We called Roger as we had mice ! What a friendly lovely chap . He came very quickly and set some traps Came back 3 times . He rang to make sure all was ok and our mouse problem was over . Rodger and his son Paul came to spray my garage rafters with woodworm treatment. I cannot praise them highly enough, they helped me to move things (that should have been moved before they arrived!) and they worked quickly and efficiently. They were both very lovely people, chatty, friendly.....and hilarious! Would highly recommend their services.

Roger Bennett came in response to a phone call the same day. He did a thorough search in my house and garden and my neighbour's house and discovered where the rats were infesting. He said that probably my bird feeding was the reason rats had been attracted to my house and garden. He put down plenty of rat poison pellets in each entry place - he said to kill at least 30 rats! - and said he would call again in a week. This he did and covered up the rat holes so if they were opened again he would know that further poison was needed. He came again a week later and checked both houses everywhere, in the garden and attics to find no further rat disturbance - thank goodness. He is a delightful and very concientious man who I would certainly recommend if you have any such pest infestation. However, I do hope I won't need his services again.

When I first rang Rodger he replied immediately, and his son Paul visited the next day. Paul did a very thorough check of the two lofts and other places in the house where there was evidence of rats and ensured that rat pellets were placed in strategic places. After the first visit, I had a call a few days later to check that everything was OK. There have been three visits with Rodger and Paul, who are both very professional in their work and very knowledgable about rats and how they behave. They did a thorough investigation of the outside of the house, and identified the areas where the rats were entering the house, and have now sealed the entrances. It is early days, but I am hopeful that the problem has been solved. I am very grateful to Rodger and Paul, and would recommend them for any pest control issues. I will certainly go straight to them if I have any further issues, with rats or any other pests. Thank you both for your friendly and excellent service, you are a great team!

United Dorset pest control are by far the best company in their field. Their expertise and approach is professional, reliable, timely and effective. Great knowledge and a clean and tidy approach. Our problem was solved within two visits!! A contact I will always keep for any future issues.

After trying three pest control companies and being fobbed off with excuses and expensive quotations I was recommended this company by a friend . I rang up and Roger answered. I explained exactly what had happened, but people couldn’t come for three months or It would cost a substantial amount of money to fix. What I actually wanted, was somebody to come round and assess the problem and to help me. Roger came round within an hour of my phone call. I explained what happened and he set out a plan, told me how to approach it and what he would do to solve it so within a week I prepared the room for him to deal with it. He came round and sprayed and told me what to do. He followed this up over the next two weeks to see what the progress was and see how it was going. He came back round a week later, re-sprayed the main room and sprayed the other three rooms. Today he came round, sprayed all four rooms again, plus some items in the conservatory and the garage. I feel that I have been given the highest of professional treatment the best customer service anybody could want and I have been reassured and my problem dealt with efficiently and to the highest standards. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody for value for money, customer service and efficiency. In addition, Roger is a caring professional, who confidently deals With the problem in a happy and jovial manner that exudes confidence. A truly fantastic company.

I have used United Dorset Pest Control on a number of occasions and have been delighted with the service given by Rodger. We had a pest problem this month and Rodger dealt with it immediately. He answers calls quickly and comes to the site immediately, returning as many times as necessary to ensure the problem is solved. His work is efficient, effective and high professional. He is clean, tidy, careful and as friendly as can be. You immediately know you are in safe hands. I cannot imagine that there is another pest control firm in the area that could do the job as well as Rodger. Fees are excellent value for money. Having just moved into our new home we heard scuffling sounds in the attic! We contacted Rodger who very promptly came around offering us advice and setting to work immediately to sort out the problem. The noises turned out to be rats which it seemed that we had inherited from the previous owners. Rodger set ethical traps and returned every week until he was sure that the rats would not return. His reassurance, knowledge, professionalism and humour are second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any pest control issue needed as he certainly knows his stuff !

I was recommended Rodger Bennett by another satisfied customer. He responded to my call quickly and efficiently. I outlined the problem: we had a rat / rats under the floorboards. An appointment was made for the following day and Rodger quickly recognised the problem and set about baiting various places. He made certain that I understood what action he was taking and how it would be followed up. True to his word, he arrived on time a week later. He showed me the result of the preparatory work he had done, and was confident that the problem had been resolved. He was at pains to tell me that if there was a continuing issue, he would respond straightaway. I found Rodger extremely approachable: he made me feel relaxed and confident in his skills.

After contacting several other pest controllers I was giving up hope of sorting our bee problem out at work…. Then I found United Dorset pest control .I called and Paul took the call and details and arranged for them to come to the shop.On arrival we realised it was the original Rodger the everyone raves about!! Paul and rodger worked well together and was nice and friendly ,they explained everything so we could understand along the way .We had a big bees nest in the most trickiest of places and it didn’t phase them at all ,They worked well around my staff and customers which was a great help whilst dealing this ! They are extremely knowledgeable in so many areas we all found them both so interesting what they know! Rodger was great! He got back to me very promptly and came round the next day for a first visit. He was knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. I especially liked the way he described his job as to "euthanaise" the rats, explaining that the poison he uses is the kindest form available and simply lowers their body temperature and sends them to sleep, and acts very quickly. Neither he nor I wished to cause any extra suffering to the unwanted rats in my walls! Which I was very happy about! He was prompt, personable and efficient and funny! He promised that if after the three visits included in his fee the rats were no longer in evidence, he would come a fourth time at no extra cost. But my rats are indeed gone after 3 visits! He also worked out where they were most likely to be getting into the property and, as I am part of a terrace, we visited my neighbours together to work out a contingency plan together. So I feel confident in recommending him and know I would certainly call on him again should the need arise again. Thank you, Rodger! You are indeed, the Rock Star of Rat Control!! ;-)

I have contacted this company on a couple of previous occasions a few years ago. When I heard noises in my loft recently, I didn't hesitate to call them again. They are highly knowledgeable, professional, polite but more importantly, they solved the problem. They are always quick to respond to a call and carry out a thorough inspection. I cannot fault them, rate them very highly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The mice in my loft have now packed up and left so I'm a very satisfied customer.

We called Rodger after seeing signs of a rat and hearing it during the night. He and his son came round the same day. They expertly tracked where it had been and laid poison. They called the following week to see if we'd heard any further sounds which we had so they came back and laid heavy duty traps and then they carried out a further visit a week later to confirm it had been taken care of. I can't praise Rodger and his son enough. We have used them several times and wouldn't use anyone else. They're extremely knowledgeable and take exceptional care of their customers, always getting the job done.

I had wasps coming into my sitting room for over a week or so and couldn’t work out how as my windows were closed. I rang the company and Rodger came out the same afternoon. He identified that the wasps were in the roof and coming in through spaces in the inset ceiling lights. Going outside he found they were coming into the roof from under the eaves. He treated this area externally, which meant he didn’t have to access the roof space from inside. He explained to me that the wasps coming in would bring the treatment to the nest inside and the wasps would be quickly dealt with that way. He said that if the wasp problem had not been resolved he would come back and re-treat at no additional cost. I have not had to ask him back. I can’t tell you how reassured I was to have a very worrying problem dealt with in such a knowledgeable and calming way, with everything clearly explained to me. The charge was very reasonable, and I would thoroughly recommend this trader.

Rodger and his team were absolutely fantastic and completely professional. We were looking to get some nesting pigeons removed under our solar panels, netting installed to stop them nesting again and the panels cleaned. After an initial visit, a price was agreed and what work was to be carried out. The work was completed a few weeks later, once the scaffolding was erected and the pigeons were not rearing chicks. Everything was done correctly, on time and within budget. We’d definitely use United Dorset Pest Control again if required.

Called Rodger to help with a cat flea infestation at my elderly mother's home. He came very quickly and explained the procedure, he was also very kind to my Mum. Highly rate Rodgers expertise, efficiency and honesty as we had to be out of the property for four hours after treatment. Had no hesitation in letting him lock up after he had finished. Would absolutely recommend.

We returned from holiday on the 29th July and noticed we had a wasp nest under the tiles outside our bedroom window. I telephoned Rodger on Sunday 30th in the afternoon and he said he'd come round and deal with them within the hour, which he did. He was very quick and professional and the problem was soon sorted to our satisfaction. We had also noticed in our absence a mole had been extremely busy in our lawn and flowerbeds. After some soul searching we decided to ask Rodger to deal with this as well. This has also been dealt with. We feel Rodger understood our initial reluctance and gave us time to consider our options, which we appreciate. We would recommend Roger every time and will always send for him when it comes to pest control.

Rodger came on the recommendation of a local beekeeper and came to sort out a problem we had with angry wasps flying around our drive, having been disturbed. A neighbour had already been bitten by one so we thought it best to deal with the wasp problem straightaway. Rodger came within 30 minutes and dealt with the wasp nest efficiently and professionally. He is typical old school and knows his stuff and it was a pleasure meeting him. His costs are reasonable and he is a warm and friendly individual. There should be more Rodgers in this world. Very knowledgeable and an expert in his field.

Contacted Monday, Tuesday morning Rodger arrived to deal with an underground wasp nest and a rat problem in a hedgerow. The wasp nest was dealt with promptly and all signs of the wasps have gone. Bait was laid with string attached for the rats, the string to determine the nest location and to prevent the bait being taken out of my garden. Further bait was left with us to lay as and when based on the advice given by Rodger. Not only is Rodger very knowledgable and professional in his work but he has contacted us to see how the results are, has given further advice and generally supported us. Really pleasant man with engaging personality and at a reasonable price

I contacted United Dorset Pest Control for assistance with eradicating a stubborn flea problem in the house. Rodger’s prompt and courteous response set the tone for his dedication and thoroughness in tackling the problem, and in supplying very reasonably priced follow-up treatment as required. I was impressed not only with his professionalism but also his assurance that an invoice would not be issued until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I was at work and received a panicked phone call from my husband saying that there was a huge bee swarm in our log burner, up the chimney liner and outside around the chimney cowl. I immediately called Rodger as we use him at work and within the next hour and a half Paul had attended and dealt with the problem.
