Nothing but praise for Will and the team. Will diagnosed a fault and had the opportunity of doing some further work on my nine year old 3 series, but showed great honesty and integrity recommending I take it to a BMW dealer as he knew there was a chance BMW would contribute to the repair due to it being a known weak spot on the car. Will could have easily done the work and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. Very grateful for his honesty as it saved me £1,300. After BMW dealer diagnosed further alleged which would cost over £2,500 to replace major component, returned the car to Will who carried out repair for less than £100, rather than replace. Overall I have saved over £3,500 using TWG and Will. I therefore highly recommend TWG.

Took my son’s bmw 1 series for a service, it’s 5 years old but low mileage (28000) and no longer under the bmw service plan. Price quoted by local bmw dealer considerable so looked for a local independent bmw specialist and saw tgw had high rating so decided to try them. Really glad I did, very knowledgeable and efficient clearly deserving their favourable feedback. Completed a full service quickly (even changing the battery in the key) for an extremely good price. Would not hesitate to recommend them as a cost effective alternative to a franchised bmw garage.

I have used Will and his team on 3 separate occasions now. all 3 visits have been pain and stress free. All work was carried out professionally, these guys have the full knowledge of the main dealers yet their prices are far from main dealer... I have only ever had one issue, this was with a brake sensor light coming on a few days later after a pad change, called will he said come in and we will replace free of change no questions asked. Keep up the good work lads. Ta.

Been using TWG for many years on all my BMWs , amazing honest service. Work done precisley and with no fuss and to very high standard. Always priced well and work carried out to a great standard. True credit how garages should be run putting customers first.

I have been using TWG since I bought my first BMW MINI about 18 months ago, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. Every time I have been to TWG they have given me nothing but first class service, outlining the cost of all work involved as well as the necessity for the work being carried out. TWG have helped me out on many occasions when I've needed advice, helping me make decisions on work carried out or parts needed. I've just had my 2007 R56 in for a mis-diagnosed fault from another garage - after looking at the 'fault' I was assured that everything was OK, saving me several hundreds of pounds! They then called to inform me that I was overdue a break fluid service, and managed to complete the work by the end of the day! TWG are professional yet personable and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Will at TWG has been servicing and maintaining my BMW 318i for a number of years now. He is extremely knowledgeable on all things BMW and offers a superb service at a very reasonable price. He has always taken the time to clearly explain problems with the car and how they could be fixed. As well as routine servicing, Will has fixed a number of difficult problems with the car (most notably the extremely high oil consumption). It's largely thanks to him that I've been able to keep the BMW on the road for a fraction of the cost of using a BMW main dealer. Highly recommended - it would be difficult to find anyone better to look after your BMW.
