We are the North East's professional Building Preservation & Damp Proofing Company. Our Director, Don Cellini, is a PCAQT Qualified Technician with vast experience in all aspects of building & preservation.
Having carried out hundreds of surveys over the years, Don knows the housing stock of the North East 'inside out'.

Top notch service from the start. Came to survey a woodworm problem and put me at ease straight away. The quote was very competitive against the other quotes that I had received. Rang Don for a quote on a new damproof course throughout the house. His quote was competitive and came with a guarantee and he was able to fit in with the dates I wished to have the work done. He explained everything in detail beforehand, he and his team did a great job on the work and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. The guarantee took a little while to follow, but a small niggle in an otherwise fab job - definitely recommended.

Damp proof treatment in my leaving room and dinning room. I am very pleased with the end result. Don, had rectified the work from previous workmen which was done poorly. Don has recently completed a full damp course for us,and a plaster skim of Staircase,hall and landing.Excellent 5* service from survey to completion of the work. He was also able to fit the work in with my schedule. All work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Don resolved long standing damp problems in kitchen, sitting room and dining room. Kitchen was particularly bad and other traders had failed to resolve the problem over a number of years. From initial contact to get an estimate through to post job snagging everything was done promptly and efficiently and disruption kept to a minimum. Also everything was explained very clearly. I am really pleased with the work and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

We required wall ties on our end terraced property and had various promises of quotes from other companies who either didn't turn up or just did a drive by with a follow up phone call.
