Angie explained everything in plain English on our survey visit and was able to answer all our queries. Gia and Olivia in the office are great and so helpful. Kostas and Robbie came to install our heaters, no mess left, no rubbish left, quick, and neat fitting, courteous and professional. They explained the thermostats and timers and set all heaters with me so all ready for the winter. The elderly relative will be snuggly when she comes. Waiting to see how much more efficient and cheaper to run than old storage heaters but feeling positive so far.

Installed six heaters for Central heating, professional, courteous, answered all our questions, good advice, no mess. Resolved a small issue quickly without any fuss.

Finally decided to say a sad goodbye to the open fire. Had a look around via internet and advertisements and eventually invited a couple of manufacturers to drop in with information and quotation. Kris from Trust was polite and informative in his advice on the products and our needs, giving the information without intensively pushing the sale and we confirmed our order the following day. We were kept up to date by the office on the requirement (safety ) for us to have our fuse box and sockets replaced/amended (our cost) and the progress of the manufacture of our heater as we neared the delivery date. All the office staff (mainly dealt with Gia and Olivia ) were friendly, successfully combining efficiency with a sense of humour! The new heaters were delivered and installed by Kostas and Callum. Again friendly, efficient - and tidy - and they probably won't have to go to the gym for a while after removing our old night-storage unit. The heaters themselves? Smart and so far absolutely doing the job ! And we've signed up for the new maintenance scheme. So, based on our experience, a small British company that engages with the customer, and wants to - and does - offer good product and service. Perhaps a factor is that the staff all seem to enjoy the work itself and working for the company. Overall, a company deserving of its name !

We have used Trust Heating before and this was a follow up visit to install a new radiator and reposition an existing one. Both Kostas and Callum were most helpful throughout their visit. They arrived on time after giving us a quick call 30 minutes before arrival. Both were very polite and worked extremely quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Quoted in March for June installation. They gave good advice on the number and placement of radiators. The installation team were good at advising when they would arrive. They worked efficiently and left no mess. They removed the old radiators. There was a small amount of damage to a wall, which they returned to repair. As it was a mild autumn we have only recently used the heating system. We are appreciating the ability to control time and temperature. We use the optimum setting and will use boost if necessary.

Excellent company for communication and flexibility. When the radiators were held up (Brexit or COVID?) they were most obliging with installing a temporary system to keep us warm. Olivia and Gia on the telephone always listened to our point of view and found a solution. The fitters (Ben, Robbie and Brice) were quick, efficient, tidy and explained everything to show us how to set up the programming sequences.

Had my new heater fitted by Ben and Robbie cannot fault there work were polite and hot on with ther job clearing all rubbish and leaving the room all tidy. We did have a fault with the thermostat called Trust and Ben and Robbie came back today and replaced it Thank-you Trust I would recommend this company

The installation was undertaken by Ben and Robbie within the given timescale. They were professional, friendly in manner and knowledgeable. The two radiators were efficiently installed and all technical details were explained simply and clearly. They made sure that all debris was removed from the area and that we were satisfied. The heating is effective and reaches set temperatures rapidly, maintaining heat as stated on the Trust website. The Trust product and overall experience lived up to expectations.

We had our Neos Electric heaters fitted today by Kostas & Callum I cannot praise them enough they were clean and efficient with the installation made sure they new were we wanted the heaters placed and made sure we new how to set the programs on the heaters going above and beyond so that we were happy with everything they did. Also Kris the surveyor was on time, efficient and explained how the heaters worked which sold them to us. Your girls in the office are very good and we were kept up to date weekly with an update which was so helpful. I would recommend Trust Heating to anyone wanting to update their heating. Arrived on time very efficient talked me through everything very impressed love my new heaters very impressed with Ben and Robbie and left everything tidy absolutely recommend them to people.

The initial survey was conducted to a high standard and although I had other alternatives with other companies, I was educated to be able to make the correct decision in choosing Trust to do the installation. The install was performed by Kostas & Robbie who had a very pleasant attitude. Their attention to detail was perfection. The radiator was attached to the wall with so much precision I am unable to fault anything. They were very informative and did not leave until they were sure I understood everything and the site cleaned.

Three radiators fitted today. Kostas and Robbie installed the radiators competently and considerately, with no fuss, worked with due care to avoiding mess and ensured work areas were clean before completion of job and leaving premises. Original consultation and survey occurred on time and all was well explained. My one minor disagreement was with the description of free heat on switching off radiator - no such thing (what occurs is due to inertia within the system explained by time to heat up soapstone and then loss of heat when switched off). Communication from Trust about radiator manufacture and details about installation was good, and there are two points that are worth making. 1. Miscommunication at minor level when asking for feedback about installation when it hadn’t happened at the time, 2. When asked about Trust or installers liability insurance two members of team hadn’t heard of it. I did get a copy emailed quickly after their investigations and to my satisfaction.

The entire process has been excellent, from checking the specifications for the heating system to ordering and installation. Ben and Craig spent a few hours fitting and setting up the radiators and heating zones. They took the time to make sure everything was working and that the applications and thermostats were all connected to the hub and fully operational. I am very happy with the product and the service.

Nothing bad to say about Trust radiator heaters. After a few weeks of waiting our radiators where installed by Kostas and Callum in approximately one hour. Everything that you need to know about your new radiators is explained on the spot and also Kostas showed me how they work. You are receiving a written guide too. Great product and service. I am delighted to write this review. I had the pleasure of having Ben and Roby, from Trust, visiting for installation of electric heaters. Both Ben and Roby were very focused and efficient. The job was done to perfection and in no time. Yet to try the heater for a few days, but I would definitely recommend the boys for a job well done, with professionalism.

I had an existing 17-year-old electric heating system that had become obsolete replaced with Trust radiators, 5 radiators and one towel rail. Throughout the process the flow of information from the company about the progress of my order was excellent. The installation process was relatively straightforward and my installers, Ben and Robbie, did an excellent job even down to removing a fitted shoe cupboard that had been built around an old heater that I had not had an opportunity to remove before they arrived so that they could access the radiator. We also had some initial teething problems with the remote control system pairing properly, but Ben reset everything and got everything up and running even checking before he left that I could control the heating both from the app and the remote thermostats to ensure there were no problems with the set-up. Ben and Robbie were polite, efficient, cleaned up as they went and did a very neat job.

I have had two Trust Heating electric heaters fitted today, one in my living room and one in my main bedroom. The two engineers who came - Ben and Brice - did a splendid job. They let me know they were on their way, arrived on time and fitted the heaters quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant, friendly and polite. They explained the controls to me - which, due to my general inability to understand such digital controls, I told them would be the hardest part of their job - but their quick run-through was fine and I didn't need to refer to the little booklet afterwards. So, all in all, a satisfied customer, who can highly recommend this company. All round pleasing experience.

Just had new electric radiators installed by Trust to replace old storage and panel heaters. Install team of Kostas and Corey arrived bang on time as advised and after a quick look round got straight to work. They took out all of our old heating units before installing the new ones and they also arrange disposal of the old equipment. Could not believe how quick and clean they were, it only took a few hours to carry out all of the work and they were constantly cleaning and tidying up as they worked. We were then given comprehensive instructions on the operation of the new units. The new units look great and we hope that they will prove to be more controllable and economic than our previous system. The whole procedure from survey all the way through to installation was extremely efficient and friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend Trust based on our experience.

Trust Heating supplied radiators to our beautiful village hall in East Harlsey. As a popular wedding venue, we wanted to enhance the comfort levels and the appearance of our main hall. The radiators look very impressive and we expect them to be very efficient. The initial contact with Scott was very informative and reassuring. The fitting team of Ben, Brice and Callum came when expected, fitted the radiators effectively, explained the use of the thermostat and app and left the hall clean and tidy. Each of the contractors used - plumber and electrician - were equally good. everyone arrived at the appointed time and did their job effectively and tidily. My only slight frustration was with communication in the early stages when it proved difficult to get a complete price for the job and I was not kept as well informed as promised. That aside I would be happy to recommend Trust and once my order was placed, the level of service was exceptional and above expectations.

I had a leaflet from Trust Heating through my door and was looking to supplement my current heating system. A surveyor came round and I was provided with a quote but there was no hard sell. I decided to go ahead with the installation. I was told the installers would arrive at 0800 and Ben and Brice arrived right on time. They were very efficient, clean and tidy with the installation fully explained before they left. As it is summer I cannot comment on the efficiency of the units but I have no doubt that I will not be disappointed.

Ben and Callum were the two guys who took out my old storage heaters and put in the new electric radiators. They were polite and friendly and did the whole job in a remarkably quick time. They left the flat in a tidy condition and took away all of their rubbish. I would recommend this company and look forward to using my new radiators when the cold weather comes.

A little bit of research on companies and technologies paid off. After a couple of different enquiries I had made a decision to go with Trust Electric Heaters. They did stand out from the start by transparency on technology and pricing. Absolutely no attempts to lure into something I didn't want or to scam, unlike others. Clear detailed description of technology, which only used by this company. It enabled me to do further research if I wanted to get more assurance. Team is exceptionally loyal to product, enthusiastic, believe in quality they deliver. Communications and customer service were excellent at all stages of the process, from initial call to installation day. Surveyor and installation team impressed with punctuality, which is a quality of professionals. Radiators were made on order very quickly, and they are beautiful! I had two out of eight in yellow colour, which light up the mood instantly. Beware, there are hundreds of colours and shades available, good luck making a quick choice! Installation day was exciting. Kostas and Callum were friendly, polite and efficient. 10 old storage heaters removed, 8 new heaters installed, checked, admin finished in designated time. Everything has been cleaned, whatever moved - put back in places, holes on the walls from old heaters filled and polished. Kostas done outstanding job on utilising socket for one of the heaters, quick thinking, very knowledgeable and delivers best result. I wish more people to find you!

Wanting to do my bit for climate change I asked Trust to come and carry out a survey of my two bedroom, 1985 cottage, half-terrace. I was relying on an expert to advise me about this move from an ageing gas system to an electric system. This involved eight electric radiators. What didn't happen was that an energy/thermal audit was taken by the surveyor. At that time my house was completely unsuitable for electric heating. Even though I retrofitted cavity wall and loft insulation and new double glazing replacing 1980s windows, this did not make the radiators viable to run. Over the winter of 20/21 my electricity bills were all but unaffordable because of the thermal inefficiency of the property. I dare not turn the thermostats up above 19%. The system was completely unsuitable for the property and Trust should have known this and advised me of it.
