridge freezer. He arrived first thing this morning and had it back up and running in no time at all. A fast, prompt service. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Mitchell.

I had numerous issues with my Samsung Eco Bubble washing machine which resulted in it breaking down. I was quite fortunate that the washing machine was still under a 5 year warranty. I registered a repair via Samsung who in turn forwarded the job to Trio Domestic. Trio Domestic made contact shortly thereafter and scheduled a visit which was a very quick turnaround. The chap who attended was very polite and obviously a seasoned professional. He diagnosed the issues right away and ordered the required parts. Work was completed not long after and the machine was working like a dream again. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Trio Domestic.

I am so pleased with the whole procedure and contact with Trio, didn't think this company would be so helpful and efficient and so quick at sorting my issue with my Samsung fridge freezer.....they phoned to advise their eta the morning of my appointment (which was earlier in the week than expected), and within 20 minutes, the job was finished, paid and fridge freezer working again. Highly recommend these guys, nothing was too much trouble.

This company is Samsungs authorised repair arm in Hertfordshire. The lovely technician came at the allotted time and found and fixed the fault - lint blocking the impeller in the drain pump. This is the second time we have used the company through Samsung warranty and I would definitely recommend them.

Having diagnosed the issue with Samsung, I called this company to get a guideline on the cost to repair a washing machine. A simple request surely? And they were recommended by Samsung! Not so.....and in the process I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. I explained to the lady that took my call - I had an 8 yr old washing machine and it didn't seem economically viable to fix but wanted to check a rough cost for replacing the drum - I could even have given them the part number. The lady told me I had to get an engineer out to get a cost but reassured me that their repairs didn't go over £350. I was reluctant to proceed without a rough cost but she said it's only £33 and that would come off the repair. When she went to process the payment it increased to £42 as the £33 did not include the VAT. Clearly a repair is better for the environment so doing the right thing I paid the £42. The engineer was sent to the wrong house so he had to call me. I explained what the problem was, and he immediately said on the phone it would be over £500 to repair it. He then turned up at the right house, spent 1 minute in the house to confirm it needed a new drum. I was given a quote of just over £600 to fix it, when I complained to customer services, Kerry said she would call me back. She never did, all I had was the engineer calling me back to say the price for the repair was now just over £500. Additionally £33 plus VAT is £39.60. Not £42!!!

Mitchell came and fixed my washing machine after we had been unable to do so. He was really well mannered, cleaned up after himself and all in all it was a sparkling job. And so are my clothes now.
