My first time using TVC Removals and I couldn't be happier. A fantastic service from start to finish. I was kept in the loop the whole time. Prompt, professional and on time to the minute. Great team, we're polite and helpful. Made our move less stressful. Would highly recommend and will only use TVC from now on. Really competitive prices. Overall AMAZING !!!

I think we may have been a removal company's nightmare. Joel from TVC spent a lot of time with us in advance understanding the job, and was very generous with advice and suggestions. Through no fault of our own vagaries of the conveyancing process meant that our move out was on-again, off-again for several weeks. And it was finally on with very short notice. Only 3/4 of the contents were moving into storage, and of that we had only packed maybe half. Joel and his team found the time to swoop in, pack up the remainder, dismantle large furniture and move our stuff very quickly and in good spirits. I only hope I can give them more notice when the time comes to move our stuff out of storage again.

Kim, Joel and the 2 Michaels were spot on, the move was well planned, carefully done and pleasant. They actually took the stress out of moving day, would recommend using them. Kim even gave us home made jam as part of a really thoughtful moving in gift pack, so kind.

Joel was amazing throughout the whole process, I had regular updates and always opportunities to ask questions, very reassuring that they would be available for the whole day no matter what time we received our keys. On the day they were so friendly, helpful and swift packing up and moving our belongings to the new house, I couldn’t recommend them more! Also such a lovely touch with the gift bag at the end, so thoughtfu!

Joel and the team really helped me out, providing me with a stress free experience which made my move go really well. Starting with the emails and video call to asses my needs, the team was very friendly and helped me review my options around storage, packing and costs. In the run up to the day of the move the team was in touch to ensure we were all ready to go. On the day they turned up on time, ensured all my belongings were packed well and safely and quickly got about packing everything in the vans. They were flexible as I needed some items dropped off in a second location. Communication was great, the team was really friendly and I'd be very relaxed and comfortable about using them again. Highly recommended

Great service from initial contact to the end of the move. The price was competitive. Having the Ikea wardrobe dismantled and reassembled by TVC was a fantastic. They came with protection covers for the furniture including cases for the sofas which prevented any damage. I would highly recommend TVC.

So pleased I picked TVC for my house move. Kim, Joel and the team offered a fantastic service. It was both professional and personal with such attention to detail. Kim was always available on the phone to go though everything leading up to the day. Joel and the boys were brilliant will all our possessions, taking the time to stack everything carefully in the vans and when emptying the other end they didn't rush me into decisions regarding which rooms the boxes went into. They even made sure there was plenty of floor space left for me to set up the beds on the first night in our new house. Also loved the bag of moving-in goodies. I couldn't fault these guys at all and they made what could have been an difficult move of 200 miles into a stress free experience. Thank you so much for being just what I needed at a daunting time for us with such a big move.

Fantastic family based removal company, not only assisted with the dismantling of various items but ensured everything was well protected against the elements. Everything was delivered safely and re-assembled. Very friendly throughout, nothing too much trouble and then left me with a small welcome bag of essentials but also including a delicious jar of homemade chilli jam.

Having used TVC Removals to move out of my flat into storage in December 2022, I used TVC again to move into my house in January 2023. Again they were excellent - Joel and the guys were prompt, friendly and completely reilable. They even assembled a bed and plumbed in my washing machine which I did not expect. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they really did remove some of the stress that comes with a house move. The little goodie bag as they left was a really sweet gesture too. In short - if you're moving, use TVC Removals!

It was important for me to have a local company undertake my recent move and I cannot fault Joel and Kim and the rest of the team at TVC Removals. From the very first point, I contacted them, their service was first-rate. They were always prompt in contacting me, they were efficient and really friendly. Their quote was competitive and reasonable. On moving day itself, I was so impressed. They seem to empty my flat in no time at all, with such good humour even though it was a bitterly cold day. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I look forward to moving with them again when I shortly move out of storage and into my new home.

Pre, during and post operations the service and help given at a confusing and stressful time was beyond my expectations. All my belongings were carefully pre packed and moved to the new address and nothing was too much trouble for the great team of staff.

TVC Removals are exceptional for house removals and packing supply needs. The staff are hard-working, organised, kind, efficient and meticulous and take the stress out of moving house. Care is taken to protect carpet and delicate items, items are boxed meticulously (if you request this service) and the team take the time to explain things calmly and clearly, and are polite and sensitive at a highly stressful time, which makes you feel at ease. I was grateful for this on moving day when there was so much to think about! The team were brilliant and I'd highly recommend TVC! Joel, Kim and the team were helpful and friendly from the first enquiry, and made a stressful move super easy. We had to break the chain so Kim helped us organise a move out of our home into storage and managed to rearrange some things so they could move us into our new property on the required date. TVC Removals moved my mother's furniture from Cardiff to an Assisted Living Apartment in Surrey. The quotation was very competitive and response times were quicker than other companies. At all times, Joel and team were helpful, responsive, very pleasant and highly professional. The loading was undertaken quickly and transported very efficiently. Despite the rather long walk to the Apartment entrance, the furniture was unloaded carefully and the customer service was wonderful throughout. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We hired TVC removals to move house. I cannot rate Joel & his team high enough. They were punctual, professional and a really friendly bunch. Hired TVC to carry out a full house removal. Throughout the process, they provided excellent customer service and made the process easy and stress free. On moving day, Joel (owner) and the team worked tirelessly to ensure the move remained on schedule and had smiles on their faces the entire time. They really are a friendly bunch. Very pleased with boys. Turned up on time. very friendly and cheerful. Well organised, worked hard, took everything we asked. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivered safely, took care unloading. Quick and efficient. They were also one of the cheaper quotes I received. I would highly recommend them.

We used TVC Removals to take a large house worth of stuff out of storage and bring it to our new address. They were on time, really quick and really professional. They had lots of different bits of kit to make sure that all our belongings stayed in one piece and were very tidy in the new house, making sure that everywhere that they were going had mats down. I would definitely recommend them as the price we were quoted was on the bottom end of the scale and they offered insurance for your belongings which some companies didn't for the same amount. The three guys were also a good laugh which made the whole experience pretty much stress free.

When choosing a removal company to move us from Cardiff I went on the totally unscientific method of instinct over who would be most helpful and easy to communicate with. TVC were, from the start, very patient with my queries and clear about every aspect of the move which included an extra pick up from a storage area. All done cheerfully and efficiently - I would definitely recommend them to others especially as they proved that my instincts are still functioning! The fact that 'TVC' is also reminiscent of a Bowie song was a bonus!

I have used TVC a few times over the last year to shift surplus building materials, to clear firewood and to help move into a restaurant. No job was ever too big or too small and Joel rolled up his sleeves and got stuck in. He helped out and went above and beyond every time and when there was a problem (object too big for the gate) he offered good humour and calming solutions. Fantastic guys. Friendly, hardworking and reliable, we couldn't ask for more, and they moved us on a Sunday as we requested for no extra fee, great! Four guys came, including Joel the owner, and two vans. They moved us from a 4 bed & garage rented house to our own first time buyers new build 3 bed house (no garage) in Dinas Powys. A medium blue & white van and one of their smaller green vans came, we went back with one van for the more delicate items such as TVs, fridge etc. They were really helpful putting our reclining sofas together again and moving stuff into place. 5* experienced movers, I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use again. Thanks boys. x

Luckily I used the service of Taxi Vans when I was moving house. Had some really helpful discussions with Joel leading up the move. Gave really good tips and advice as well. Damien and his team turned up early on The Friday raring to go. Organised, professional, experienced and took full control so we didn’t have to worry. They Couldn’t do enough for us either. The price was very reasonable and I would certainly use them again.

These guys moved me from my home to new home. They were absolutely amazing. Can’t find any faults with them. They worked so hard to make the move easier and less stressful. They are also very good value for money and half the price of the big companies and yet they are just as good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all.

Moving house for the first time was a stressful idea to me. Joel was fantastic, he came to the house and explained what furniture he could move without dismantling, and what i needed to take apart. He gave me boxes to put my things into and gave me advice about packing fragile objects. On the actual moving day, Joel turned up on time, and instantly put me at ease with his attitude, he was very reassuring and positive (I was a massive stress head). Everything was moving and put into the van securely, and he took all the boxes and furniture to the room it needed to be in ready to be unpacked. Nothing was damaged, all moved in perfect condition. I couldn't recommend Joel and his team enough!
