We have just had Costas and Robbie here today. They removed 4 old heavy night storage heaters and replaced them with lovely new ones. Already feeling tbe benefit. From the very first contact through to fitting the service was exemplary. Due to ill health, replacement radiators were needed urgently. Sophia from the office, Alex the surveyor from 30 August, the Initial visit, and then the installation team gave first class service so amazingly everything was superbly completed yesterday - 21 September. From start to finish the very best service, and nicest people you could wish for. The job was done to perfection.

The person who came to give me a quote to upgrade my old storage heaters to a modern heating system was friendly and explained everything fully. There was no hard sell. On deciding to go ahead the office staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me an insultation date and my heaters were fitted on that date. The lads who fitted them were great and did an excellent job. They gave me an in depth lesson on how they worked and set them for the oncoming winter. Also provided a booklet to help me if things needed changing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

We had 4 quotes and two surveys for a replacement for two old storage heaters. Trust Electric Heating engineers was friendly yet professional and fully informed about the issues we had in changing our system. She took time to work out the best size and placement for our needs. The quote we received was considerably less that the other suppliers. Although two of them reduced their prices later with special offers. One to half price. After we accepted the quote and paid half the costs the heaters were installed within a few weeks by Corey and Kostes. They removed the old heaters with no fuss or disruption and finished the installation of the new heaters. Corey ran through the operation and settings to ensure that we were ready when the winter sets in. Clean, efficient, and value for money.

We were looking for replacement radiators for a number of storage heaters. Trust we’re very efficient from the start and we had a sales person visit who worked through our requirements. The fitters were prompt, helpful and left no mess and explained all that was required. They were quick and installed the radiators with out hassle. Can only recommend Trust as a supplier and fitter of radiators.

We ordered our radiators months ago but they couldn’t be fitted until we were ready for them (renovation project). We ordered 14 in total and they were fitted yesterday by Ben and Callum who were superb. They spent much time talking through our queries and did a super job. They were competent and got on with the job without fuss or delay. We have yet to use the radiators as we are waiting for an internet connection to be fitted and an extra power line into the house so they will need to come back to finish the job in September. I wanted to write this initial review as I was so impressed with the boys and with the company who have been great to work with; always friendly and helpful and easy to contact. Four trust electric radiators installed, to replace my old storage heaters. Ben and Robbie the engineers who fitted the radiators were very polite and friendly and cleaned up after, although there was very little mess anyway, it didn't take long to install, Ben and Robbie were very efficient, I am delighted with the installation, and the radiators look brilliant. From the first sales visit to the delivery communication was exemplary. Attention to detail for the installation, excellent and the quality of the overall job superb. One week ago today, Ben and Callum arrived very promptly indeed to install our whole house new electric heating system. The professionalism is impressive as is the quality of the install. We are absolutely delighted with the job. The heating is of course very new but we really rate the controllability which was a key reason to change. The rooms heat up really well and while early days, we already see a dip in energy use compared to the old system. Having over 30 years experience with all electric heating we should soon be able to compare real life savings.

Ben and Corey arrived early, and removed two old storage heaters quickly and fitted two replacement heaters and an extra one in the spare bedroom. They were very efficient, polite and helpful. Ben explained how to program the heaters before they left. Would recommend.

Trust Electric Heating removed four storage heaters very quickly, tidied up, and installed three new heaters, showed me how to program the timer, all within two hours. Excellent work all round.

Angie explained everything in plain English on our survey visit and was able to answer all our queries. Gia and Olivia in the office are great and so helpful. Kostas and Robbie came to install our heaters, no mess left, no rubbish left, quick, and neat fitting, courteous and professional. They explained the thermostats and timers and set all heaters with me so all ready for the winter. The elderly relative will be snuggly when she comes. Waiting to see how much more efficient and cheaper to run than old storage heaters but feeling positive so far.

Installed six heaters for Central heating, professional, courteous, answered all our questions, good advice, no mess. Resolved a small issue quickly without any fuss.

Finally decided to say a sad goodbye to the open fire. Had a look around via internet and advertisements and eventually invited a couple of manufacturers to drop in with information and quotation. Kris from Trust was polite and informative in his advice on the products and our needs, giving the information without intensively pushing the sale and we confirmed our order the following day. We were kept up to date by the office on the requirement (safety ) for us to have our fuse box and sockets replaced/amended (our cost) and the progress of the manufacture of our heater as we neared the delivery date. All the office staff (mainly dealt with Gia and Olivia ) were friendly, successfully combining efficiency with a sense of humour! The new heaters were delivered and installed by Kostas and Callum. Again friendly, efficient - and tidy - and they probably won't have to go to the gym for a while after removing our old night-storage unit. The heaters themselves? Smart and so far absolutely doing the job ! And we've signed up for the new maintenance scheme. So, based on our experience, a small British company that engages with the customer, and wants to - and does - offer good product and service. Perhaps a factor is that the staff all seem to enjoy the work itself and working for the company. Overall, a company deserving of its name !

We have used Trust Heating before and this was a follow up visit to install a new radiator and reposition an existing one. Both Kostas and Callum were most helpful throughout their visit. They arrived on time after giving us a quick call 30 minutes before arrival. Both were very polite and worked extremely quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Quoted in March for June installation. They gave good advice on the number and placement of radiators. The installation team were good at advising when they would arrive. They worked efficiently and left no mess. They removed the old radiators. There was a small amount of damage to a wall, which they returned to repair. As it was a mild autumn we have only recently used the heating system. We are appreciating the ability to control time and temperature. We use the optimum setting and will use boost if necessary.

Excellent company for communication and flexibility. When the radiators were held up (Brexit or COVID?) they were most obliging with installing a temporary system to keep us warm. Olivia and Gia on the telephone always listened to our point of view and found a solution. The fitters (Ben, Robbie and Brice) were quick, efficient, tidy and explained everything to show us how to set up the programming sequences.

Had my new heater fitted by Ben and Robbie cannot fault there work were polite and hot on with ther job clearing all rubbish and leaving the room all tidy. We did have a fault with the thermostat called Trust and Ben and Robbie came back today and replaced it Thank-you Trust I would recommend this company

The installation was undertaken by Ben and Robbie within the given timescale. They were professional, friendly in manner and knowledgeable. The two radiators were efficiently installed and all technical details were explained simply and clearly. They made sure that all debris was removed from the area and that we were satisfied. The heating is effective and reaches set temperatures rapidly, maintaining heat as stated on the Trust website. The Trust product and overall experience lived up to expectations.
