I wanted to write this short review based entirely on my personal experience of a consultation with Trust Electric Heating as I was ultimately unable to progress an installation due to reasons occurring outside of their control. Mark was booked to visit me to discuss my requirements and this he did with great efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. He was at great pains to provide a very thorough explanation about the company, the product and all of the benefits an investment in their Neos Heating system would afford me. A very competitive price was offered and there was no pressure to close the sale before he left. In my view, Trust Electric Heating are very customer facing and look to understand the client needs in full and offer an old fashioned family style consultation and sales service unlike so many of the online faceless and pressurised companies that one normally has to endure. I cannot rate them highly enough and there is a good level of team cooperation when I had occasion to contact the office with a further query. Scott and Hannika were very quick to assist me. Bravo. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trust Electrical Heating to family, friends and colleagues.

Installed 4 new radiators to replace existing night storage heater and 3 electric radiators, which were costing a fortune to run. The new radiators are really nice, fit in well to my property and the one in the hall is much smaller than the previous night storage heater, which is great. They are much cheaper to run and my flat is much warmer now. The radiators themselves are quite expensive but hopefully that will balance out with the reduction in my electric bills.

Trust were fantastic. from the initial contact, survey and decision making through to the fitting and customer service follow up, we could not fault them. the radiators themselves are modern, unobtrusive and economical to run. instant heat at your disposal.

Very pleased with the heaters installed, the installation was carried out swiftly. The initial survey was professional and informative. The heaters look great and are working really well. Overall very pleased with this company.

From the salesman who visited my mothers home to the engineers, all helpful and efficient. The engineers let us know exactly when they would arrive. The whole installation was very quick, and they cleaned up well after they were finished. Would recommend this product and the company. More than pleased with my new radiator.

More radiators fitted in our new home. The new radiators have developed and have a built in digital timer much easier than the previous style are so will be very easy to operate. We love how quickly they heat a room and how they retain their heat helping to cut our fuel bill.

The work was undertaken in a very professional manner by friendly staff. All dealings with this company have been efficient and friendly and the products seem to be high quality.
