Ian gave us quote for our new gas central heating boiler, explained our options and carried out the work on the date, to the timescale and price agreed. He took time to explain how the boiler should be setup for temperature of radiators and hot water. Communication with the office (confirming booking etc) was excellent.

I had a replacement boiler “Worcester “ a few years ago, competitive prices, being accredited installers meant I got 10 yr instead of the usual 7 yr warranty with Worcester for parts and I labour, its been about 5 years now , and get a reminder for the service (as an annual service is required to validate the warranty) , the reminder is very handy if your like me and very busy, they do get back to you again if you forget to book it , always polite , on time with a courtesy call about 10-15 minutes prior to arriving at your property, will continue to use as provide a great service , had no problem with my boiler or nest smart thermostat , Harlow green/gateshead area

UK Gas Service installed my Worcester Bosch boiler approx 5 years ago, the work was completed on time and at a competitive price. Since then they have carried out an annual service. I get a reminder of the due date and courtesy calls before and after the work is done. I have always found them polite and efficient and have no hesitation in giving a five star recommendation, thanks again

Communication from himself and the company office was good as well when notifying about the appointment made and when to be expected round. Ian came to service our boiler on the day requested. There was also a leak which we knew about. He had to return with the parts for the repair and kindly gave up his Sunday off to do it. Ian offers a good service at a reasonable price. It's nice you're regularly kept up to date with his time of arrival.
