Ian from UK Gas helped me in December 2023 when our previous boiler failed and we were unable to get a replacement before January. We had fantastic customer service from ordering to installation and having just had our first annual service, I can say the same again. Ian has even given me a little video instruction to follow for future reference. At all times he has been very friendly, open with all costs and considerations and very giving of his time, especially with my dog. In addition, very considerate of keeping a tidy workspace in my small bathroom. I would without hesitation recommend UK Gas Services.

Ian has serviced our boiler now for a few years. I knew it would need changing as we had it 19 years and it was starting to create a few problems. We came to an agreement a new one was needed. A day and time was arranged. Everything went to plan. My new boiler is perfect and so quiet. We were given all the information we needed and a 10 year guarantee as Ian is Worcester Bosch approved. I would recommend Ian 100%. He always keeps in touch to check you're happy with everything afterwards.

Had my Worcester boiler installed by uk gas services NE Washington branch 2 years ago and have had my yearly service carried out by Ian since instalation. Ian installed our new boiler a couple of weeks ago. From the initial inspection and quote through to the installation, the process was extremely efficient and trouble free. The notification service for future jobs is brilliant. Offers and the finance options provided were the best. Top products were used to install and repair my gas supply.
