We are a British manufacturer and deliver in the UK. We launched the neos electric radiator heating system in 2018 a UK and International patented product. The neos is the only electric radiator with patented Cool wall and Quadvex technology. The neos is Made in Britain in Leeds and is inspired by German Electric Heating technology.
The neos has a soapstone core that retains the heat and due to its aluminium casing it conducts the heat 2.9 times more effectively than mild steel - thus warming your room quicker.
We offer a selection of thermostatic controls to fit with your lifestyle, an array of colours , finishes, styles and sizes and we have one of the longest guarantees of 25 years. Slimmest modern storage radiator on the market and the most attractive!

Two new radiators were installed and connected to thermostat. There were no hidden costs and the team that came were very friendly and helpful. They offered advice if any problems were to occur and they provided information on how to care and maintain the radiators.

The workman was very tidy and professional. Did not take long to fit three heaters. I did think the heaters would be stronger - strength of a convector heater. Thought they would be stronger due to cost, but then again nice and slim.

From the salesman who visited my mothers home to the engineers, all helpful and efficient. The engineers let us know exactly when they would arrive. The whole installation was very quick, and they cleaned up well after they were finished. Would recommend this product and the company. More than pleased with my new radiator.

I had 2 old storage heaters replaced in Nov 2017, with 2 new radiators. But, didn't appreciate how cold my flat was going to be throughout the winter, so got them back in July to discuss my options and had one of the radiators moved into the kitchen and replaced by a bigger one in the lounge and a new one put in my very cold bathroom. So, the heaters can now do their job properly and I look forward to being cosy this coming winter.

From the initial survey to completion of the work by Trust Electric Heating Ltd everything went according to plan. The installation was carried out very professionally. The fitters were not happy until the work was done to perfection. The fitter noticed a small flaw in one of the radiators and insisted in ordering a new part for replacement. All communicating with Trust Electrics has been very helpful and dealt with in a polite way with some humour thrown in for good measure. Trust Electric Heating Ltd contacted us after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied with the goods and the installation.
